    MC Home Improvements and Construction
I requested multiple bids to add walls to a section of my basement, install two Toto Washlet+ toilets (can be a little tricky, but they got them in perfectly) and heated bathroom fans that required new circuits, an instant hot water dispenser/filter and garbage disposal with air switch in the kitchen. Eric gave me the most reasonable prices (not the cheapest), but I'm glad I chose him and crew to do all the work (Joe, Frank, Rich, and Mickey were excellent). Eric was very responsive throughout the entire process and willing to take the time to explain different aspects of the project. Most importantly, he was flexible when changes needed to be made or there were unforeseen circumstances that needed adjustments. His team was professional, personable, and on-time. I felt comfortable leaving the crew at the house when I needed to step out. Overall, I was very satisfied with the end result and would definitely use them again for future projects.

    Glass Castle Of Flemington
The work was done on time and was excellent. They fall down in the follow up calls and paperwork but as long as you call them everything else they do is excellent! The day after the work was done they called to advise that when going over the bill a line item was entered twice in error and our bill was substantially less than quoted. What a pleasure to deal with an honest business. I have Already recommended them to 2 others.

    Somerville Lumber Co
Purchased interior doors from Somerville lumber. Purchased one last summer and then purchased 8 this summer. However, it took ~2 months to order the doors as the "door guy" at Somerville lumber would not return our calls. He would consistently take our information and then say he would call back in a day or two but never would. We eventually went to the store in person to order the doors which helped move the order along. With that said they did have the best price for the doors we wanted and hence why we kept pursing the order through Somerville as opposed to another.

    BND Distinctive Improvements Inc
    BND performed the following:
    - Took down the shower box dry wall
    - Took out the shower base
    - Took out the show doors and panels
    - Replaced the existing shower head and controls
    - Replaced the dry wall with weather weather board suitable for wet surfaces
    - Re-tilled shower walls
    - Re-installed the shower doors and panels
Some of the other main things BND did:
    - Saved me money by carefully removing existing shower doors and panels so that they can re-installed
    - Planning and carefully removing existing tiles along the edges of the shower box with the rest of the bathroom so that they can used later since I could not match the shower tiles with the rest of the bathroom. He did manage to give a very good definition along the borders and edges of the shower box
    - BND provided me accurate estimate of materials needed, e.g tiles, grout, etc.
    - BND supplied the shower box floor panel
    - BND supplied the dry wall replacement
BND was very very professional and sincere once the job started.
BND knows his job and knew exactly what he was doing.
Will hire BND again for any similar job including kitchen replacement in the future.
    I very strongly recommend him.
BND is very hard to get an appointment with because he is so busy and looking at his work I know why he was that busy. Once we scheduled the job BND was a true professional and completed the job with utmost sincerity and dedication.

    Tried & True Handyman Services
I am the same customer that wrote the review on July 1st. Since David has responded to my post, I want to add a few points. We dido say we were glad the painting was done. It was really because it replaced old color. We trusted David would do it professionally, so did not even looked at the details. It was already the fourth trip he made to finish all the work at my place, and we did not want to take more of his time. But when we got time to look at the details, it tells how lousy the job is. The wall close to the door was covered by white paint, that was used to paint the door, the AC vent was all covered with paint, which was not supposed to. Who would call it professional?

As for the bi-fold door, we did say if possible, keep the door instead of replacing. Anyone responsible would tell the customer if the door has to be replaced, if not fixable. Instead, David charged us for repair, knowing that the fix is not going to work, and the door will break soon. We later found the same new door costs about $50 at Home Depot, and we paid $50 to David for a job not done. If he had told us that the door has to be replaced, we certainly would do so. In fact, he increases the total charge for his service by $100 during the entire process, because he had to make one more trip as he initially thought. Obviously, blaming the customer not spending $50 on a new door is not a good excuse for his failure.

Ed was fantastic!  He understand our urgency to remove our existing sliding glass door and was able to deliver.  He was on time, extremely polite, and left the work area clean.  He was very honest and fair with pricing.  We would absolutely recommend him and plan on using him for a future project.

    Brown & Glynn Construction Co
Very happy with the new bath in functionality for the home and the children.  Easy suppliers, simple coordination, great materials, good workmanship.  Would ask them to do additional work when we need it.  Recommend them.  All issues and concerns handled quickly.  Only wish it was completed quicker but understand there were unknowns and unforeseen conditions discovered during demolition that required revising plans, relocating plumbing/elec/HVAC from original plans.  They responded quickly and kept us informed of what was going on next.  We didnt like some of the spackle work and they had the guy back out with additional hands and made it what we wanted.  Had issues with scratches and damage to hardwood floor in hall adjacent to bath work.  No problem, got floor guy to us and offered to cover cost for repairs/refinish.  Nothing ever goes perfect, but they stand by their word and did what they said they would do to make it right.  Hard to find that now days.  Also, carpenter hung new door for us, electrician installed new light fixture and fan in other bedroom.  They made themselves available to help us fix up our home while they were in the house for the main job.

    Power Home Remodeling
In June, the replacement and installation of twenty-seven new windows was performed first, and that work took two days. In early July, the replacement and installation of a new manual garage door was completed next. One week later, the replacement and installation of a new regular door was completed. My wife and I are very happy with the windows and the doors. Even with the weather becoming colder our house remains comfortable and warm. Thanks to nice work by PHRG. The installation work was neat, clean, and systematic. Special thanks to: the window crew of Norbert, Paul, and Mark -- you guys are the best; Matt, the roving representative, for approaching me in the first place; Jonathan, for the thorough and detailed presentation about the windows -- that was epic.

They had to order my door custom so it took awhile. Once it came in they scheduled the job. Arrived promptly. Finished in 3 hours or less and cleaned up the old material. If I'd known it would go so well I'd have done it years ago.

    Interior Door Upgrade, LLC
Mike was very professional and promptly returned my call. Ti
his was already a big plus in my book.  He came out the next day to give us an estimate which was a very fair price, especially since he installed the doors, their hinges, the doorknobs, and their strike plates. We picked from a variety of doors which he showed us. Mike and his helper George completed the entire project in one day. They were very nice and professional. I would definitely use them again in the future.
