AAll Weather GuardShowed up when they said they would... Erick the foreman was awesome. Took the time to explain everything that they was going to do. He even did a fast roof inspection while he was up there. The crew was fast, efficient and super clean . AFajardo General Contractor Corp.Erick Fajardo was responsive and knowledgeable. He worked with us to come up with a plan that fit our budget. We painted the stucco, replaced and painted rotted trim, replaced rotted decking on one deck with great-looking and long lasting composite. To save money, we stained but did not replace the rails that were in good shape and deferred more work on a second deck. When the rotted window, one of a matching pair, turned out to be no longer available from the manufacturer, Erick painstakingly rebuilt the window in his shop. While they were working on the house, Erick's crew cleaned the gutters and made some other minor repairs. The quality of the work was excellent and the cost very fair. I would highly recommend Fajardo General Contracting.- Janet S.

AWildlife Tree & Landscaping ServicePatric came out on short notice to clean the gutters before a storm. Trimmed all the shrubs in front of the house and cut back some brush. All the other companies told us three days and David said one day. Between working from home, a high schooler 100% virtual and a dog that does not do well with any loud noise, one day was a dream! AI received a few estimates before this one and each one prior wanted to completely replace my gutter and guard. All I needed was a quick cleaning and repair of a broken guard panel. All Star came out with an estimate 70% cheaper and for the exact job I wanted. They were at my house the next day and everything was done in about a half hour. Overall, great job.

AI called for a repair to my daughter's roof. The room with the wet sheetrock has a cathedral ceiling with no attic access to determine the source of the leak. Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost. AFrom the beginning, Glenn Contracting was professional and knowledgeable. We got several quotes for replacing our roof and after reviewing all of the proposals, decided to hire Glenn. Because of the pitch of our roof, we've been having problems with water seeping in, in big storms. He not only understood the problem immediately, but proposed a solution that was unique to our problem and one that no other vendors had proposed. The crew was friendly, worked expertly, quickly, and did an excellent job of cleaning up when they ere done. Glenn even returned the next day to fill in a small hole in the lawn created by the delivery of the dumpster, with soil and grass seed. We highly recommend Glenn Contracting, LLC
