AFajardo General Contractor Corp.Erick Fajardo was responsive and knowledgeable. He worked with us to come up with a plan that fit our budget. We painted the stucco, replaced and painted rotted trim, replaced rotted decking on one deck with great-looking and long lasting composite. To save money, we stained but did not replace the rails that were in good shape and deferred more work on a second deck. When the rotted window, one of a matching pair, turned out to be no longer available from the manufacturer, Erick painstakingly rebuilt the window in his shop. While they were working on the house, Erick's crew cleaned the gutters and made some other minor repairs. The quality of the work was excellent and the cost very fair. I would highly recommend Fajardo General Contracting.- Janet S.

FGary came out out for an estimate and evaluate the siding. I waited t4 or 5 days to get the estimate. Never got anything so I called the office. They said they would email it. Made sure they had the right email address. Never got anything. I called a again a few days later and was told Gary would get back to me. Never got anything. The next week I texted Gary and he told me he would take care of it. 3-4 weeks have gone by since the initial visit but still haven’t received anything an estimate.

AI called for a repair to my daughter's roof. The room with the wet sheetrock has a cathedral ceiling with no attic access to determine the source of the leak. Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost. FI received a text requesting pictures of what I wanted done. I sent a video of the entire backyard and was quoted a price $50 over the other estimates- when I texted the company that their quote was $50 over my lowest quote, they texted back that since I was a new customer they could give a $50 discount. I asked what the $200 cost would include and was told total leaf clean up and take away. I agreed to the price and was told they would arrive the next day Wedo and they would text me that night with the time. I did not receive a text that night so I texted at 11:40 asking were the y still coming- I received a call indicating that they were running late and would not get here until after 2:30 or they could come Friday morning (Thanksgiving was Thursday). I decided to go with Friday morning. One guy arrived at 12 pm Friday afternoon- he walked into the area and quoted $250 and $15 extra to take the leaves away- I reminded him that I was quoted $200 - he claimed there were more leaves which there clearly wasn’t. I thanked him and said no thank you I will go with the other company. I then took another video of the backyard )amount of leaves on ground was identical to the first video)and sent it to the same number I sent the first one saying I am disappointed in the company since they did not honor their quote and felt I was being taken advantage of by them asking for an additional $65 - this is the text message I received back: “ We appreciate it, we are running a company to make profits not losts. If you can't afford lawn maintenance don't be on the app waiting ppl time, you are not being fair and you talk about disappointment come on i put gas in my truck to get there do you consider that. Have a blessed day and keep taking advantage of ppl.” Needless to say, my response contained some expletives. I tried to send the videos but the site does not accept videos
