    The repairman diagnosed the problem as a faulty water sensor, but did not have the part with him to fix it. The part came in quickly and he repaired the machine. He explained everything in detail. I was happy with the service. I liked being able to schedule the appointment online.

    Their online scheduling was easy to use. Able to see available appointments and schedule for the next day. They offer a 2 hour window (instead of competitors 5 hour window). The base charge for the service call was $79 which was $10 more than the competitor who had the 5-hour window for service. Competitor could not arrive for 3 days. Pitstop was able to come the day after my call. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He explained they do all kinds of appliance repairs so I will keep their number for future needs.

    Service person was on time, friendly and professional. He investigated carefully and ultimately recommended replacement over repair. Since they stood to make more money on the repair I appreciated the advice to consider other possibilities. This makes it more likely we'd call them in the future for appliance repair.

    The first visit and stove repair went well but they failed to follow up on a part they ordered for dishwasher.  I did not hear from them for two weeks and I had to contact them.  They then followed up with their supplier who had the part in stock and eventually came and completed a satisfactory repair on the dishwasher.

    Rich is outstanding. We called at 8 PM. He answered and showed up the next day at 10 AM, right when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our oven and one range burner, fixed the oven and ordered a part for the burner. He finished so quickly that he was able to look at an issue that we had with the ice maker in our freezer. He returned two days later with the burner part and fixed that too. His prices were more than reasonable. We heartily recommend Rich and now have his number on speed dial.

    I explained the problem and they came here once. They charged me $110 for the service charge and charged me $100 for labor. The guy wasn't even here for an hour. Basically the problem occurred again 2 weeks later. I had them come out here and he said he will look at the problem again and said it was his fault he did not scrape all the ice out of the freezer which caused the backlog. He said I wouldn't have that problem again. A few minutes after he left, I got water all over my floor. It was terrible. He told me it was a different part and he would need to order me the part, and they would have to charge me a new service charge of $110 plus the labor. Right now I am out with $220 because I refuse to do another service call with them. I called them up this morning and spoke to the customer service department and I kept asking for the management. The management just always happens to be in meetings all day and they couldn't help me. They are completely overcharging and this was a recommendation from Whirlpool. I think they are one of their certified techs in the area. Along with Angie's List, they are on Yelp, and they got some pretty bad reviews. If I knew that in advance, I would have used my own appliance people, but I went with Whirlpool's suggestion since that is their product. With regards to punctuality, the technician did show up. The amount of times I had to call up the company to only be told pretty much it is what it is. It's a different part so it's a different service call. I have to go out and find my own guy.
