    My clothing dryer was not working and I didn���t realize it was due to a large clog of lint from the prior owner. The man who came out was very professional, very nice, he examined the dryer, took it apart, pulled everything out, put it back together, ran it, and I would definitely recommend him. It has been working fine ever since.

    Paul, his partner Craig, and their team, were all SPECTACULAR! I have never had such a wonderful experience with a contracted company, and I highly doubt I ever will again. Paul was incredibly kind, patient, and professional every step of the way with the very complicated and difficult matter of removing our old cooktop and replacing it with a bigger and better one. He also personally installed the vent hood, along with ventilation exiting the house (as we discovered our home did not vent cooking fumes outside!) It was quite an undertaking, and Paul and his team accomplished it efficiently and down to the tiniest detail. I should also point out that they were tidy and timely, and their office staff were incredibly amiable and kind. We really look forward to having them out again to service and/or replace our other kitchen appliances in the future. Thanks so much Paul!

    My mother-in-law called me at work and said our freezer was leaking water and the refrigerator was not running. I called Brumbach and left a voice mail. Mark called me back promptly. I explained the problem to him, and he said he would be there within a 1/2 hour. I couldn't believe the response time was so fast! Mark arrived when he said he would, diagnosed fixed the problem. He called me at work to explain what the issue was and the charge was reasonable. I would use this technician again in the future.

    The workers were professional and incredibly creative. We were told the toilet seat could not be installed and Mr. Handy found a way. But the real thing is that they showed up and were so responsive. In Ocean City it is hard enough to get someone to return a phone call, let alone show up.

    They did not fix it first time. Second time service guy (Leon) tell me it is something else and they need to order parts. He said it take s 1-2 days. I called a few times afterwards. He kept telling me parts did not arrive. Finally parts arrived so I made appointment. No one came and no one called me that technician is not coming. I made appointment again and again no one came. I called again. This time, Leon said again, "Parts is not here yet." What??? This place is named Nat'l Authorized Service now. I noticed on Google review, this guy Leon Defulgentis have rated his own company 5 stars twice. Very Interesting!

    Owner arrived on time. He is very professional, pleasant and knowledgable. He cleaned the filter on our refrigerator and advised on how to get rid of the horrendous smell emitting from our washer. Expectations exceeded!

    Parts had to be ordered which were quite expensive ~$300 for one part. Tech communicated one return date once part was in but entered a different one in the system. Had to take 3 days off work to accommodate their mistake.

    Called them on a Friday, they were able to come on a Tuesday. Randy was on time, listened as I described the problem, and then fixed it in about 20 minutes. He was personable and knowledgeable, went straight to the problem, and even put everything back in the freezer when he was done. Company charges $75 to come out, and the repair is on top of that, but I had a coupon, so the whole thing cost me about $109 dollars. True, only 20 minutes of work, but that's because he knew exactly what the issue was (frozen drain) and knew how to fix immediately.

    Overall, they were professional and responsive, and I would have given them an A grade if we could have resolved my oven's problem.  But I have since hired them again because I was very happy with the overall service I received.  They could not solve the oven problem in my rental property, but I believe this was more a result of the unique problem my oven had, and not necessarily a reflection of the service.  Yes, this is obviously an assumption on my part, but I think we all get a "gut feeling" about service providers, and in this case I felt "good" about the service I received, even though we decided in the end to not pursue any more fixes and instead I purchased a new oven, which this provider recommended because he said it was not worth spending money to try and fix the problem when we were not sure it would work.  They came back several times to try and fix my rental property's oven problem, and they even refunded me a large percentage of my money (which I was satisfied with).  Near the end of this "oven situation", there was a misunderstanding between me and the provider, but we resolved it and I was satisfied with the resolution.  I have since hired them to come to my personal property to repair my dishwasher and they quickly identified the problem and we are in the process of scheduling the repair.  I am confident they will fix my dishwasher and the price to do so seems reasonable.  I will update this review after we close out this service call.
