    I found the entire process to be quick and efficient. Employees are always friendly and courteous. The wash itself does a great job. On the rare occasion that there is still a stain on my car the staff is quick to remedy the problem, either by removing the stain by hand or rewashing my car. Today they held a fundraiser for the Special Olympics. I gladly bought their top wash (for $15 instead of the usual $19) from which they donated $5. Charitable and great service. That's pretty hard to find.

    I don't normally review mediocre to good service because its expected in this society. Exceptionally good or bad service deserves praise or warning. This place did physical damage to my car (I believe there's at least one other similar review) and the manager (Dave) or owner (Alex) would not own up to it. My car was unfortunate enough to be at the start of the wash and their automated chain mechanism broke less than half way thru. As they hurried to fix, someone with tools needed access to panels around and under my car, deeply scratched my new vehicle, about 3 inches long. I witnessed this, but obviously not recorded. I have no legal recourse except this review. After 45 minutes of wasted time waiting, myself and the other 10-12 customers who remained behind me were asked to leave as they could not expedite a solution. During that time, there were much futile "negotiations" about my scratch. Towards the end, I just wanted acknowledgment and an apology. Nope. Alex the owner went somewhere to hide. Did not interact with me. I know that a hot tempered argument gets nowhere in these situations (as much as I wanted to tear the place apart), one can usually accomplish more with calm appeal to their sensibilities. But Dave turned out to be an immoral, despicable ******* who really does not care about you. By the way, his main concern?.... he repeated whined about how busy his day was going to be, since their cashier called out sick. So after 45 minutes when we were all asked to leave, Dave refused to even hose off my car that now has dried soap stains all over!! Simply waved me to leave and closed their doors! I guess I shouldn't be surprised that a 50-55 year old deadbeat's accomplishment in life was to be a manager of a car wash. I hate long reviews, but its hard to convince people simply without facts. There are many mediocre to decent car washes out there, like this one is (their busy worker bees seem to be decent people). But why give your business to immoral, unaccountable owners or managers? Because its convenient as you drove by? But when something does go wrong, you're pretty much screwed. Please avoid this establishment.

    It was completed in a very timely manner. The gentleman Bill was extremely professional and courteous. He noticed that I had a bubble in my front tire that was caused by a pot hole. He ordered me a new one and replaced it the same day. Very happy with the service and will definetly be returning in the future.

    They take care of my cars all the time.I have older cars, and they always need work. They take care of everything. They are like everyone else in price. They always call me before they do any work, which is excellent. They make sure they tell me how much it will cost before they do the work. I think its a fair price, a market price for the work. They take the time to call and explain what is going on with the vehicle, and what the issue is. I know a little about cars, and I ask if its something else. He takes the time to patiently listen, and is respectful.  I think most of the guys that have worked on my house is not been respectful.

    They were extremely helpful and thoughtful. They notified me of a dangerous problem that I had neglected and fixed it quickly on a Friday afternoon. They also determined the problem with my a/c and what was needed to repair it.

    Chris and his crew did a fantastic job. My car never looked so good. As a matter of fact it was so clean and shiny that I was able to see some nicks on the hood that I never had seen before. I would definitely use Chris again.

    I have a Subaru and I go to my dealer because it's right across the street from me.  I never take it anywhere else.  I love them.  Actually, they did the regular maintenance and then after the ice storm my wiper blades were frozen under the ice and then when we turned it on, they disconnected from the blades.  And so I took it over there and they did like a quickie service, which they can do, they do like a 30 minute; they just check you in and out.  You don't make an appointment or anything, it's just sort of on the fly, and they did that.  There was a cost but it was nominal, but they washed my car for free which I thought was great.  I really love these guys.  I think they really go out of their way.  They're extremely easy to deal with.  You know everybody says dealers are so high priced but I don't find them to be that way necessarily.  Car repairs are expensive and I think they're proactive in terms of finding things, but they're not pushy.  It's not like I take it in for an oil change and it comes out with new brakes.  I think they're just real honest, real high integrity people.  I really like them.  I'm really delighted because I bought my car someplace else but then I moved here, and the dealership was pretty much walking distance from my house; so, pretty great.  I have no complaints about them whatsoever.

    Joe was extremely professional. He came over from Delaware County to give me an estimate. He wanted it make sure he could give me a recommendation based on what I wanted to accomplish. There was no issue because it was a small job and he had to travel. I would definitely recommend him again.

    Steve was very honest, was considerable cheaper than the dealership and did great work and finished at the promised time. Called advised he didn't think the solenoid that was reported defective was actually was a defective wire harness that controls the solenoid. Made arrangements to have the harness replaced the following week. It solved the problem. Also advised other parts that needed replacements, Steve advised the parts were in good condition and didn't need to be replaced. Glad I went to Swedish Auto Sport and will continue to use them.

    I believe it took them one day to fix it. I was unhappy about the fact that I did not receive prior notice as to what repair was involved before I showed up. So I wasn't very happy with the way it was handled. The work they did was good.
