Excellent! Andres and his crew are friendly and easy to work with. They do quality work and clean up every day. Prices were competitive and they offered to do work that others wouldn't take on (though in fairness, the others may have seen that part of the requested demolition was structural and not possible). They did not nickel and dime me on minor scope changes, but also I didn't ask for a lower fee when the work was simpler than expected. AMC started one day after plan (with notice) but finished two days early, so no worries! but did ask for an unexpected additional progress payment; however due to timing the payment were not changed other than a deferment for outside work that had to be completed when it was warmer. However, if you become a client: a. Need to be sure of what colors you want. Painters paint, not give decorating advice. The best advice I got was get pint samples of the paint ($8-11/pint) you think you want and tested it on the actual walls before they showed up, resulting in changing colors in two room. In one section where I didn't do this I regretted it. b. Be sure to check up on rework required, particular on the last day when the crew feels they are done e.g. drips, additional sanding, brush marks, rough edges, overpaint, spatters, holes that need to be filled. While they caught much of the rework, on a job this size, some had to be pointed out. I created a "punch list" but it was mostly to remind me. c. They will remove, cut, put back everything and anything you ask. Be specific. I told them to cut some speaker wires but didn't realize there was a telephone cable in a vent and didn't say, "don't cut the telephone cable". I insisted door knobs be taken off (apparently not their normal practice) before painting, and they cheerfully did so when I asked and reinstalled new knobs, strikes, etc. that I had purchased.

It went very well. The replacement glass was delivered faster than originally promised and was packaged up for transport to my home to avoid possible breakage. This is the second time I've used Glass Doctor in Ramsey. The prior experience was a bigger project to install a custom glass pane that included a doggie dog in my back porch sliding door. Wonderful addition and my dogs love it. Very tricky piece of work which George and his team a Glass Doctor in Ramsey pulled off flawlessly. Cannot say enough good things about this crew.

I first met Dan in 2015 when I learned through an inspection report during the sale of my home that there was mold in my attic. Dan was prompt to return my initial call and stop by to evaluate the job. He was extremely knowledgeable and is clearly an expert on mold and the remediation process. Dan was candid about what needed to be done and was able to schedule the job in a timely manner to avoid holding up my real estate transaction. The home buyer was thrilled with the thorough process ACE uses and the detailed report provided. This week, 8/16/18, in the process of selling a family home that is under a year old, once again I was provided with an inspection report stating mold exists in the sump pump closet in the basement. I was shocked, but relieved that I at least already knew who to call. Dan reviewed the report and came by to inspect the job he would need to do. Dan inspected the area thoroughly and was candid with me... there is no mold to be removed. He kindly wrote a letter explaining there is no mold which I could share with the real estate attorneys involved. Dan is so honest and candid. Clearly, he could have sold me on a service and done some work for me, but he knew it wasn't necessary and would never take advantage. I feel confident others would not do the same. This is the professional to call when you hear that scary word: MOLD. Dan is an expert and a straight shooter. You will be thrilled with his evaluation and work.

We've used Angel several times over the years to restrap our outdoor furniture. He does beautiful work. Additionally, if he's busy and the job will take a while, he'll tell you the truth about the timing of the work, and won't give you the runaround like so many other craftsmen out there these days. What more can I ask for but honesty and great work? I highly recommend Angel.

I am very fussy about choosing the people who work in my house. I look for people who do good work, of course, but I also want them to be friendly and honest, and to treat my house as if it is their own. Jeff is extremely honest and hardworking. He communicates with me constantly about what he's doing and he offers suggestions to improve the work. The quality of his work is excellent. I am so grateful that I found him. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone who needs painting.

Amazing job from initial call to finishing and follow up. The team at South Pacific know what they are doing. Very fair with pricing, amazing work and best of all, good honest people who care about their customers. Will be calling them back for other work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Run, don't walk away from this company. Quoted 5 days to complete, still incomplete 23 days later. Took the money upfront, did not complete the job and I eventually fired him. Terrible reputation among other plumbers who take his customers. Doesn't call back, wants more money for an incomplete job. Totally unprofessional. Left garbage in my garage. Don't get suckered...go elsewhere.

I was impressed with Efficient Air, and I would recommend. Great service. Prompt, professional and polite. When I called, they gave me an appointment for the next day. The repairman was very easy to deal with. He was friendly and respectful about all my questions. He fully explained the problem, and the process to repair. I had previously asked another company to estimate the problem, and they told me it could not be repaired, and that I would have to purchase a new system. But Efficient Air repaired the problem in about one hour, and it cost $346. That was a couple months ago, and it has been working great ever since. Will definitely call them again for any heating or A/C needs.

Lenny & his crew worked quickly and efficiently to remove and replace the old water heater, and take care of all the necessary duct work and connections. As usual, they were prompt, courteous, responsive, professional and reasonably priced. We have used Dragonetti Plumbing as out 'go to plumber' for over 20 years, and we are very happy with their excellent customer service and quality of work.

Andres and his crew were extremely helpful getting my big condo painted in 3 days from corner to corner. They did an excellent job painting the place with a reasonable price. If you can ant somebody that is focused on quality and doesn't cut corner, Andres is your guy. Very reliable, professional and extremely reliable. I highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely hire home again.
