    Coposky Contracting
Wanted to remodel my small bathroom in my master bedroom. Got three quotes from highly rated contractors on Angies list.  Kevin's was the best. I purchased the fixtures and shower doors but Kevin price included a new quiet exhaust fan and a window.
On the first day Kevin and Travis ripped out my old 1980's bath down to the studs. They then remodeled the entire bathroom.
They did a beautiful job. Kevin is a highly skilled craftsman who wants to get the job done right. He is easy to work with and offers worthwhile suggestions based on his experience.
In two weeks I went from an outdated bathroom with a fiberglass tub enclosure to a beautiful modern bath with a completely tiled 5ft long shower with beautiful shower doors and a rain shower head as well as a regular shower head. Excellent Job. Couldn't be happier with the work. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

    Big Dog Construction LLC
Telly was prompt and professional throughout the process from estimate to final discussion. He kept me informed of problems as they arose and how they were resolved. He also shared a great deal of information on the materials and processes being used. His crew was first rate as well. The tile work was impeccable in spite of a difficult space to work with (bowed walls and settling floor). The tile scheme was white tiles with gray grout so that any imperfection would have been magnified. The drywall finishing was particularly impressive with sharp corners and invisible seams. I wish I had found Big Dog earlier in my condo renovation and would definitely use them again

Mr. Handyman of N Monmouth and E Middlesex Counties
We submitted the form and pictures on the Mr. Handyman website and received a call the following day to set up an appointment.
On the day of the appointment Craig called about 45 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was coming. He was professional, personable, and handled our list of tasks easily and efficiently. We were very happy with the service provided by Craig/Mr. Handyman. Everything went smoothly and we will definitely be calling Mr. Handyman again.

    Remodel America
They were very efficient and neat. They cleaned up debris each day. They were prompt and worked very hard through out the day. Not one bad thing I can report. Respectful of the work they were doing meaning they truly did explain work. So much so we've hired them to redo our bathroom - total gut job - will report back.

    Ed's Handyman Service
We needed a door installed in the opening, at the top of our stairs, to the basement.  Ed is competent, knowledgeable, and professional.  From my initial contact with him, to his timely ability to come to our home to provide us with an estimate, to the finished product, Ed was straightforward, friendly, and very trustworthy.  He showed up the day he said he would, on time, and did an excellent job on the installation of the door.  We got exactly what we wanted and the price, I found, very reasonable.  We have a couple of other projects we would like to do to our home, and Ed will be the first one we call to get it done.  It is such wonderful peace of mind to know we now have a handyman, who we trust and can provide such excellent service.  Thanks Ed!!!!

    Goias Home Improvement
This is the second time we have used GOIAS. We were glad to have Alton and Eddie back to do more work on our home. We needed sliding doors replaced to our patio. We purchased the doors and they came in and installed the new door. We also needed our entry door replaced. Again, we bought the door. They pulled out the old door, discovered a few surprises in the creative insulation and workmanship of the previous owner, discussed how to solve the problems, and finished the installation. They did some work in the hallway leading to the door as well. As usual, everything looks great. The job cost a little more than expected because of the problems found when the old door was removed, but what can you do? A door needs to go in once it's out and the price was fair.

    Blue Heron Construction Inc
He did two major renovations a while ago for me and I just use him if anything goes wrong or if I get a brilliant idea for something.  He is very good.  He builds houses and he does big renovations.  He is a very creative guy and I didn't need to use an architect at all because he understood me and knew what I wanted.  He has a very high set of standards.  On the soffits on the overhanging roof system, he did a beautiful job, because when you walk under it, everything that you see up above is beautifully dovetailed and done.  I wanted that kind of craftsmanship.

He made custom doors for the front of our home and I was looking for that kind of thing.  The price was a bit high, because he is a perfectionist and he is going to do it right.  The quality is excellent; no corners are cut by him.  It was a 6 month or more job and we were as happy working on the end as we were on the beginning.

I will definitely use him again in the future.

    Goias Home Improvement
The patio door of the walk-out basement of our condo was leaking water at the base resulting in rot on the door and the framing (possibly termites as well). I obtained 3 estimates and suggestions for how the problem should be solved. All agreed that the existing concrete patio should be lowered and pitched more away from the house. I accepted Goias? estimate based purely on price since all three were highly rated on Angie?s List and nothing negative came up during the estimate process.
I ordered the new patio door (Andersen) from Lowe?s. In the meantime Goias? masons removed the old concrete slab and poured a new one, regrading in the process. There was a misunderstanding about the size of the new slab since it was supposed to be larger than the old one, but was poured the same size. A small matter, but no refund was offered since the larger amount of concrete was ordered and payed for even if not used. I didn?t get any complaints from my neighbors and the site was cleaned up well.

When the door came in we arranged for a time for the installation. I wanted to be there when the work was done so I arranged to take the day off from work. The workers arrived at 11:30 and had to come back the next day to finish.  The old door and rotten framing was removed. The rough opening was re-framed and the new door installed and exterior trim applied. The installation looked good. The exterior trim was neat and nicely finished. One red flag went up when there were some pieces of trim and hardware left over and the workers speculated about where they might go and why they weren?t needed. A quick look at the instructions (by me) solved that mystery.
As luck would have it, the weekend after the installation we had a driving rainstorm. In the middle of the night I went down to the basement to check things out and there was a puddle of water on the floor and it was coming in under the new door.

The next morning I called Goias and they assured me it would be made right, but they were working on a big job on Long Island and weren?t sure when then could get back. I insisted that it be fixed before it rained again and arrangements were eventually made for them to come on a Sunday. Additional caulking was added at the base on the exterior. I checked it with a garden hose a few days later and it appears to be watertight.
Obviously, I would have preferred the job to have been done properly the first time, but if there are no further problems I will be satisfied. I wouldn?t use this company again and wouldn?t recommend them but my experience may have been the exception since they were so highly recommended.

    MRJ Builders
The work was all accomplished on schedule, or as close as you ever get to the original completion date, just as requested, and of superior quality.  He recommended a new countertop and sink during the work, and took the time to bring us in his van to select, and truck the parts back at no extra charge!  In addition, he lined up the upper cabinet doors, helped us with a kitchen cart we had almost assembled and carted away a bulk item left by the previous home owner, at no significant change to the original estimate.    There was a week's delay because we found out, in process, that the main water valves for the condo building had to be shut off, but the contractor took it in stride.  We highly recommend MRJ Builders, Inc.

I wouldn’t want to disclose the amount I spent.  They were great.  They were amazing.  They were professional.  The guy Tony got them in on time.  He knew I was under a deadline to get them done.  He was amazing.  He had his crew work all day and got them done.  I don’t think I would have any issues with the doors.  They are great doors.  I would use their services again in the future.
