    I have a preventative agreement with them. It is a yearly contract. It is about $380. That is for two visits. They come in the winter and spring. They are a little pricey. I would absolutely use them again.

    It didn't "go" because the company never showed up for an appointment I made with them on the phone. They gave me a 4 hour window and I made arrangements to be home during that time. I tried calling them and not only did no one answer the phone but there was no way to leave a voice message. I had prepaid $75 for the service which Angie's list has refunded to my credit card.

    They did a good job. They are pricey, but you want to have a job done only once and have it done right. They have excellent customer service. You can get them anytime, if you have an emergency they come right away.

    The technician came out and diagnosed the problem. He told us that the unit is very old and that the condenser was bad. The suggestion was to either replace the unit outside or change out the entire system. My air conditioner is a old system that is still using R22 Freon. The cost was substantial approximately 4K for the replacement unit outside or 8K for a whole new system. I decided to get a second opinion. Thankfully the second opinion paid off. It turned out that I did not need to replace the unit outside the problem was with a capacitor. Instead of paying 4-8K I paid about $250. I was very disappointed in Ryan & Company they did not diagnose the problem correctly and would not recommend them to anyone in the future.

    He's very good. It wasn't bad at all. I like him. He was on time and had a good humor. He will do anything you ask him to even though they're not big things to do. The price is very good and very fair. Everything was perfect. He called me again after that, there were other stuff, I was going on a trip and I didn't do it. I'm still doing it. He's very responsive. He was right on time and was very professional.

    As great as always.  We've used Ron-Jon for our past home and have always been very pleased.  We were closing on our new home and I knew I wanted Ron-Jon in as quick as possible because I trust them.  
    I scheduled a service call in advance to get the system tuned-up.  Deborah in the office was professional and pleasant and remembered me well before sending me over for scheduling.  
    John came out and immediately noticed a couple of things (humidifier was really old and I know it needs replacing) but he knew we had just closed that afternoon and recommended he take care of the tune-up and some minor quick fixes immediately but rather than pushing extra work right away, he suggested we take the time to move in, see if anything else comes up and we can schedule time before the fall for them to fix the other items and anything else we may uncover.  It is nice to see someone not trying to just push more things for the sake of increased business but to really think about the long term.
    Highly recommend and look forward to having them back again.

    At 6:55pm my AC unit was blowing hot air on a very humid NJ night. The thermostat read 87 degrees. After calling one other 24 hour AC service company prior (Air Group), who was extremely rude and would not service unless I was contracted....I spoke to very sincere customer service specialist at Meyer-Depew who kindly set me up right away with a technician. She gave me all the charges and important information about the service call. The technician (Michael), showed up in a very timely manner. Very polite, well mannered, and did a full check to see why my unit was blowing hot Air. From his knowledge and professionalism he fixed the problem. I was so comforting from his detailed work, that I signed up for the 1 year membership.
