This company has been built on its reputation and referrals from customers to customer, not big time advertising. So don't call the big name guys and get robbed call the small guy not looking to take advantage of you. Accurate conditioning has a small fee which includes the first 1/2 hour of labor and trip charge. Our prices are very competitive to all the local small company's.

Anthony returned my call immediately. Set up appointment for next day. He called while he was on the way and showed up right on time. He inspected the furnace and found the problem in just a couple of minutes. He replaced the pressure switch with a compatible one, saying that he'd come back with a better one at another time. That turned out to be only an hour later! Could not have asked for a bett...
