AFlying Colors Roofing and PaintersSteven and team did an outstanding job turning our home from one with chipped paint from multiple terrible painting jobs and gapping holes from woodpeckers to looking like a brand new home! The team replaced all damaged shingles, removed an old door and added shingles in its place to match the rest of the house, sanded down the old paint (over multiple days) and then painted beautifully. They also took some extra days to remove old wallpaper up our stairs and in our hallways, repaired the drywall and repainted. Every day the team was onsite and ready to work at the time we were told (and usually even early) and the project was wrapped up exactly when we were told, and surpassed all of our expectations. Because of Budds project management skills, the house project was completed in 3 months when other contractors told us it would take 6- 8 months! Budd was very responsive and quickly addressed issues and any problems that arose. Precision Painting Plus was not the lowest quote I got, but I chose them based on reviews, on-site meetings with them, and the overall vibe of professionalism & calm I got from them. And boy am I happy I did. They were able to pull off a mini-renovation of my new home in an impossible time frame, with holidays in between, and during a pandemic. I had work-in-progress concerns along the way, but Brendan and Matt assured me that all will go well. And it did. They were able to get so much accomplished and completed in time for my move in date, and ultimately the Christmas holiday. I am very grateful for their hard work and efforts. ABasic Basement CoRecently, we hired Basic Basement to finish our basement. Gail was the project coordinator and Kevin was the project manager. We are very happy with their work and would like to hire them again in future. They wrap the work before they their timeline though we had Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Gail was always on top of the co-ordination with contractors, us and township. Always received prompt and clear response from her. All of our township inspections has been scheduled within couple days of the work completion. At the first day of the work, Kevin has explained the overall process: what they will do, how long each task will take etc. which was very clear. He has provided his guidance throughout the whole project like which drywall to use and why, which lights, etc. Their contractors were showed up on time, professional and respect our house. He was here almost every time to inspect the work when contractors were here. Very nice to work with. Highly recommended!- Rakhi S.

CPainting was committed for 10 days but took 12 due to holidays in between. Cost is fair. Quality is good but lot of my flooring, carpet, wood, tiles were damaged by workers. Overall satisfactory work.

AI called many places before I decided to to with A Condo LLC. I was converting my porch into an office space. I already had windows put up, but the room needs drywall installed. I spoke with Marcella on the phone who was polite, courteous and professional. Her husband Mike came and told us what needs to be done. They were both very accommodating and patience. She was prompt in getting a quote. They didn't mind when I told him I would be getting my own materials. They even provided me with a list of materials to buy. I originally was thinking only to put drywall up, but Mike suggested several little things to make the room nicer. The quote I got from other places ranged from $750 to close to $5K. Mike was the only person that explain things clearly and politely, justifying each of the action he would take. His pricing came in the middle, and his explanation and knowledge is just worth every penny. Mike and Juan came on time and performed all the remodeling of our porch beyond our expectation. They worked fast and wasted no time. They cleaned up very well and left us with nothing but satisfaction. If you are looking for quality contractors, go with ACondo LLC. I would hire and recommend him to anyone in a heart beat.

I closed on my new home on December 15th, which didn't leave me much time to make minor changes before the holidays. James and Bianca at Precision Painting Plus were a dream come true. James came out to see our home a day after my Angie's list request. He provided me with an complete detailed estimate for my project and was super thoughtful to throw things in for Little or No cost because we had just bought the home, Ex. He painted the closets in my kids room. #Grateful. The estimate came with all of the material. Quality paint and quality painters! The paint is yours to keep at the end of the project. As they were already full of projects for the holiday season, I asked if there was any way my project could have been done before Christmas. James made a call and actually got a crew out to my home 2 days later, they worked late into the night on day 1 and was able to wrap up my project on day 2 by 5pm. I got a Huge master bedroom done, the master bath, my children's room (2x) their bathroom. My formal living and dining room done - very large space and my half bathroom. The work was AMAZING! The service included all the walls, trims and doors. I couldn't be happier! Bianca is the project consultant and she was also Top Notch! Extremely Knowledgeable about colors and finishes and walked me through with NO RUSH color options - I was a deer without headlights. Her direction really helped me pull it together. AThe estimate given by Hugo included up to 3 sheets of plywood if needed, which other firms did not include. We had two layers of previous roofing removed and the plywood replaced where needed, which used the three sheets. The job cost exactly as estimated and was $1000 less than the highest bid we received. There were no surprise charges, which other friends have experienced with other contractors The job took two days, as estimated. The workers arrived on time as scheduled, and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up immaculately. Hugo came to supervise as well as other Loria managers. We are so pleased that we have recommended this firm to our friends.
