    Magnolia Home Remodeling Group
I highly recommend Magnolia. From start to finish they were fantastic. Every call and text was answered immediately during the entire process, and the project was managed exceptionally throughout. Our project was quite large and involved removing walls, moving major plumbing, structural reinforcement, HVAC, and electrical work. None of their guys took shortcuts, or cut corners on any of the work. They installed all finishing touches with care, throughout the entire process I never felt I had to watch over any of the guys to make sure they were doing things correctly. I could tell they were putting the same care into the work as they would if they were working at their own homes. My wife and I couldnt be happier with their work and will be using them for all the future work we do on our home. We added a bunch of work throughout the project we didnt originally spec, and Vic was more than fair with pricing the additional work. Vic and his team helped us plan layouts, and added design features we never thought of, but wound up being both beautiful aesthetically and functionally. The project was completed in a much shorter window than we expected, they planned the work efficiently. If youre looking for a good contractor, do not hesitate to contact Magnolia.

    Tools To The Rescue
Tools to the Rescue is the best of the best and the only contractor I trust alone in my house. They did an absolutely incredible job ripping out my 1937 lathe, metal wire, and plaster bathroom and replacing it with a shiny, new, modern one. Tools to the Rescue managed every part of the job while we were on vacation and communicated with us as needed, and sent progress photos, keeping us fully in the loop. They helped walked us through the entire design process as well, letting us know the pros and cons of each of our potential decisions. Tools to the Rescue went the extra mile to stay late whenever necessary to get the job done on time and under budget. Their craftsmanship is beyond compare and they never settle for anything less than perfection. Tools to the Rescue were very personable and exceptionally clean, leaving everything sparkling clean each day. I really can't say enough good things about them and give them my highest possible recommendation!!!

    Tools To The Rescue
WE had several items to be taken care of before the holidays, and they were able to come over immediately! Got the jobs done with a very reasonable price, and we are very pleased with the results. We would recommend their services to anyone needing work done on their home.

    Tools To The Rescue
We have hired Rudy's "Tools to the Rescue" many times over the years. Obviously, we continue to use him because we are very satisfied with his work. On our bathroom renovation job he had to coordinate the timing of his work with the timing needs of the plumber and the needs of the electrician. Everything went well, and we are very satisfied.

    Magnolia Home Remodeling Group
This was a 6-month long process (starting in July of 2017), involving the total renovation of the first floor (new kitchen, bathrooms, central air, electrical upgrade, etc.), after which the project paused while we moved downstairs. Then, the same was done to the second floor, along with new siding and a new roof. Throughout the entire process, the owner Chris and the project manager Jeff were right on top of everything, letting us know when to expect the various trades and ensuring that the project moved along swiftly. All of the work done was first-rate, and the few problems that came up were addressed in a timely and satisfying manner. We now have a 2-family home that we are proud of, all thanks to Chris and all the people at Magnolia.

    Tools To The Rescue
Our basement had an old pantry space bordered by a load-bearing beam that was severely warped and cracking. Rudy was able to brace the ceiling and replace the beam with a much thicker one, and even added a veneer to cover a gap between it and an adjacent pipe. He drywalled the entire space with anti-mold drywall, put up shelves, and re-framed the door. He even raised the lighting fixture inside to make it flush with the ceiling. Great experience as always.

    Universal Renovation Consultants
Well done. Ed assisted us as a go between with a vendor for 2 custom doors for our home. Ed came to our home, took measurements. One the door was built he returned to the manufacture's warehouse to measure the door. Upon installation some unknown wood rot was discovered, the improvement was made to correct the problem. No upsetting or unexpected costs at any time. We plan to have Universal build us a deck to our pool and renovate an existing one. Workmen showed up on time and cleaned up, hauled away all debris,

    Wilber's Painting
The work done by Wilber's crew was excellent.  They arrived right on time, they were very careful with our newly refinished hardwood floors, and they worked very hard. There were lots of lumpy walls and ceilings to smooth coat in addition to the painting and replacing the baseboards on the ground floor. Everything was done perfectly. As an extra advantage, they also coordinated with an electrician to get two new lights installed (and patched the holes generated). Based on our experience, we're currently using Wilber's company to re-do our bathroom.
All in all a great experience. I highly recommend them.
