    Vector Moving
Arrived on time. Super friendly workers. Price was as quoted. Guys came in and worked very fast yet very carefully. My furniture was very very heavy and on the second floor and they moved it with no problems and didnt scratch any walls. Would definitely use them again and most definitely recommend!!

    Big G Movers Inc
Outstanding. I have used Big G before. They took the job on short notice. The crew was very professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time and completed the job promptly. Some of the items were challenging because of their size and heft and the tight spaces. No problem for these guys.

    TDY Moving And Storage
When we were planning to move from NY to NJ, the first question in our mind was how we are going to move so much of our stuff. After some research, I read about TDY Moving and Storage and found their services promising. I am so glad to have hired their services because they made the entire process of moving so effortless. Their extremely professional staff took meticulous care of everything and took all the burden off our shoulders. Their speed, efficiency and above all the considerate service is something I have never experienced before. I have recommended these guys to all my family and friends for a trustworthy and pains taking service.

    Simply Moving
Excellent all around. From the initial quote to the last box, everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. They were on time and on budget, no messing around, or trying to increase the price.

    Keira Moving
Not well. Although through the preliminaries (phone calls, etc.) they seemed very professional and the price seemed very reasonable, the move was anything BUT. They did not wrap the furniture at all!!!!! And when I asked them about it, they said "don't worry, we'll blanket it in the truck." (Really? And what happens if you bump it on the way to the truck?) When I peaked in, it really wasn't wrapped. I've moved many times in my life and I've never had a mover not wrap the furniture BEFORE carrying it out. Watching one of the guys (he was short, and very slight in build), he could barely lift the furniture! They "poo-poo'd' me when I suggested that they take the drawers and shelves out before lifting it (it is solid teak - very heavy). When we arrived at out house, the smaller guy almost dropped the chest on the way up the stairs, and when I got upset he said to me "well it's heavy!" (WELL NEWS FLASH - you're a mover; you're supposed to be able to lift heavy furniture). Right after that they wacked the chest into the ceiling edge above our staircase and chipped the the sheet rock and put a white scratch on the side of the chest. Adam, one of the guys, said he's also a contractor, and "not to worry," just call him on Monday and he'll come in and repair it. I said I wouldn't call the office about it as long as he came to fix it. Well, I called him twice and he never responded. My mom died 10 days later and I can't be bothered calling their office and dealing with this, but will NEVER NEVER hire these guys again. Really, they were like amateurs!!!!!!

    Big G Movers Inc
I had first reached out to Gary at Big G to move a single piece of furniture from, and a twin bed to, my mom's apartment at an assisted living facility (we had to move a bed in for a live-in aide). Another mover got back to me really fast and I hired them (big mistake), but I then had a great conversation with Gary and said I'd reach out to them first the next time. My mother passed away just a couple of weeks later, and I called Gary as promised, when I was ready to empty her apartment. He was responsive, sensitive, and really nice - and since this was a really local move, worked with me on the pricing, which was REALLY fair. The guys showed up early, actually, and they were the BEST MOVERS I HAVE EVER HAD. They were super careful with her furniture (which is very expensive mid-century modern solid Danish teak), shrink-wrapping it all first, and then covering fully with blankets. Very impressive. They were fast, efficient, and really patient and understanding about how difficult this was for me and my husband. Can't say enough good things about them. We were so pleased that we tipped the guys extra, even though it was a very small move and only took a couple of hours. About to hire them again to do a round trip move to Long Island because I've just sold my mom's house!

The whole process was orderly & painless. The service included 2 different crews. ( Sept. 21st & Oct 10th) Each crew was polite, efficient ,& handled the furniture with care. Would be very happy to use this company again.

It was the worst experience. The manager David dramatically underestimated our cost and time if our move by 100%. They nickel and dime you for materials such as tape and wrapping. David said it would only take 5 hours to complete the move and that included their committing time of which they charge you an hour for the crew to drive home. It took almost 10 hours to complete the move. They only sent 3 crew members to make the move. I had to move a lot of the boxes myself or it would have taken even longer. Don't ever use them.

    White Glove Moving & Storage
Moving van 's battery died w/ 2/3rd of truck filled. Another of the company's trucks came to jump it, but failed to bring jumper cables. We,the customers, had to go door to door in our neighborhood to find extra long cables. Crew reports this same truck had died the week before. (Truck died in front of new residence at end of the move & had to be jumped again). Crew did not take off refrigerator door until it became jammed against basement stairwell ceiling. I told crew it was necessary to remove legs of couch to get it out of room, when I first noticed them carrying couch. Too late. There were large gouges in the room's two doorways where crew tried 2 different ways to get couch out without taking legs off. Multiple scratches noted in hardwood floors once furniture removed from house. One deep enough to produce shavings. Spackling, painting &/ or cleaning of walls was necessary throughout house, after move, in preparation for house closing . Of all the furniture moved from a 4 bedroom house, excluding dining chairs, only 4 pieces did not have scratches or dents. Customer service Rep did not follow up with promised call back & then when I called her back , Customer Rep was curt & bored. She became annoyed when it became evident that she would have to use the "long form" in documenting furniture damage & claim process could not be completed at that time.

    General Moving Carriers
They arrived within the window they gave me.  They worked quickly and carefully.  They boxed an old 50 inch plasma TV.  They were strong and new their business.  They also were friendly with a sense of humor.  They were careful moving items out of my house.  They asked questions when uncertain.  Loved the work, the company and the responsiveness.
