    I told Aldeen to tell Mr. Green since the water in the kitchen sink was working fine prior to him replacing the garbage disposal, I will not pay for the labor until after they correct the problem he caused with the kitchen sink faucet. Mr. Green called me and said for me to wait until 8:00PM to see if the water would start coming out the faucet and if no water from the faucet, he would himself complete the job on that evening of 1-31-17. I called him back after 8:00PM to report no water from the faucet, but he did not offer to resolve the problem on this day as he originally said he would. Mr. Green agreed that he would himself resolve the problem and made an appointment after his day job to be at my house between 6:30 to 7:00PM on 2-1-17. On 1-31-17, I sent Mr. Green an email to confirm our appointment for 2-1-17. Mr. Green was a no show on 2-1-17. On 2-2-17, I sent Mr. Green a text message indicating he was unprofessional and disrespectful because he did not contact me to cancel the 2-1-17 appointment and we had to go two days without water in the kitchen sink. Around 4:30 PM on 2-2-17, Mr. Green responds to my text message saying he could have a technician at my house by 6:00PM and he went on to say that he was not disrespectful by not keeping the appointment and that I did not want to pay for the labor. I made it clear, if the water in the kitchen sink was a problem prior to the garbage disposal change, how is it that Aldeen knew the garbage disposal was working and why did he agree to return to make the repair. I have very long text messages going back and forth with Mr. Green who has no regard for keeping appointments nor does he have professional work ethic. To state the obvious, water ran from kitchen sink prior to the garbage disposal replacement, but after the replacement water no longer comes out the kitchen sink faucet, hmm I'm confused I get a new garbage disposal but can not get water out the faucet, yet I'm expected to pay for the job even though I have no water in the kitchen sink. The other issue is the toilet, Aldeen said he was unable to fix the toilet on 1-31-17 because they would have to order the part which I thought was strange considering Home depot or lowes usually carry items for toilets. I told Mr. Green I will notify Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau due to no water coming out of the kitchen sink faucet after his technician changed the garbage disposal. I notified another plumber who repaired what Aldeen messed up which cost me $82.00 for labor and he was able to fix the toilet because he did not have to order the part since he went to local plumbing supply store. Mr. Green had threatened to take me to court for non payment. This is my response to Mr. Green's threates, when the court notifies me of the court date, my attorney will subpoena the plumber who made the correction for water to run out the kitchen sink and I have pictures to show what caused the problem and the leek Aldeen tried to cover up by not taking the garbage disposal out to see why the water was not coming out the faucet as I heard Aldeen tell Mr. Green it was hard to get under the sink and he was not going to take out that garbage disposal to see why the faucet was not working. This was a very negative experience.

    Mosses initially thought it was a rusty bracket. He replaced the bracket, reassembled the machine and tested. The problem remained. He disassembled once again and discovered a garment was trapped between the drum that was causing the leakage. A problem I had discovered on YouTube but could not find the garment without disassembling the machine. Therefore, I had to call in the experts and spend a little more than I wanted but hopefully I just bought another couple years of life on my machine.

    The company said they would have someone here between 2 and 4 pm.  The service person showed up about 45 minutes late due to problems on a previous job. I explained the problem and he told me to turn the house water off which I did. After hemming and hawing a little he provided two estimates one for over $1,000.00 and one for over $500.00. I told him it was probably a washer that needed to be replaced or at the very most a valve stem.  He told me I was probably right but that he was not allowed to attempt that repair (company policy). I said thank you but we were not interested in his service. He then explained that we still owed the $47.50 service call which again is company policy.  I felt that was excessive for trying to rip us off but paid it. I went to the plumbing supply store the next day and purchased two stems and a stem removal wrench for a total cost of $36.00 and about an hour of my time. Needless to say I will not use this company again.

    It went ok. This was the second time the same guy came to fix our dryer and he didn't even remember fixing it the first time back in The spring of this year. He charged us almost double the amount from the last time he came to fix it for the same issue. He knows his work very well but we felt he really just suckered us for the price of his services. Really don't recommend him again.

    George Asea is an authorized service provider for Danby products. I had a dehumidifier that was under warranty and was not working. Mr. Asea was only available for drop off on the weekend, but since he was pretty far away from us, this worked out. The appliance was brought to him and he responded with a diagnosis the very same day. Unfortunately, the item was unfixable. He wrote a service report that was required by Danby for resolution of the problem.
    When we could not return on the weekend, he made arrangements for everything to be picked up without his presence. I appreciate his swift diagnosis and providing everything needed to deal with the warranty company in a timely manner.

    They were suppose to show up, but they never did.  They came and left a note, but they did not ring by doorbell or knock on my door.  They just called by cell phone and I did not have that on me.  I called customer service 3 times, and on the 2nd time they told me they would get in touch with the technician, 3 hours later they told me that the dishwasher guy came and went, but I never saw him. I was sitting right next to the door, and never heard them.

    We found Norman's Appliance Sales and Service on Angie's List.  Our GE washing machine's motor stopped working and we wanted to see if it could be repaired rather than us having to buy a new machine.  I called and got an appointment right away.  The repair technician even helped me use me use the wet/dry vac to drain the water left in the machine.  He found that the fluff from a pillow that we had washed had somehow gotten into the motor.  He cleaned it out and got it working again in no time.  Very professional and courteous.
