AAlan HolsteinAlan is an exceptional handyman. He takes time before the actual project to discuss the concept, the structure, and the function of what is to be built or repaired. We compiled a list together by phone and via email during my move to a new apartment, and he remained flexible and patient over the course of the month, as my timeline fluctuated because of extenuating circumstances. Once Alan arrived, he got to work. He came prepared and was thoughtful, efficient, and professional. AWe went to WorldWide in Edison to purchase carpeting for our nursery. Irina was the sale associate that helped us. We were clueless, as we had never purchased carpeting before. After we described what was important to us, she helped us find the carpeting that suited our needs. She explained everything thoroughly every step of the way, and answered all of our questions. Compared to other prices we'd found online, it was very reasonably priced as well. When it came time for the install, Diego and his team (Fabricio and Luis) were great! They were kind and polite, but, most importantly, extremely hard working and efficient! We'd been told it would take about 2 hours for everything (removal of the old carpet and padding, clean up of the old stuff, new carpet and padding install, clean up). It took 10 minutes top for all the old stuff to be taken out and removed, and the install and clean up was less than an hour. They did a really nice job of cleaning up as well. We couldn't be happier. We'll definitely be using World Wide again for any future flooring projects.

AI thank my lucky stars every time it rains that I found Joe Percario General Contractors. I was a fairly new homeowner with limited knowledge about construction and craftsmanship when my cement slab cracked and flooded the basement. I don't know what I would have done without the levelheaded, fair and informatively honest Dominic Percario. He gave me my options and then broke them down in layman terms so I could make the decision that was best for my home and my budget. The team's work was efficient, clean and well executed.

AFrom start to finish I couldn't be happier. The sales rep Monika was amazing, she had great ideas, is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. We had the shutters installed in every window, and were so happy with the product and service we had them return and install them on out large sliding doors. AI contacted Gary Solomon at Hauptman to have a my floors refinished and the whole experience was a pleasure. From the start, he was very upfront with pricing and how long it would take to complete the job. My floors are very old (100 years) and they made them look brand new again. I even had to have some repairs done due to a leaking radiator and somehow they managed to match brand new wood with 100 year old wood. I highly recommend this company for all flooring needs. I will use again.

Family owned company doing business for over 20 years. We specialize in Hunter Douglas window treatments, Mohawk and Mannington flooring, Sunair Awnings, and many custom treatments using your fabric or ours.
Recent Review:
AWe made initial choices in the showroom and Paul was very helpful in explaining the many options. We made final selections in our home with the sample fabrics he brought and, again, Paul gave us good advice. The shades arrived in the time promised and Paul and his colleague installed them well, including in the difficult skylight. When one of the shades proved to have a manufacturer’s defect, it was reordered and replaced quickly. We were very pleased with the service and the result. I can’t comment on the price as we did not comparison shop. Paul went above and beyond by coming up with an innovative, low cost solution to a problem we had with existing shades that provided insufficient light blocking — his solution did not make any money for him, but made us very happy. We found him to be thoroughly helpful and professional and we would be happy to work with him again.
