  • It's been going well. It's good. When I walk in, there's a half-circle desk with 3 women at the reception that are taking care of people, and then I make an appointment. There are 6 or 7 massage therapists. There are probably 3 men and the rest are all women. I just describe what my issues are. I am a runner and I have 2 artificial hips, and I am still running like crazy. Pains have come about and massage makes a huge difference when they dig into the trigger points. I explain my issues. I have used 3 different massage therapists. I found one better than the others, but all 3 of them were good. Pricing is excellent. It is much, much less expensive than a lot of the other places. It is extremely clean. Each of the massage therapists has his or her own room. When you go in there, their names are assigned to the room and it's the room they use. They have a soft relaxing music playing. They ask me what I am interested in, if I want my feet, the whole body, or just my back or legs, and they try to accommodate me accordingly. It has been helpful. I have been running since I was 13, and I am 60. I am very competitive and with the work outs I do, I get various pains. It's better than having a chiropractor work on me with what they can do. They totally alleviate pain, and when I get done I can run much harder and faster for the next week or 2 weeks. The only problem was that I found one was better than the others, and I guess because she is so good, I have to book about 5 weeks in advance. Other than that, it was fine. There was no issue. The office environment is excellent. For punctuality, the worst case might be 3 minutes late. They are very friendly and they do very well. They trained their staff to be very, very friendly. Their bedside manner is very good. They are always prompt about calling a day before to remind and they also send emails out to make sure I don't forget my appointment.

  • I like them very much. I've never had a bad experience. I felt comfortable with them from the start. There's a girl that I've preferred. For some reason, she got to know the level of compression I wanted. You pay 1 price per month but you have to tip on your own which I think is cheaper than getting a regular massage. You can ask for a man or a woman to do the massage. They're very courteous about taking or not taking your clothes off. It's totally your preference. You can ask them to massage on a certain area. You can sign up for a year. You can get more at a discounted rate. If you have a skin problem, you can put your membership on hold for 3 months. They're very nice, the office is clean and very peaceful. You can also gift your session to somebody else. It was a pretty good deal. The people are good, too. I may have to wait 5-10 minutes but they're not like the doctor's office. They book a certain amount of time for each client. I once explained the gifting to one of the staff and they told me I couldn't. But then when I asked them again, they told me I could. So I guess there was a little bit of confusion with the first person I talked to.
