    Service Professionals Inc
This is a total rip-off company. Completely deceptive. I needed a faucet hose replaced in my kitchen sink faucet, which I told the dispatcher. First they tell you it's $59.99 just to come out, but they likely will be able to complete the job on the spot. That sounded good. I told the dispatch that I had a Moen faucet and the dispatcher assured me they carry a wide variety of faucet hoses on their truck. The guy who came out said he was a plumber, but couldn't do any work for health reasons. Deception number one. Started to go into the hundreds (maybe thousands) of dollars worth of work I needed done (mold remediation (none visible), hard water remediation, etc.). I cut him off and told him I just wanted the faucet hose replaced. Over $200 to replace the hose at a later date and he would have to order the part. I'm not sure he would have been able to order the correct part, as he didn't seem too sure about this. I ended up paying $62.91 for absolutely nothing, not even an honest assessment of my situation. Avoid this company like the plague!

    Decora Tile & Stone
EXTREMELY high quality job: Jacob was highly recommended by a friend Ive been working with, for tiling of the hallway bathroom, here in East Brunswick. However, by surprise, before we got around to that tiling job, the shower drain in a completely different bathroom had started to leak through the ceiling downstairs (which was done by so-called professionals over a year ago). When I called Jacob, he was able to come by quickly, and started/completed the work in just a couple of days. Not only does the shower floor look amazing (especially in comparison with what the so-called professionals had done prior), but Jacobs crew did everything CORRECTLY under the hood. Meaning, when installing a custom shower floor, the pitch goes BELOW the waterproofing. Jacob knew this (although the "other people" over a year back did not). Jacob also understood the use of pea gravel around the shower drain, and to not cover all weep holes up. He also suggested and made some additional improvements, such as the use of epoxy grout, instead of the stuff we used before. In summary you can go to ANYBODY to tile a floor, and it might or might not look good. But the importance is whats UNDER the tile if you want the job to last. And Jacob and his team not only did it right, but it looks AMAZING. You can be sure I will be calling Jacob back to tile the hallway bathroom floor & bathtub wall when were ready.

They were honest and mentioned to keep an eye on the issue to make sure that it doesn't happen again, and it hasn't, once thawed out there are no issues. Another company wanted to charge us a lot of money to do a risky repair that would have been unnecessary.

They came right on time. Determined that the wax seal was leaking and that the mechanism inside the tank was clogged. Repaired these and then very patiently answered questions about other plumbing issues I asked about and provided prices for those. Looked at the squeaking whirlpool tub and added some foam to stabilize. Good experience. Good price.

    Pro Skill Construction
I have an uncompleted project with Pro Skill which was estimated to take only 6 months but has dragged on for 2+ years. We have not had a contractor working in our house since July despite being PAID IN FULL!! It's obvious at this point that they have no intention of completing work. We have been threatened with a lien on our home by a subcontractor who they owe monies to. Pro Skill has sent the subcontractor several checks which have bounced. They are very unresponsive to communication attempts which have further stagnated efforts to resolve our situation. I would NOT recommend them to anyone for any sized job.

First time I used them. Only 3 guys work there so I will always know who I am dealing with which I think is great. Came the same day I called and were quick, professional, and nice. A little expensive but I received almost the same price from another plumber that didn't show up when I scheduled him. I would and will hire again! Thank you Bryan and Mike!

    Eddie O's Plumbing & Heating
First I had him come to clean out a sink's drain because it was backing up and he did it for $175 which didn't seem too bad to me. But then I hired him to change a pipe that was connected to my washing machine because it was leaking. He never showed up and didn't call which is totally unprofessional. (He called two days later to apologize but come on!) And he wanted to charge me over $300 for the pipe and the labor. The person who figured out what the problem was said it was a simple job so I have no idea why it would cost over $300! I think he was trying to rip me off! I wouldn't use again!!!

The job had to be coordinated between them and the township who needed to turn the water off at the street. After the repair was made he had to contact the township to turn the water back on again. He was on time and worked easily with the township people. I was actually amazed at how smoothly everything went.

Very professional. Two men arrived on time. Thet opened the wet ceing to expose the underlieing plumbing. No leak was evident so thy tested allof the fixures shower, sinks etc. No cause for the leak was found. They said if further problems arose in the next few weeksand they had to return I would be creited for the oriinal cost. Bottom line it was not plumbing but a roof issue causing the leak.y

    FRANK ALVAREZ & SONS
I have used that company for 30 years and will continue to use them. Any time I have a plumbing problem they automatically get the call, and will continue to do so. They've done everything. I had a pipe break at eleven thirty at night and I was getting water in my basement. They came out that night. They were at my house by midnight and they fixed the pipe that night. Every plumbing job I do, they do. Their service stands out to me. They are always there for you.
