Tools to the Rescue is the best of the best and the only contractor I trust alone in my house. They did an absolutely incredible job ripping out my 1937 lathe, metal wire, and plaster bathroom and replacing it with a shiny, new, modern one. Tools to the Rescue managed every part of the job while we were on vacation and communicated with us as needed, and sent progress photos, keeping us fully in the loop. They helped walked us through the entire design process as well, letting us know the pros and cons of each of our potential decisions. Tools to the Rescue went the extra mile to stay late whenever necessary to get the job done on time and under budget. Their craftsmanship is beyond compare and they never settle for anything less than perfection. Tools to the Rescue were very personable and exceptionally clean, leaving everything sparkling clean each day. I really can't say enough good things about them and give them my highest possible recommendation!!!

Excellent price and service. They forgot to contact me about when the crew was coming LOL. But fortunately I was home, and my paver brick driveway was in desperate need of TLC. Weeds and other vegetation was coming through all over the 4-car driveway (approx. 500 sq ft) for the 2nd year in a row, and i was embarrassed at how it looked. Ran upstairs to my wife, and she was kind of surprised there was no contact, but agreed we needed this done ASAP! 3 man crew (Ruben was the foreman I believe) must have power washed the driveway about 5 times before finally removing all the old sand and dirt that had built up over the years. It dried up quite fast, and they expedited the drying with their industrial grade leaf blowers as well. They then put the polymeric sand in between the joints, which also needed to be dried for them to put a solvent to protect the paver bricks after. (this costed extra, but is recommended to protect against erosion of the restored pavers). They use a "wet look" solvent, which makes it look super fancy. The brighter color the pavers (such as red), the more awesome it looks. The entire process took about 5 hours from start to finish, and you should not park your vehicle(s) on the driveway for 48 hours (foot traffic is ok after about 4 - 6 hours, but stay off if you can, obviously). Several neighbors were complimentary, and one neighbor even thought we got new paver bricks and asked us how much we paid LOL. Wonderful experience, shout out to James (owner) and Stephanie (office manager) for the quote and follow up!

(This message originally sent to Home Geeks office:) I want to take this opportunity to compliment your wonderful crew on two jobs very well done. I really can't say enough good things about Denis Esposito and his partner, Mike (whose last name, regrettably, I didn't get). The interior work they did on my basement and kitchen, as well as the exterior work above my bay window all turned out beautifully. Their hard work (under some brutal weather conditions), attention to detail, and dedication to quality was nothing short of exceptional. I've never seen any workmen go so far above and beyond the call of duty as they did (particularly Denis). I hope you'll pass my thanks to Denis and Mike for their outstanding efforts. The repairs to my home that they completed far exceed "satisfactory." On that basis, I'd have no reservations in contacting Home Geeks for any future work to be done, or in recommending the company to anyone needing a high-quality contractor. Sincerely, Rick

They took our deposit and never put us on the schedule. Told us 2-3 weeks. Over the course of 3 months we were told verbally multiple times that a foreman would contact us shortly. Never once in the 3 months did we receive a call from them. We had to call and call and call, and be blown off each time. They were insulting and very unprofessional. They only take your money. I was so excited to have the work done only to be frustrated dealing with such utter incompetence. Still fighting to get our deposit back because they didn’t follow their end of the contract. They only steal. STAY AWAY!

J and his team were professional, presented a contract and explained exactly what they would do, and when they would be able to complete it. He couldn't start when he wanted to because it rained that entire week, but he assured me that it would get down as soon as the weather cleared. The work that they did is beautiful and has added much curb appeal to my house. :-)

This was a 6-month long process (starting in July of 2017), involving the total renovation of the first floor (new kitchen, bathrooms, central air, electrical upgrade, etc.), after which the project paused while we moved downstairs. Then, the same was done to the second floor, along with new siding and a new roof. Throughout the entire process, the owner Chris and the project manager Jeff were right on top of everything, letting us know when to expect the various trades and ensuring that the project moved along swiftly. All of the work done was first-rate, and the few problems that came up were addressed in a timely and satisfying manner. We now have a 2-family home that we are proud of, all thanks to Chris and all the people at Magnolia.

I had accurate give me a price on my driveway to put pavers down. The estimator Joe was very informative and was very well mannered. I have had some bad experiences before so I appreciated it this aspect. He had a huge portfolio and was very cooperative with me and my wife. The work was done in a matter of about 4 days they laid onyx pavers in a hebbinger pattern. The job came out excellent.

AWESOME!!! We were very impressed with their work. They arrived on time and were meticulous with everything they did, including cleaning up after all the work they performed. They were extremely professional and we couldn't be happier.

Erick provided an estimate and was professional and punctual. Answered all calls and questions almost immediately. Out of all the estimates we received, he spent the most time with explaining the process due to the type of aluminum we had. Victor, the foreman, was also very professional. His team showed up each day at exactly 8am, and worked tirelessly. Any issues I had were addressed immediately. I've owned a home for 16 years and working with companies and contractors can sometimes be difficult to almost impossible, but these guys were spot on the entire time. I recommend them 100%!
