So happy with the reasonable price! Mike took his time with me at the nursery to pick out the nicest items on my budget. I actually went below my budget. He is very knowledgeable and creative. I am very visually symmetrical person and he pushed me outside the box and I love the design that he created for me. You wont be disappointed!

Work was done just the way I wanted it. I wanted everything to operate as before but with a new motor. Installer was great. I may have been able to get a slightly lower price somewhere but I have no complaints and would have them do the job again.

2 days after the job the garage door stopped working (same problem as before they replaced the motor). For a whole month I have chased Ray the owner/manager, until finally he sent someone to do the job. 2 months later it stopped again, they promise 3 years warranty but don't deliver. Stay away from this company.

I am very pleased with my new driveway. John was professional, honest, and very responsive. Regarding the driveway, the price was competitive, work was performed quickly, and the quality of new driveway is also great.

The owner (Mitch) is very knowledgeable & takes pride in his work. He was present & hands on. He & his crew delivered exactly what was promised, no surprises. A pleasure doing business with.

Horribly customer service.  BEWARE:  We hired them to repave a section of driveway and the job started caving in 6 months later.   Never came by to a**** the situation and didn't even offer an estimate to repair the job.  Owner abruptly said he wasn't going to do it.

It went bad fast. We met with a few mason's and originally felt good with the decision.  Here are a few of the "minor" issues we faced: first, after deciding to use them, they wouldn't accept a $500 coupon as they said they had "already accounted for a discount in the price" - even though we hadn't mentioned it previously.  Next, when they installed a limestone tread, it cracked - and they still installed it.  My wife and I had to ask them to replace it after we realized they moved to another step and were not going to fix it. On another step, they didn't notch the tread enough and forced it in so the railing was now pushed outward to about 110 degrees.  They claimed it always looked like that until I showed them pictures and put a level up against it.  Fourth, the paver walkway was not well secured and shifted within a year.  Fifth, they concrete patio they poured had two puddle areas immediately after pouring.
The big issue though was when we tried to talk to them about fixing the bigger puddle area before the final $1,000 payment.  Father and son showed up to "look at the issue" and argued it out - after they threatened to rip up everything already done and implied that we may not even know they ripped it up, we paid the balance out of fear to get them off the property.

Don't be afraid of the job cost - our entry steps go up about 8 steps to get into the house and the concrete footings are about 5 feet below ground underneath the steps - outside of new construction, footings are not something people ever see much less need to have re-poured - we were the exception and Sam was the lifeline.
We underwent a major excavation project that involved destroying our entry steps and footings and old concrete patio area. Sam was referred by a close friend we each had in common and we couldn't be more grateful. He was patient as it took us time to check around (yes, we got four other estimates) and pick out all of the new stone (a few times over).
Sam and his team are high quality (with an eye for perfection) true qualified masons. Sam was not the lowest estimate - but when I realized the difference between pretty looking stone decor and true masonry work that looks and works great - we went with him.
I've worked with three masons over the past 10 years and will only refer Sam moving forward. When my wife called to say she had the stone colors picked out finally, rather than take down three names on the phone, he insisted on coming over so we could make sure everything was on the same page and review all of the details.
His team was here for about 4 weeks (which was pretty fast if you saw the work) and cleaned up regularly each day and at the very end. He did some very tricky work with a 60 year old house foundation and made some really nice recommendations that we really liked.
    Here are some bonus points:
    - Smaller jobs - They aren't just about projects this big - I'll post a positive recommendation for a smaller job under $1,000 that he did separately.
    - Service/Guarantee - Sam has come back a couple of times, one time was just to meet so I could ask more questions on annual maintenance, and advice on anything I needed to do moving forward. The second time, I had a question about a piece of stone and asked him to take a look. I come home to find that that he and his team, re-grouted a section of our steps and adjusted a drain because he didn't think they looked up to par (without me asking). The original stone is fine (but if something happens he call him).

Our old doors' broke a spring... and the wood doors were rotten, so we knew it was time to replace everything.

We replaced them with very nice vinyl doors as well as the old Craftsman lift and added a second lift for the second door.  The new openers (belt drive) are awesome!  My kids bedroom is right over it, and now, we don't hear a thing because they are so quiet.  Also love the key pad on the outside.

When installing the doors, they came with everything they needed, hauled away the old doors and associated trash.  The two guys were fairly professional and seemed skilled at what they were doing (as well as knowledgable about the stuff they were installing). They kept me in the loop, but didn't need anything except for me to comment about the wall locations of the two controllers and location of the exterior decorative hardware.

The carriage style doors themselves are beautiful, and everyone who sees them compliments them.  They are now the inspiration for the rest of the home's exterior remodel.

    Mitra Tiles
I was moving into a basement apartment that has not been lived in three years. The old linoleum flooring was peeling and asked Dmitry/Mitra Tiles to lay down new linoleum. After speaking with Dmitry he advised me that it would better to use ceramic tile due to the high humidity of a basement apartment. I agreed and in less than a week, they 500 sq foot apartment looked amazing! Each tile was professionally put down with Mosaic tiles in the middle. It brought new life to the apartment. I enjoyed it so much, I had Dmitry/Mitra Tiles re-floor another room that was damaged due to a flood. Again, after one day, it looked amazing.

I can not thank Mitra Tiles for helping me out. I would have made a huge mistake if I laid linoleum down.

Their staff is 100% professional and gets the job done but takes careful consideration when doing the job. It is not a job, but more of an art.

Mitra Tiles is my go to company for anything with tiles.
