    They towed the damaged car to their facility, and worked with us diligently.  it was a complicated situation since it was my mom's car that was hit while she was on an extended vacation, and they worked with me to help repair it with the limited information I had.  They kept me informed as they had to order parts since her model was discontinued.  It was back to her the day after she returned from her vacation.

    I've been going to BBand Z for years with a beat up Windstar. They have always been nice and reasonably priced. Most of all they have always been honest. Recently I had my 2010 accord at the dealer for some work that was under warranty, they told me I also needed rear breaks and it would cost around $425. I called BBand Z got a price about $100 less. When they looked over the car they told me i did not need breaks there was still 5000 miles on them.

    Took $500 for an issue with an engine.  When the issue returned, told me the problem would cost thousands to fix (more than the price of the car).  Admitted to mis-diagnosing problem, would not refund money.

    Service was excellent. Dennis and Tim were professional, polite and knowledgeable about the issue.  I had gone to other mechanics and went through issues where they would never diagnose the problem correctly and you kept having to go back. They diagnosed the issue and got me out in a very reasonable amount of time. Most of all they were honest, and the car is now running great. I will never use anyone else.

    Great experience. I called to see if they could take my car for repair but they were all booked so they told me I could come over and they would at least take a quick look at it for me to give me peace of mind that I could still drive it safely. They looked at it quickly that afternoon and diagnosed some of the problems quickly and were at least able to give me peace of mind that I could still drive it safely until my appointment that Monday (I brought it on Wednesday). They put together a quote for a tune up for 92,000 miles and the problems they saw quickly and emailed it to me the following day. They took my car first thing Monday morning and kept me updated all day on repairs that they found once they were able to take a closer look and made sure it was OK to make the repairs and had the cost ready for me. No pressure ever to make any repairs that I was not comfortable to do. They had it ready for me that same day even with all the additional work that found. One word of advice, make sure you bring your car to drop off with a ride to take you home or work, there is no lobby to wait in.

    I was very pleased and everything went great; they exceeded my expectations. They told me up front how much it was going to cost and how much time it would take. They gave me a loaner car so I could go do my errands; some dealers don't do this. Everybody there is very friendly and they make you feel like part of the family. Some of the people I have seen a few times call me by name. That is always good; they make me feel welcome and it is a nice facility.

    They have been really fantastic in several ways - first off, they offered to pick up the car for me because I have small children and it's hard to maneuver dropping off the car, and they also offered to drive me home. I got my cars in right away, and they were really fabulous in explaining the details of the repair to us in a way we could understand, and reviewing options for type/quality of the parts they were using. I am very excited to have a car repair place near us we can trust, since we've had a lot of bad experiences in the past. The cost was OK, fair, but really, really worth the service.

    AAMCO Transmissions
    Called and arranged to have them diagnose a check engine light. They did so quickly (yeah) and gave me a reasonable quote to repair, however then the fun began. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, they suggested that part of my problem was transmission related and that I would do irrepairable harm to the transmission if I drove the vehicle further. Suggested a $2000 repair would quickly turn into a $3-4K replacement. He tried to pursuade me with various rationale for about 5 minutes, and I just kept explaining that I would need a second opinion on a repair of that magnitude. His last attempt was to suggest 10% discount but I wouldn't get the Aamco warranty and couldn't tell Aamco about the repair. Finally the car was brought to me. Turned out to be a bad coil. After a tune up, the vehicle has driven perfectly since that time without any issue transmission or otherwise and it's now late October.

    Nissan Consumer Affairs
    Nissan Consumer affairs is difficult to contact, you cannot speak to a manager, and they will not get involved with any Nissan dealer issues although they sell Nissan products.  What does Nissan USA and Nissan Consumer Affairs do?!  Good question.  Their site is obviously about sales, just like their dealers.  You decide.  Be the best shopper you can be.  You're on your own once you've signed and you drive out.
