It was a pleasure to work with Sergiy on my 3 bathrooms remodeling project. He was up-front about the costs, delivered high quality workmanship, and was easy to communicate with. He and Nick worked meticulously. It turned out my walls were not level. Sergiy took care to even them out with layers of spackle and sanding, so that the corner tiles lined up in a beautiful straight line. I really appreciated this extra effort to make it look right. Sergiy gave me regular updates during the project, and the work was completed 5 days ahead of schedule. I would most definitely work with him on future projects.

10 stars from me. The first time I called Hoffmann for a leaking from water main. Dane and Dan fixed it for $400, in two hours. They are the best price in 4 plumbing companies I called. The highest estimate of the 4 was $1800!!! I believe Hoffmann gives fair price and does great job. The 2nd time I called Hoffmann because I DIY replacing shutoff valve under the sink. Dane called me back asked what I was doing and what was the problem. After asking several questions, he finds out what I did wrong. He advised me to cut the pipe and connect the value again. It works fine. I don't know many plumbers give free advices! 5 stars again. I will definitely use Hoffmann in the future. I definitely recommend them to anyone!

Not great, turned out was more than just a clog, the drain pipe was frozen, Cut the pipe to pin down the problem, then he set up my space heater aimed at the pipe in the basement, and came back 2 days later, and cleared the clog. I was disappointed that it couldn't be cleared in one visit, then to add insult to injury, was charged for completion of the issue 2 days later. I probably should've tried to see if the drain was open after the heating, but I wanted to be sure. Lesson learned: run water, and keep kitchen cabinet under sink doors open.

By far the best contractor I have ever worked with and I have worked with many. Everything from the beginning was a breeze. I am always skeptical not having someone on the premises while contractors are performing work, but from reading all the prior reviews I gave them a shot. All of the work that was performed was impeccable. They actually left my home better off than before they arrived. Giovanni is very thorough and takes great pride in his work. He was there to make sure everything went smoothly and that everything down to the smallest detail was completed to my satisfaction. He even quoted me a price to put drain pipes in front of the property, completed the work and then charged me less. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. Its hard finding an honest contractor, but these guys definitely convinced me that there are still some decent ones out there. Don't even bother looking for anyone else. Hire these guys and you will definitely not regret it.

George quickly diagnosed the problem, and did so in the way that minimized our expense and avoided making a mess. A less scrupulous person would have taken advantage of the ambiguity of cause to run up the bill. By not doing that George earned us as new and loyal customers for the future.

They exceeded my every expectation. I have never been impressed with any contractors over the past 40 years until I met Phil and his team. I have 4 office buildings and 5 rental properties that I am goint to use Phil exclusively for any and all work.

Richard A. Badrow from Patco Plumbing & Heating is very rude, full of excuses, never on time, rescheduled or cancelled last minute, damaged doors and floors, left a mess everywhere, and to add to everything, was incompetent at what he should know best, exposed my family and friends to friable asbestos lining in the old boiler due to his negligence. Took money in advance, very difficult to contact, sloppy and careless work, and at the end, called and threatened me. A big liar, and most likely has mental issues. Breached the contract, did not stick to the promised time frame. A conversion which should have been completed by the end of November, he left half finished in the middle of December. Once he has your deposit, get ready to beg him to come and do the work for which you paid him. Will ignore your phone calls, emails, text messages, and once he shows up, will complain about how difficult all the clients are and how tired he always is. Caught him lying on multiple occasions, contradicting himself in statements, and always looking to blame someone else for his incompetence and laziness. Extremely hostile and unprofessional poor excuse for a plumber. The total for the 2 jobs was supposed to cost around $13,000, I paid him approx $11,400. He damaged our expensive french doors, basement doors, and the basement floor. Flipped over the old boiler, weighing over 1000 pounds and asbestos was all over the basement, carried old piping with asbestos on it through the house and tossed them outside. Also, dropped an old boiler from someone's house and left if on my driveway overnight without my knowledge, and did not remove it until the next evening after I had contacted him about it several times. When I was informed that this may be asbestos, I confronted him about the issue, but he just bad mouthed the contractor who pointed this out, stating that he is a liar and trying to scam me. I asked him to clean up the mess he left, he was unwilling to do so, nor make any repairs, and after he called and threatened me, I fired him and was forced to hire another company to finish the mess he left and also hire an asbestos abatement company, which totaled almost $6,000 in additional expenses, not counting the other damages caused by Richard A. Badrow from Patco Plumbing & Heating, LLC. The Department of Labor came out to inspect the mess he had made, and after investigating the matter and circumstances issued a violation and fine against him.

One of our toilets developed a significant rocking motion. We discovered that the toilet flange was broken in two places and the closet bolts were free on one side. A call was made to Hoffmann and Sons. The crew was able to respond the next day (non-emergency work). The old flange was original to the house, and was connected to a lead sweep pipe rather than cast iron. They were able to quickly procure the appropriate replacement flange and re-attach it to the floor and the lead pipe. Toilet was re-installed, the area cleaned and operation is back to normal! The crew worked very professionally and quickly, and could not have done a better job. The price was very reasonable and appropriate! We will continue using Hoffmann and Sons for all of our plumbing needs!

Matt & Dan stopped by to fix it. They cut out the old trap, tailpiece and basket strainer. Installed a new chrome basket strainer, brass dishwasher tailpiece and a 1-1/2" PVC trap. Everything went well.
