    It was completed in a very timely manner. The gentleman Bill was extremely professional and courteous. He noticed that I had a bubble in my front tire that was caused by a pot hole. He ordered me a new one and replaced it the same day. Very happy with the service and will definetly be returning in the future.

    They take care of my cars all the time.I have older cars, and they always need work. They take care of everything. They are like everyone else in price. They always call me before they do any work, which is excellent. They make sure they tell me how much it will cost before they do the work. I think its a fair price, a market price for the work. They take the time to call and explain what is going on with the vehicle, and what the issue is. I know a little about cars, and I ask if its something else. He takes the time to patiently listen, and is respectful.  I think most of the guys that have worked on my house is not been respectful.

    I have a Subaru and I go to my dealer because it's right across the street from me.  I never take it anywhere else.  I love them.  Actually, they did the regular maintenance and then after the ice storm my wiper blades were frozen under the ice and then when we turned it on, they disconnected from the blades.  And so I took it over there and they did like a quickie service, which they can do, they do like a 30 minute; they just check you in and out.  You don't make an appointment or anything, it's just sort of on the fly, and they did that.  There was a cost but it was nominal, but they washed my car for free which I thought was great.  I really love these guys.  I think they really go out of their way.  They're extremely easy to deal with.  You know everybody says dealers are so high priced but I don't find them to be that way necessarily.  Car repairs are expensive and I think they're proactive in terms of finding things, but they're not pushy.  It's not like I take it in for an oil change and it comes out with new brakes.  I think they're just real honest, real high integrity people.  I really like them.  I'm really delighted because I bought my car someplace else but then I moved here, and the dealership was pretty much walking distance from my house; so, pretty great.  I have no complaints about them whatsoever.

    Steve was very honest, was considerable cheaper than the dealership and did great work and finished at the promised time. Called advised he didn't think the solenoid that was reported defective was actually was a defective wire harness that controls the solenoid. Made arrangements to have the harness replaced the following week. It solved the problem. Also advised other parts that needed replacements, Steve advised the parts were in good condition and didn't need to be replaced. Glad I went to Swedish Auto Sport and will continue to use them.

    I went back because I bought Fords a number of times. Generally their quality was good. They're quick in terms of getting the job done. When you take the car in, they get it done the same day. So punctuality was good.

    I believe it took them one day to fix it. I was unhappy about the fact that I did not receive prior notice as to what repair was involved before I showed up. So I wasn't very happy with the way it was handled. The work they did was good.

    I guess they are good. They are convenient and the car keeps running, so I guess they are okay. As far as the work I've had done I suppose it's fair priced and I haven't had any exorbitant amount of money to pay out on that car. They tell you when you take it in and in fact they keep up with you for oil changes after so many miles and put a sticker and date when you're supposed to bring it back and then they do other things. They check air tires, the pressure and all of that and they tell you everything and the additional prices. The car has been not a great expense to keep up. Whatever they have done has always been okay. When you take it in they will tell you how much time and they look over things and then they write them down. They are responsible as far as giving you information.

    We have been going there for 20 years.  I like their product, the way they present themselves, their great care and their customer service.  They are responsive; if you have a concern they check it out.  You don’t have to pay for anything for them to check out something.   I bring my car there for check up and then I come back the next day.  They are very upfront.  They will let you know ahead of time what’s going on and then they take it from there.
