AMagnolia Home Remodeling GroupWe worked with Chris from Magnolia on a second floor remodel and were extremely happy with the process and results. The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. There were no surprises with either the budget or scope of work. Magnolia made our dreams come true with this reno and we would definitely recommend them for your job.- Beth H.

He gave me an estimate detailing several options for the repairs and helped me make an informed decision. Ralph's team arrived on schedule and completed the work efficiently. They were very consciousness about safety during COVID and completed the work ahead of schedule. They displayed a great attention to detail with the work and the finished product looks excellent. AI received a few estimates before this one and each one prior wanted to completely replace my gutter and guard. All I needed was a quick cleaning and repair of a broken guard panel. All Star came out with an estimate 70% cheaper and for the exact job I wanted. They were at my house the next day and everything was done in about a half hour. Overall, great job.

AI called for a repair to my daughter's roof. The room with the wet sheetrock has a cathedral ceiling with no attic access to determine the source of the leak. Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost. AAfter receiving and reviewing 9 quotes for the job, I chose Lempa Construction to repair and repaint the exterior of my stucco home. Lempa was not the cheapest of the quotes ... more on the higher end. I liked the candid exchange owner, Elio and I had. I called him several times, prior to making my decision, to ask for clarification and with a few exceptions he always took my call and took time to explain. On the few occasions he was not able to take my call, I received a call back within 2 hours of leaving a message. It did not take me long to realize that Elio was an expert. He explained in detail all that he and his team would do and what I should expect at each phase of the work, including the simple stuff like delivery of a Johnny-on-the-spot delivered for his crew to use. Further, he guaranteed the work! We worked out a date for the start of the job. He and his crew arrived earlier than he said he would on the appointed day! The team was cordial and hardworking. They worked full days and when there was rain, or for any other reason they would not be able to come, I received an email and a text message. I appreciated that courtesy very much. I had trouble deciding on a color and Elio applied the two finalists on a wall so I could see how they would look. By the next morning my decision was made ... big help. They made 2 faux pas during the time they were working, they fessed up and got each resolved quickly. They went above and beyond on my project, even applied rust-oleum to my 20-year-old sconces (at gratis). Now they look brand new! They did the same for my chimney. The one advice I would offer to anyone who would like to use Lempa Construction, decide on a spot for them to leave their supplies each evening. I did not do that, and so they left their supplies at the front of my house and although they threw tarp over most of them, I would have preferred them left in the back or side of the house. I have no reservations in recommending Lempa Construction. They did a great job repairing and painting my stucco! I have already recommended them to a neighbor! I would definitely use them again!
