    United Waterproofing Corp
Excellent service from start to finish Giovanni and his crew performed the work promised and even sprayed something to kill and prevent mold and mildew that may have built up from the sitting water. We had a small hiccup a week later in an area where they didnt drill because they did not want to cut the door frame--Some water was coming in. We called Giovanni who left a job site and came to our home within a half hour and checked it out. His crew was there within the hour and fixed it! Almost 2 months later and our basement has been bone dry and we've had tons of rain this summer!

    Quality 1st Basements
This morning, as scheduled, Damian arrived promptly as promised, to inspect, flood test, clean and maintain our pumping and air- purifying systems.  After Damian had spent approximately two hours making sure everything was operating efficiently and to the proper specifications, he asked if I had any questions or issues of concern that he could address for me. I had none, but appreciate dealing with a professional, polite, technician like Damian. I would not hesitate to ask him back when service on my equipment is needed. Thank you Quality First Basement Systems.  We would highly recommend you to all of our friends and family.

    AMERICAN WATERPROOFING
Since the minor water seepage source could not be identified (the area was dry and no obvious moisture in rest of basement ) they told us to open small hole in subfloor  under carpet  in area of concern and watch for moisture.  We appreciated the honest advice and that they did not want to sell us a service we don't yet need.

    Amazonia Waterproofing Inc
The warranty that this company provides on their work is absolute garbage. We required significant remediation and the owner, Allan, told us that he was going through a costly divorce and couldn't afford to make it right. We ultimately hired a back hoe and fixed drainage issues that were not handled by Amazonia's system.
Allan was maybe on site for a total of one hour and the rest of the time, a bunch of day labourers worked in the house. One of them nicked a pipe with a jackhammer and hid the problem, and we came back to a massively flooded basement (we were making weekly trips to Maine as my mother-in-law was dying).
He didn't used licensed plumbers or electricians and did not stand behind his work. I sort of expected him to be out of business due to his abysmal BBB rating, but I'm making sure that nobody else gets suckered.

    Value Dry
We needed to upgrade our basement -dirt floor scenario to sell our house. Value Dry lived up to our expectations from start to finish. Their techs Joe, Alex and Barry broke their a**** to turn our situation around. They were here for at least 12 hours jack-hammering the crap out of our boulder laden floor and did not leave until the job was complete. They finished this labor intensive job and could not have been more professional in terms of how they treated us and our property. The job was reasonably priced. We had at least four other companies offer us solutions. I'm satisfied with our decision to use Value Dry and was very impressed with Joe, Alex and Barry. They did a great job, went over all the details of the project prior to leaving although they were physically spent. Thanks for a great job!

    Acme Water Proofing. Inc.
Jimmy and his team did a tremendous job waterproofing and refinishing our basement, so when the foundation under our patio and the retaining walls needed replacing, we immediately thought of them. They have transformed the back of our house and our backyard, and coordinated with Deck Experts to install a Trex deck. Now the back of our house looks better than the front!

    Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing of NJ
They layed a 3 1/2 inch hose or pipe to collect water and covered it with pebbles and concrete. They said they could do it in two days and they did it in a day and a half. They had a 6 man crew that were easy to communicate with and would listen to what we wanted. They cleaned up after themselves including sweeping, picking up and disposing of all unwanted materials, including hosing off the driveway when they left. In terms of pricing I do not beleve this sytem should be compared to a French Drain which much less costly. If you really want a dry basement this is the way to go, I'm not saying it's cheap I'm saying you get what you pay for. I also purchased a battery backup generator in the event of a power failure. This cost an additional $1000.00 but could also be used for my freezer in cast we are on vacation and get a power failure. That is included in the $13,000 price tag.
