    We left the dealership without purchasing a vehicle due to the unethical behavior and lies the dealership had.  We contacted the Dealerhship's GM the next day (Joe Cipolla).  He seemed shocked at first and said he would look into the situation and call me back.  No return call, I call him - he says he will have this resolved by 5pm.  No return call.  My husband then calls the owner - Mr. Weisleder himself.  Explains how between the treatment and unethical behavior of Chad the manager for Weisleder Mazda I'm now at risk for identity theft.  We asked that they provide a letter to all 3 bureaus retracting the inquiry and provide credit monitoring for 12 months.   Mr. Weisleder had Joe Cipolla email me back - saying we will not do this - if you go public we will post your credit report on line tell everyone you had a foreclosure 7-9 years ago (the foreclosure was my ex-husbands who was mandated by the court to remove me from the loan within 2 years and never did ).   This was a strong arm type situation he thought he was putting me as they are trying to cover their tracks and slander my name.  When I replied to his email and advised him we will be speaking with an attorney and not to contact me again he responded back "lol - good luck with that "  He continued emailing all evening with nasty put downs threatening that he would post every one of my accounts online if I gave them a bad review.   It was bizarre and I asked him if they were on drugs as this is the only explanation for this type of behavior.   My credit report is fine, if not I wouldn't have received Mazda financing with a 2.9% interest rate.   My credit score is in the 700's.   yes, there was a blip 7-9 years prior due to a divorce- but ever since my credit has been perfect. 

    Their behavior was HORRIBLE, UNETHICAL AND BORDER LINE CRIMINAL.   What they saw was a 37 year old lady from Florida that isn't great at driving in the snow and needing to upgrade to an AWD.  They figured they could take advantage and when I didn't roll over they thought they would make themselves feel better by giving away my personal information to any person who would listen and I would just sign the papers. 

    I've reported this to the BBB, MAZDA Corporate and Angies list - I will report to every site I can find and if they post my credit report with account #'s as they have threatened in writing I will file criminal charges against them.  I'm hoping my horrible experience will help the next person avoid this vile and horrid place.

    It is a new car and there was no charge. I only went to them because I bought the car there. It was my first time going to them for service and everything went well. The people were fine. I didn't have to wait at all.

    They're professional. Like you go to a doctor's office, you throw your documents down on the desk and then you sit down and wait for your car to get repaired or whatever it is. All I can tell you is they're not cheap. I purchased a vehicle from them before. They know what their prices are. So I would tell people to be able to negotiate. The price is fair. The service department is rather large. In fact, it's as big as the rest of the dealership. People from all over bring their cars in because they're afraid of little mechanics on the side of the road and stuff like that. They're afraid of getting cheated by some mechanics. So, you pay the high price, and you, at least, know that your car has been serviced properly. They're the only ones I'd use.

    They are very good. Dan Walker was the salesman. Between the sales and the finance and everything else, I didn’t feel like I was being lied to. They were very straightforward. They didn’t charge me anything the last time I used them. I would definitely continue to use them in the future.
