Business Description: All services are billed per hour and calculated in 15-minute increments. If the services requested are of an out-of-the-office nature, the time begins when the concierge associate leaves the office or the location of the last client (whichever is closer). There is a 1 hr. minimum for out-of-the-office services. Pet services are an exception. There is a half hour minimum and calculated in 15-minute increments after that first half hour. We offer a variety of specials and gift certificates. All assistants are bonded and insured.

AOur experience was great. Pet Nannies were caring and professional they even sent us pictures of our dog to let us know that he was doing well. In addition to sitting for the dog our mail was taken in and our plants were watered.

AWe've been using the vet for 12 years. They're very compassionate, they're very knowledgeable, they explain every single thing to us, what the prognosis is, and about what they could do. She and her staff have wonderful mannerisms with the people and they're very dog oriented. Our last vet would actually lift the dog up on the table but this vet goes down on the floor with the dog because the dog is very afraid of the table. I'll be using her again in a week or 2.- Susan H.
