The owner is extremely kind and has a warm, family and friendly presence about her. She has been in the industry for a long time and has an expert knowledge of what needs/can be done. We go to her for all our alterations and cleaning and highly recommend her.

the folks at FLL are prompt, secure, and they take covid safety precautions. My work clothes came back in excellent condition. They even provide curbside pick up with staff that will wear masks.

    Fitted Luxury Launders
While Fitted Luxury Launders did an amazing job of servicing my laundry, one of things that I feel that sets them a part from others is their impeccable customer service. They did everything possible to cater to the my needs, making them an undisputed service provider. I will most certainly be using them again for my laundry needs.

    Big Apple Cleaners
THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE CLOSED. I took my Woolrich Parka to this dry cleaners so that I could have it in time for the expected snow fall. The coats sold by this outdoor clothing company ranges in price from $500 - $1200. There are few cleaners still in operation because of COVID and so I chose to trust this place to do the right thing. I entered the cleaners and said to the associate right away "This is a coat that needs special attention. It has real fur on the hood that is NOT detachable. I want you to be very clear about that fact. Can you clean it?" I actually pulled the fur a little to demonstrate that it was not detachable. She replied "Yes. It will be $28. Is Friday ok to pick up?" I replied "Perfect, see you Friday." Friday I returned for pick up and met the same associate. She said to me "Oh sorry, come back Monday, it's not ready." I said "Ok, I'll be back Monday." On Tuesday I came back and met the same associate who took my ticket and said "Oh, there was an issue with your coat." I was confused but waited for her to bring it to the front. She put the coat on the counter and to my surprise and horror it was missing its fur which she was holding in a plastic bag. She proceeded to tell me that in order for it to be cleaned they had to PULL THE FUR OUT from the hood because it was glued on. EXCUUUUUUUUSSSSEEE MEEEEEEE?!?!?!?! My coat hood looked like a dog with mange. I told her that I specifically told you that the fur was NOT detachable why would a sane human think it responsible and normal to see a coat, notice the fur cannot be detached and proceed to ****** it out piece by piece in order to clean it?!. I told her that she needed to get on the phone with the owner and let them know that they owed me a new coat OR $800! She called someone who she identified as her manager who offered to buy me new fur and attach it. I was so enraged I had to leave and told them they had 24 hours to find a solution because this was unacceptable. The next day I returned. They offered $250 because the owner said that by his determination the coat was an older version of the brand and it was not worth what I was asking for it. They ended up calling the police and having me escorted out of the cleaners and now it is a civil case that I have to take to court. Even the officers tried to reason with them and said these businesses do this to people all the time and get away with it because 99% of patrons do not pursue further action. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CLOTHES WITH THESE UNETHICAL CRIMINALS!

A's Commuter Cleaners Tailors & Tuxedo
The lady and the gentleman, both of whom are always behind the counter whenever I walk in the shop, are VERY friendly. I believe that they are married, but that's incidental. I also believe that they are the owners, or perhaps just the gentleman is...again, inconsequential. He is the one who does the repairs, however. And he's an artist. Tears in shirts and pants, even if not on previous seams, present zero problem for this tailor. And the clothes left with them, regardless if left for repair or for dry cleaning only, always come back looking great. Definitely recommend this company, and I thank them, immensely and wholeheartedly, for everything they've done for me so far.

Advanced Furnace & Air Duct Cleaning Inc
They are fair priced, they are very good priced. They did the whole 2 houses. I?m going again this February for the dryer now. I get a discount, because I am 2 customers. $75 for each piece for the dryer. I did the whole house, I think it was $700 for the 2 properties. $350 apiece for the entire thing, dryer, the whole house. I have nothing bad to say about them.  I am hiring them again in February. I getting a reduced rate, they would charge too much about $50 a house, but they are giving me the 2 of them for that, because I am a royal customer. They have the best quality brushes too, off the trucks. It takes about 3 hours a house, but that was for the whole house, probably 2 hours, because my house isn?t big.

    New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc.
As they worked on my drape, it became obvious that they needed to work longer than they expected, they called to see if I'd allow them to work more. Naturally, I agreed, and the outcome is quite good!

    New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc.
I called for an estimate and 3 days later the manager came out and looked at all of my rugs (a total of 12.) He explained that only 5 of them needed to be dry cleaned the the rest would be steam cleaned. That saved me a lot of $$. He wrote a complete estimate for the cost of all the rugs. They rolled and tagged each rug that they took with them and gave me a delivery date of 2 weeks. They came back in 2 weeks and the rugs looked great! While they were here they steam cleaned the rest of my rugs. Everything was done in a neat, clean and professional manner. They even put on and removed shoe protectors every time they went in and out of my home! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is planning to have their carpet or rugs cleaned. They won't be disappointed.
