    Steve and his team are awesome. We have used them twice and have been enormously pleased both times. Moving is tough, but with Supernova there have been no surprises. The team gets right to work and does a thorough job. We have kids and I really appreciate the team not using profanity. They're upbeat and courteous and I found out have been with the company for years. That speaks volumes about a company's culture. You can be confident in using Supernova.

    I needed to move from Paterson to Clifton on such short notice so I reached out to Moving Of America. They took all I said into consideration and got me moved out within 24 hours. Moving of America provided me with excellent service, the price was also very reasonable. They handled my furniture with great care as if it was their own. They were very quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. This has been the most stress free move I���ve ever had.     They came to the house and picked up the chair and I selected the fabric from their books. I told them I wanted it returned by December 19th as I would be out of town after that. I gave them their deposit. They called me in January to let me know they didn't want to continue with the project because the fabric was splitting. They wanted me to come in and make another selection of fabric; the fabric was now more costly than the options I had already selected. They came out in Jan and they bring it to the house and I give them the final check of $540. I didn't examine the lounge with them their but the very next day I saw the cushion seam was already tearing; which is clearly a stress point. I tried to call them multiple times but no one answered. On Tuesday I called the bank and stopped my check. That same day they called and asked me to bring the piece in to have them look at. We took it in the next week and they said they would have it ready in 2 days. When it was ready they refused to deliver it but insisted I had to go get it. We went back and forth about how it was going to get back to me. Once they fixed the work they tried to tell me that it would be an additional $50 fee for stopping the originally check and that I had to pay them with a money order or cashier's check. I had no way to get to them and pick up the cushion and they would not bring it to me so I never went to pay for the rest of the job because I needed it delivered as originally stated.

    Cestaro's did a magnificent job on this piece.  They assisted in picking out the perfect stain.  It had water rings, scratches and was filthy.  The finish is flawless.  I didn't even know the caps on the feet were brass!  It is beautifully restored.  I would not hesitate to bring other pieces there.

    I purchased a full set of kitchen appliances - refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove.  They were supposed to deliver the appliances and take away the old ones.  While two of the guys were installing the stove and dishwasher in my kitchen I noticed the third was taking the fridge out of the box in my driveway.  I went out to check it for scratches and to get out of the way of the first two.  After everything was in place one of them gave me some information on the refrigerator operation.   I walked them out and watched them drive off.   When I walked back in I saw they did   not take away the old microwave - it was sitting on my table.  this is where things started to go  down hill.  I called the store because that was the only number I had.  the store told me to call the warehouse because they do scheduling.  When I called the warehouse I was on hold for over 10 minutes.  Every few minutes the phone system would invite me to leave a voicemail instead of waiting on hold.  I pressed 1 for voice mail and it told me the mailbox was full and hung up on me. 
    the next day I tried again and after 5 minutes on hold I got through to the warehouse.  That person informed me to call the company that made the delivery - "XPO Last Mile".  I politely insisted that I purchased from Best Buy and should not be dealing with their  vendors.  that did no good.  so I called XPO company and they explained the order was wrong - the sales man put in to deliver 4 items but only put in to remove 3.  I was told to call the store and get a salesperson to fix the order. 
    Called the store and explained the problem for the umpteenth time.  A very polite woman told me to call the warehouse because they do the scheduling.  I told her about my ordeal.  She spoke to her supervisor and an appliance salesman called the warehouse for me and set a date for them to come back. 
    Also, the guys that did the install did not clean up well. 
    I got some good prices on the kitchen appliances but I never want to deal with their install team again!

    Mark came to give an estimate the day I called. He was able to come the next day. He worked very efficiently starting on the stairwell wall first since it needed drying time and needed to be painted. Then he put up the curtain rods in the living room and dining room which had to be anchored to the wall. He had no problems with this at all. Then he put up a rod in the bathroom..Then he worked on the lighting in the basement. Lastly, he painted the stairwell wall and this came out really good. He was very courteous, professional and neat and he finished everything in four to five hours.

    I got a decent refrigerator from Sears. The nice thing about them is that they have lots of makes and models. I don't use their warranty things though. I handle repairs on my own because I have found a better deal elsewhere. The sales guys there are good though and I like what I got, so I'm happy.
