The 2nd issue identified was not urgent and the technician did not do any hard sell for the repair, just stated the facts and the cost. AI had a great experience with Durable Door and highly recommend them. They are a reputable family owned business that provides great quality, value and service. Ryan came to my home for an estimate and was punctual, very professional and honest. He explained my options, gave helpful recommendations and answered all of my detailed questions. I received an estimate within two hours from his staff and booked my installation the same week since I purchased in stock items. The installers Jose and Jose were excellent as well. They were punctual, professional, extremely neat and did a great job with the installation. It was very apparent that both Jose's take pride in their work. They also had great communication skills and explained in detail how to download the app for the garage opener and even programmed our cars which was greatly appreciated. We absolutely love our new garage doors and openers. We are customers for life and will definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends.

AWe didn't move forward doing the remodel project but MS Warraich Associates was great to work with and Hasnain Nasar, Chief Executive personally met with us and walked us through the whole process. He was very detailed and made us feel very comfortable how he approaches projects. He even offers a design service rolled into his pricing so you get added value from working with this top notch builder. All the projects he's done are of the highest quality and if we do this work in the future we would definitely use MS Warraich Associates without hesitation.
