    Hire Power did a fantastic job. One of the associates called me at the exact minute they said they would, that is a huge thing for me. We spent a good amount of time in a phone conference going over everything, I was asked direct questions and was able to express what I wanted in my resume.

    They have a great variety of stock, Jay the owner is very helpful, and his staff is helpful as well. He is just down the block from me. I like it because it is a mom and pap kind of a store, it is not a big chain. Besides music sales, they also do repairs and give music lessons.

    It was a nightmare to deal with this guy.. He charged me $800 over what he originally asked. On top of that, later noticed that the beams and columns were not level. i have been calling/texting him asking him to fix the problem. He never returned my calls/texts and ended up paying another welder to fix that.

    I have used Alex's TV Service very happily. I got the impression that he was very trustworthy and very straightforward with me. I thought his prices were fair. They didn't seem devious. We had a good comfortable business relationship. He lives two miles from our hours so he was conveniently located and I know they've been there for a few years. They're not going to shut down and move on. They returned my phone calls and I would like to do business with them in the future. The TV was ready when they said it would. They are not stuffy, I think it's a family run business basically a father and son and it's like dealing with a family member.

    I was thinking about taking service from this driving school but decided
    not to after talking with them. By talking to the lady, I felt as if I
    am asking for some kind of favor or a job. I feel she needs a course how
    to talk to the customer. She had lot of attitude. I do not want to do
    any business with the company who does not respect its customers.

    They are pretty good. They are very professional and they take care of everything. I pay little bit more but they are good. My son likes the drivers and the instructors. They are well known around here and they have been very good with my son.

    I had two small leaks in the basement. One of them was in a copper pipe and the other was coming from an old galvanized pipe. He needed to remove about 3-4 feet of galvanized pipe (I could be off, maybe it was less?) and then section off another piece to repair the other leak. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. The job was inspected and repaired in roughly an hour and it looks great. I gave the price a B because it seemed like a lot of money for one hour's worth of work but I know copper pipes are supposedly costly and they had to put in some new pipe so maybe that is why. All in all, I was happy with the service and will use them again. Am considering calling them in again to inspect my A/C.

    I had a problem with my 3-year-old Toshiba 52” LCD 1080P that retailed for 3299.00 , a 2 inch transparent bluish line on the side of the set NOT very noticeable. I decided to I called Quality Repair, to get a estimate, they sent over Shane to look at my set, He said it was the logics board, and that if they can fix the board, it would be 250.00, if they have to replace it, it would cost 400.00. I then said to Shane I want a estimate, and If I don’t want it fix I want my set back they way it is because its not very noticeable and It still had a great picture. He said that’s no problem. So I allowed them to take the set to their shop. I waited several days and didn’t get the estimate, So I called numerous times. Finally Mark told me that the set could not be repaired. So again I said ok, it will be the same way as you took it from my home right? He said yes. They delivered my set FILTHY and completely DEAD the set didn’t turn on.  I was ready to pay them their 60.00 service call fee, but I said this is not acceptable. I asked Shane what happed? He said that they tried to fix the logics board and didn’t know, he would have to take it back to the shop. He called his office and they told him to bring it back I waited a few more days, and talked to Dana, She said that my LCD panel is now bad and cant be fixed. I said you took my set that worked nearly perfect and now its garbage? She said sorry and gave me the owners Barry Blacks cell phone number. I called Barry and he told me that they tried to solder the board and now the panel is bad and it would cost 2400.00 to fix!   I told Barry nobody from his shop ever called me to give me the estimate, or ask me if I wanted them to try and fix the board with a risk of destroying the set. I would have never risked the set. I also told him that I made it clear to Shane , Mark and Dana, that if the set was to expensive to repair to bring it back the in the same working order as it was before they took it. It still had a great picture and was still very watchable. They all assured me that it would! Now This?   Well..I tried to work it out with the owner, and he just kept trying to SELL me used inferior sets. Our last conversation, I told him he I am a reasonable man, and that I don’t want to go through court to get this resolved. His lasts word to me was bring it!   I then told Barry to bring back my set back, and I would seek legal action. After a few days they returned my set, but this time, the frame surrounding the LCD panel was cracked and the LCD panel itself was bubbled out. They totally destroyed the set…   I called other TV repair shops and was told, Logics boards are in Plasmas, not LCDs, and said that the set could have lasted like that for years.

    I stopped by three weeks later and received a clock that was working and paid less than the low end of the range quoted. I was shown how to wind the clock correctly. I brought the clock to my home, attached the pendulum and the clock is working three days later, including the striking of the hour and half hour. I am totally satisfied with both the work and the cost.
