I chose this rehab, which makes it harder for my conscious. In the beginning it was good, I felt my Mom was safe. Then things turned bad. Nursing care lacked.. medications errors 2-3 times /week. Mom's a diabetic would check BS late. Pain meds not given as prescribed. Then the fall due to non communication to ancillary staff. Duly noted in PT notes that Mom could no longer stand but CNA decided to make her climb onto a scale instead of weighing her on a wheelchair scale.Note I am a nurse for over 20 yrs so I know what I'm talking about. Met with administration multiple times, saw no result except cover up. Nurses are set up to fail not enough staff per client, utilize agency nurses with no knowlegde to cover shifts. Medication delivery system so messed up that easy to have problems. Lack of staff contributes to poor care. Some CNA's hate their job and it shows. Residents are scared at night. On a positve note there were excellent charge nurses and CNA's that's why Mom stayed for over 50 days. 5 star rating NOT, NO WAY. Kitchen staff idiots Mom doesn't drink coffee took over45 days to get then to stop sending it food was usually overcooked (fish) noodles too hard to eat. Yes we met with the kitchen director also to no avail. The kicker is I ended up making them discharge her two days earlier then what THEY wanted. Note needed more medicare money,I had told social worker I was displeased with care and to have her discharge ready for 9/16/2016. Well nothing was done b/c we wanted our medicare money. When I got her discharged on 9/17 they did give me all the things I needed for home as best as they could telling me that on Monday they would write discharge orders and prescriptions for follow up VNA nursing care, merdications and PT at home. Monday came and 5pm passed called rehab center put on hold for 10 minutes and then told " Phylicia ( social worker) said she left you a message that the doctor and nurse practicioner will not ( refuse) to write any prescriptionsand to call my Mom's primary doctor. Mom was under their care for 50 days primary did not see her. Took me 3 days to get primary doctor was away. So we sent a 76 yr old woman home with nothing but LIES. Oh yes ,the grounds are beautiful here.If you choose this place you better watch your loved carefully and listen to them b/c this place is NOT what it claims. Note they only post reviews from selected residents, that is how they operate. I talked with many residents here. We were not the only ones with issues and medication errors. They just smile& pacify you, but just take the insurance money.I believe in a higher authority sooo one day they all will answer for their behavior.

My daughter has been at The Learning Experience for over 4 years now, since December 2010 when she was only 5 months old. She has learned so much so quickly. This is the only child care center that has an actual curriculum and is taught by certified professionals. It is also the cleanest, most organized and professional child care in the area. My son who is now 9 months old has been there for the passed 5 months and he loves going to school just as much as his sister always has. There are no religious or cultural undertones, students learn about everyone as being equal. My daughter has learned sign language, Spanish, Mandarin and also obviously proper English. You will not find a better place for your children anywhere!

Love Dr. Lubrano and his office manager, Fidelma-- a great team for caring for their patients!  My husband has fibromyalgia among other musculoskeletal issues, including arthritis.  He had an awful experience with another chiropractor that did not take into consideration all of his issues, and the overall effects an adjustment could have --so needless to say he was extremely reluctant & skeptical to see Dr. Lubrano.

However, Dr. Lubrano is able to tune into what your body's energy communicates and although my husband hasn't been adjusted in the conventional sense (due to his issues), Dr. Lubrano has done energy work on him and has improved some of his muscle weakness, and pain.  I have been adjusted in the conventional way, and he's extremely skilled and I have never left unhappy!

Our initial consultation was thorough and explained in understandable terms of what our individual situations were; he included a "sample" of his services at the consultation.  He does a follow up visit with a plan of treatment & cost; he presents it but isn't pushy about it; obviously it's an expense. He knows that and understands it's generally an out of pocket cost.

I recommend and refer people any time they are in search of a good chiropractor.  I'm very happy I was referred to him!

Dr. Garabo is very much into wellness. He explains everything about how his adjustments affect other parts of body, especially the functions of the major organs. To be perfectly honest, ongoing maintenance appointments are key. He provides exercise tips to help support his work. I now view chiropractic as an investment in myself, in my health. I continue to go to this provider.

I have seen Dr. Magaziner several times. He performed several procedures to stop the pain. 2 - lumbar facet blocks, 2 - steroid shots and the last, radiofrequency neurolysis. The last procedure seems to be working the best. He didn't jump around, we tried one thing, when that did not provide enough relief, he moved onto the next.
He listens and explains things very carefully. When I was nervous right before the last procedure, one of his staff members explained everything to me again, answered more questions and then Dr. Magaziner came in for another consult! Very impressed. He will also answer questions as he is performing the procedure.
His staff is terrific. I have had no problems (so far, don't want to jinx it) with the billing.
I can't recommend him highly enough!

Dr. Russoniello, staffs and the facility is fantastic. I had two ACL restorations done by him over the past. The last one was February of this year and one before that was may be about two years ago to three years ago. He is very skilled. I had no issue with any of the ACL repair done. He has people there that do physical therapy. His availability is good but more waiting time (you could end up waiting to see him for 45 minutes or so) but it's well worth the wait.

Even though I am very pleased with my specific therapist, the environment itself can be very noisy and distracting at times. The rooms are not soundproof so if someone is having a conversation in the room next to the one I am in, I can hear the yammering going on. In addition, there are apartments above the facility, so there is noise transference from those apartments.
I am growing weary of the membership concept as I have accumulated so many prepaid sessions that I cannot seem to get enough massages to use them up. If I try to suspend my membership thinking I can use up the prepaids without having the monthly charges to my credit card, I cannot. Suspending membership means you cannot even use the sessions that have already been paid for!!!
The cleanliness and upkeep of the restrooms leaves much to be desired. I am sure it has to do with the sheer volume of activity and traffic this facility gets. However, they should take that into consideration and keep up on maintenance.

I was pleased with the massage therapist. I never had a massage before. I was surprisingly comfortable when it started and I have gone several times. It is difficult to make an appointment. It’s a very easy and friendly environment. The office could be quieter. They have an open room where people do exercises and I can hear them walking back and forth talking and that affects the massage. There was no wait.

I have been recommending him to friends and family members, and will continue to do so.  I’ve had an amazing and positive experience with this doctor.  I would rate him highly overall, and I would continue to use him in the future if I needed to.

Dr. Freeman's web site indicates that his patients will receive the highest quality, comprehensive, state-of-the-art care at his Freeman Pain Institute. DON'T BELIEVE IT -- THIS IS NOT TRUE. Following years of his treatment, procedures, and referrals for physical therapy, I continued to suffer from chronic neck and back pain. My physical therapist asked if Dr. Freeman had ordered an MRI (which he had not) and advised me to have one. I then asked Dr. Freeman to order it. The MRI indicated that my spinal cord had softened and was showing changes. Shortly thereafter, a visit to a top neurosurgeon revealed that I was in danger of becoming paralyzed. I was operated on three weeks later. The neurosurgeon removed two discs, replaced them and did a two-level spinal fusion. I was out of work for three months following the surgery. Had it not been for the physical therapist, I would be paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. I do NOT recommend Dr. Freeman. As for his office staff, most were pleasant. The exception was the woman I believe was in charge of the office and billing (I think her name was Lisa). I found her to be extremely rude and condescending.
