tThe initial diagnosis was to replace two relays. The relays cost $200 each. That did not solve the oven self cleaning. The microwave worked for 2 weeks and stopped. the company was hired through my home warranty company to fix my kitchenaid oven. The oven would not heat up, the company said the ignitor needed to be fixed but my door was not shutting properly and i needed new hinges (i had not noticed a problem with the door) i did not receive a call back for 1 month - at this time the ignitor was fixed. they tried to install the hinges and at this point told me i needed a new liner.. another month goes by and i get the liner.. and then they say the problem is still not fixed and i need new clips for the door. at this point my door does not shut at all! worse than it had been. i can not use the oven bc the heat escapes. the door was never fixed

Paid him to replace the seal on my front load washer (it had a puncture hole and was leaking...probably from washing a pen or pencil) and he used a part that didn't allow the seal to drain resulting in a moldy smell and water accumulating in the front of the washer drum.  I specifically replace my original front load maytag to get rid of this problem.  Now i have the same problem on a machine that...

We originally called all county appliance about 3 weeks ago to repair our leak. They were courteous on the phone and followed up the day of to give us a time frame that they would be there. The technician, was prompt and professional. He cleared out our lines as he thought that was the problem to our leak. Unfortunately the leak persisted and we had to call back. We actually had to call back twice...
