    Bayshore Appliance was fantastic! My refrigerator broke two weeks before Christmas! I heard about Bayshore Appliance from a good friend who had used them in the past. Once I walked in, I gave them my budget price and told them about the urgency of getting it replaced. Their showroom had a lot of nice models on display and I chose a sleek Samsung French door refrigerator. The deal I got was amazing - the refrigerator was 20% off plus they had a $100 mail in rebate. They beats the offers from the big box stores.
    When it came time for delivery, it was fast and free! From start to finish, I had the refrigerator in about 48 hours. They came to my house at the scheduled time, took my old refrigerator, and installed my new one. They cleaned up all the cardboard and packaging material and told me that they recycle all the old appliances they replace! The next time I need an appliance replaced, I will go directly to them.

    Delivery and installation of the AC's was timely and efficiently performed. The grill was delivered and set up for me on my patio ready to go for the Fourth of July /mother's birthday celebration (97)! I am an Angie's List client.

    The price they charge was good and the installers are good. They were experienced. Home Depot is helping us choose appliances. They help us in measuring and giving estimate so that the appliance that we bought would fit in out house. They were really helpful.

    These guys are great! They spend an appropriate amount of time on initial contact to get the details right, and they follow up with email and phone calls to confirm scheduling. They give a 1 hour window and arrive within the scheduled time frame. Their estimate for the work, both time and money, was accurate. The most important thing is they take care of the piano, which is not an easy task. They figure out the best way of moving it between locations, considering stairs and doors. They are experts in piano moving but they also take on furniture moving if asked. They bring an appropriate number of workers depending on the size of the job. There was a minor issue with a small scratch on the floor, and they noticed it right away and spent the time (no cost to us) to fix it properly. They also moved a refrigerator which was tricky since it is inflexible. Their prices are reasonable and the work is very high quality. It is a pleasure doing business with this company.

    We called Derby in Edison after hearing that they offered good prices and services on appliances. Clarence answered the phone and suggested that if we wanted to save 3.5% sales tax, to visit the store on Jersey Avenue in New Brunswick. Clarence was nice on the phone and even nicer in person.
    The showroom was modern and had everything we needed. We checked prices on line for the products we needed and came equipped knowing the prices. Clarence in every case was able to meet or beat our best price. In the case of the wall oven the savings was particularly great!
    Derby also arranged for installation and removal service through a fine man named Joe Fiore, who delivered our appliances and installed them in a proper fashion. Joe called before he came, came when he said, and did a great job of installing our appliances. Joe's charges were reasonable considering the amount of work involved with removing old and installing new appliances.
    Our dishwasher came damaged and had to be replaced with another model. We had no idea that the replacement model was of a lower price than the original model. Clarence called us to let us know that the original product was not in stock so that he would replace it with another unit that was the same except for not having a stainless steel interior. To our surprise, Clarence indicated that we would be getting a $45 credit. That was a nice surprise as the replaced unit was exactly the same looking as the original one with the exception of the interior, which was of no concern to us.
    Clarence was a pleasure to deal with. The sale went without hitch. Clarence was personable and so nice to deal with! We would suggest anyone looking for a good deal on appliances to check out Derby on Jersey Ave in New Brunswick, NJ.

    I called the store and asked to speak to the owner.  I was told he would  be at the store in a few hours.  Meanwhile,  I noticed that the"Futon World" address was sold to a store in Rahway, New Jersey not Fairfield, New Jersey.  So I felt that something did not feelright about the whole sale process.  I called the store in Rahway and asked them what they charge for the cover and the manquoted $159.00 and $64.00 for the pillows.   Then I realized that I was scammed by the salesman in Fairfield.  The so called discount of $10.00 he gave me for the pillows he added to the cover and charged $169.00 instead of $159.00.  Plus the salesmancharged me $30.00 for a package that was sent straight to my house and should have cost only about $16.00  When the owner called me, I explained the situation and he checked his order book and found I was correct about the charge of the cover,  He told me that the charge of $30.00 for shipping  was correct because that is what they charge everyone.  I told him I checked with UPS and the package should only be around $16.00.  He told me he does not have time to check and see what UPS charges, he is too busy.  I told him I found a few of his employees just siting around and  sleeping, and they can't check what is being charged to their customers.
    He told me he would credit me $10.00 for the cover and $5.00 from the $30.00 for the shipping.  I told him that was not fair and he told me that is how all stores do business.  They have the right to jack the price up.  I told him he taught me a valuable lesson and I would never buy from him again.  I would'nt be surprised if the salesman in Fairfield did not charge me the correct amount for the mattress.  Be aware with the "Futon World" in Fairfield, New Jersey!!!!!

    Their price was too high. I had purchased an item from them and they sent a letter that my initial warranty had expired. They told me that I could extend it and I extended it; it could not be done anywhere else. I would use them in the future.

    It was amazing, I couldn't ask for anything better. The salesman at PC Richards knew exactly what he was talking about. He helped me get the information that I needed to get the right product. They gave me an extended time to pay.
