  • The limousine arrived ahead of time and the driver helped with the bags. He had checked traffic ahead of time and chose the best route to the airport. He confirmed that our flight was on time and at what Gate. The vehicle was clean and appeared new. The driver was very friendly. We could not have been more pleased.

  • I called two weeks before we needed car transportation to ask for a quote, specifically asking how much it would cost round trip from Cherry Hill, NJ to JFK. I was told over the phone during this conversation that it would cost $465.00 total. I even confirmed over the phone that this would mean approximately $235 each way and I was told that I was correct. The reason that I asked for the value each way is that I asked around to other car services in our area and we were quoted at approximately $560 total round trip, so I believed that I was getting a great deal. Unfortunately I was wrong. I would mention now that I even confirmed the round trip price of $465 when I booked the car service a week before we would need them. Two days before we were supposed to get our car service, I was called by the manager and told that the price we were quoted was incorrect and that it was in fact $625. I asked to hold our reservation in case we couldn't find another car service. However, she called me back and said that she would honor the originally quoted price. I asked again if this was a round trip price and was told that it was and that she would send me a confirmation receipt with our original price. However, when I received the emails she sent me there were two emails with the price for each trip to and from Cherry Hill, NJ to JFK at $465. At this moment I should have called back to confirm the total price but I did not, because I assumed that the price was on each email for my benefit. This is where I am at fault, because I should have called back to confirm. They were now charging me $465 each way. On the day of the ride, we drove in an SUV, not a sedan, which is what we originally wanted. Our driver was 45 minutes late picking us up at 5:45am. So on a day when we had to catch an international flight out of JFK, we were worrying the entire ride that we would miss our flight. After taking the car service and being billed $465 each way I called to ask why this was not the round trip price. I was told by the same manager that she would talk to her superior to see if they could get us a discount. I waited a week and did not receive a follow-up call so I called back and was never able to talk with this manager again. I would use EXTREME caution when using this car service. I want to say that it was partly my fault that this happened to us, but I called around to 5 different car services specifically asking for quotes, because I wanted to get the most cost efficient deal. For perspective purposes, this car service believes that a market price for a round trip ride from Cherry Hill, NJ to JFK costs $1,200. Everyone else that I called quoted us at approximately $560 round trip.

  • The first time I used this taxi service the driver was early and polite and professional. He took an incredibly long route to get to the train station, but he said he was avoiding traffic, it still took over 30 min to travel 4 miles, so I don't think he saved us any time.
    The SECOND time I used this service, I made a reservation, confirmed it, and waited?.
    When the driver was 10 minutes late I called the company and was told that the driver would pick me up momentarily. Afetr another 5 minutes I called again and was told he would be there "in a few seconds". No driver ever showed and I missed my class as it was too late to make other arrangements.

  • All in all it was a great trip. Disney always is, there isn't really anything that can ruin it for us. That being, we did have an issue with a waiter in Epcot that tried to bill our room for alcohol and gratuity after we paid him cash.  The resort settled it for us and they said there would be an investigation.  I truly hope it was an honest mistake.  We never heard anything about the resolution.  We had the meal plan and paid cash for EVERYTHING else, charged nothing to our room during the entire vacation.  The staff at the resort could see that so they took the charge off. Unfortunately, the receipt didn't should the cash paid as they usually don't.  But because we had charged nothing the entire time they knew we were being truthful.  So lesson is that if you pay cash, make sure your receipt reflects.  But it didn't ruin our trip.  The staff was wonderful and accomodating.

  • They took us immediately. They made an appointment for the same day and we were able to wait for the repair. They said the repair was done and it wasn't. We had to go back the next day, and then we got it done right. They were professional. They were organized. Everything was done according to their system. What sticks out is that we had to back a second time.  We were not dissatisfied. It just took two tries.
