    Had a 9:30 AM appointment. Was finally called into an exam room around 11:45 AM and finally left around 1 PM.
    The waiting room was extremely hot, the waiting patients were shoulder to shoulder and there weren't enough seats for everyone. The person at the front desk was very unprofessional.

    Everything went normal. except that this time I was keeping track of who came into the room and how long they were with me. When the doctor came in and I marked down on my pad the info, she questioned me as to what I was doing. I explained to her that I was keeping track of the time each person spent with me because the last time I had an appointment with her, she billed the insurance company for a 15 minute talk on obesity with me. I told her that, she had talked to me about obesity, but that it was not 15 minutes, it was more like 5 to maybe 10 minutes and that the whole time that she had spent with me was around 20 minutes max. She went quite and her attitude changed. She finished the exam and left the room. Another person came in to conduct additional tests and left. When Dr. Joffe came back in and told me that she felt that I was no longer happy with her as my doctor and that she would not be my doctor after the end of the month, 2/28/13. The following Monday, I received a letter from her confirming her statement that she would not be my doctor after the end of the month. Also, I  received a bill for something that the insurance company had not paid that was over a year old. It took me a little while to figure out what the bill was for. When I called and questioned the bill with the billing person, I was told that they had sent me this bill previously, twice. I never received this correspondence. Very interesting that they couldn't get me the bill previously, but were able to get it to me after I was fired as a patient. The bill was paid and I have no further contact with the practice.
    As it turned out, it was for the best. Dr. Joffe had been treating a pain that I was having in my front right thigh, but it hadn't been getting any better. I went to another doctor, had some tests done and found out that I needed therapy and exercise to resolve the pain problem.

    I arrived at the doctor's office ahead of time, was taken in short order, was prepped and received my injections shortly there after. Dr. D'Anton is a very nice and personable physician. I would recommend him to any one in need of an ENT specialist.

    We've been seeing him for 8 or 9 years now. He has a great bedside manner and he's very caring and understanding and he listens to the patient. He's excellent and so is the staff. Follow-up care is excellent also.

    Dr. Garcia is the absolute best. He is SO professional and so kind. I was nervous going into this appointment and Dr. Garcia put me at ease the second he walked through the door.. He explains everything to you in a way you can understand. I have been to this office twice and both times the experience has been nothing but excellent. I would recommend Dr. Garcia to anyone.

    The visit went well and was better than I expected. The facility was very clean. The wait time wasnt long at all. After the assistant took some information, the doctor came in immediately. He examined me thoroughly.  Dr Stoller was very professional, knowledgable and clean cut. He didnt jump to any extreme measures. He wanted me to try some conservative treatment first. He recommended an MRI and Physical therapy. His assistant was pleasant, and explained everything over with me afterwards. The office worked fast when it came to finding the necessary facilities for me regarding the MRI and physical therapy. I will follow up with Dr Stoller next week.

    He was excellent. He's sharp, intelligent and he's up to date with modern technology. The staff is also excellent and very professional. They make sure you feel comfortable. I had no problem getting a date including regular and emergency dates. It was beautiful, cozy and clean. I would share him to people because he was fantastic.

    She knows her stuff, especially when it comes to women's health related things. When I talk to her at my physical, she gives great advice. She's not like a one size fits all, she really tries to find solutions and programs that work for the individual and she's personable. It's like you're her only patient when she comes in, she remembers you when she walks in, and she's great. She really delves in to figure out what is wrong with you and what will work. I've been with her for about three to four years.

    I was extremely happy with Dr. Ephrem, however, I was specifically looking for a female doctor and towards the end of my pregnancy I was continually being seen by her husband. He is a great doctor, however, I am more comfortable with a female doctor. I had mentioned this issue to her and her staff that I only wanted to be seen by her. They made it seem like I was inconveniencing them to see only her. If I seen her husband, I would be in and out in a timely manner. If I wanted to see her, she made me wait an extra 20mins past my appointment time. I was very frustrated and I didn't have an option to find another doctor because I was due in 2 months. There was one appointment that i walked out of because i waited over an hour past my appointment time to see only her. And the huge kicker was when I went into labor her nor her husband were available so I had to see a 3rd doctor that occasionally covers for them. I will never go back to this doctor. It was the most horrible experience of my life.
    Also, the billing department is a bit shifty so make sure you know exactly what your insurance will cover. I was charged $200 for an ultrasound that wasn't needed because the doctor and quot;thoughtand quot; my baby was too big. I guess that's how they make extra money. What women wouldn't want to make sure their baby was ok? $200 later, my baby was just fine. We did let our insurance know about this and quot;extraand quot; out of pocket charge that the office couldn't explain and eventually received our money back.
