APlant Solutions Tree & Lawn CareAfter reading some of the other reviews that were negative it's hard to believe that this is the same company. Not only is their staff courteous and professional the owner is super knowledgeable and a multi generational tree expert. They identified issues that no one else thought of and gave me a comprehensive program to help bring my landscape back. It was truly a mess. APelaez was very responsive. He came in the same day to give me an estimate and agreed to perform the job 2 days after. He showed up on time. The job was complicated since there was no vehicle access to the backyard where the tree fell. Him and his crew worked fast and strategically to finish up. The price was very competitive and the lowest among the 3 estimates I received.

In 2018, we enlisted the services of East Coast NY Construction Corp. located in Levittown NY to do an extensive paver job. A year later we were shocked by all the mistakes that were made and how poorly the job is holding up. Marco was kind enough to offer up his own time and stand by our side as a professional consultant on the work that was done. We discovered that some things were simple aesthetic issues while others were more serious life-threatening mistakes. Marco stepped up to do the right thing by us, even though we chose his competitor over him a year ago!! So instead of telling us "tough luck guys you didn’t pick me," Marco promised to help us in any way possible to help correct the situation. AJulio and his team really exceeded our expectations in regards to timeline and professionalism. His team arrived on time everyday and even stayed late most days to complete work in a timely manner. After obtaining permits they were able to complete our project within a week which was incredible. Julio was with us and his team every step during the patio design and made sure that we were happy with products and outcomes. They even came back to add soil for our grass two weeks after they had completed the project due to some heavy rainfall. It was a pleasure working with Julio and we would highly recommend the TunTun Team !

FWe have been assigned to Paul since April when we bought our house. It is currently August and he has not stopped by once. He has zero communication skills and took our money and ran. After waiting for 5 months and having our home owners insurance go up because of his unfinished work we are completing the project our self. Unless you want someone to take your money and leave you with an unfinished project I would do it yourself.
