They called shortly after i contacted them, came out shortly thereafter to inspect job. They wre professional and EXTREMELY courteous. They started the job on time when they said they would. EXCELLENT work, Result was fantastic. They did everything they said they would do and it came our perfect. They even did a repair on their own just to make certain the job was perfect. They matched the colors perfectly. They left their work area extremely clean. REAL gentlemen while they worked conducted themselves as professionals. Would DEFINITELY hire them again and strongly recommend them.

Estimate was right on target. Mr Chambers explained the products to be used, the time it would take. His workers did a fine job, no mess. My siding looks as good as new, even though it was installed in 1994!

Rick and Mario were excellent. Always on time, cleaned up every day, asked if we ere satisfied with every step in the process. I added additional tasks which they addressed without any issues. The price was very fair and I will use Rick again for indoor work this winter.

The owner was very responsive with an email PDF estimate provided the same day and the office staff is great. I initially was not thrilled with the quality of the painted cedar shake but perhaps my expectations were too high. The fascia and trim was fine. What impressed me the most was their quick response and return to repaint areas that had peeled from the 2 intervening harsh northeast winters ( a few months prior to my 2 year warranty ending)

THE BEST SIDING COMPANY IN THE GARDEN STATE WITH AMAZING RESULTS

We are in the process of building a house and our project manager initially hired a horrible company, which had inferior work and never showed up to work (JZ Construction out of Wayne, NJ - Run away from this company as fast as you can).

Fortunately, our builders Tydale from Ho-Ho-Kus, were able to bring in Feher Home Solutions came to the rescue to help save the day.  The lead on the project was Milton, and the owner Mike was very accommodating.  We used a top architect in Bergen County, Michael Callori (Callori Architects), who drew an exceptional amount of details.

Feher took the time out to consult with the architect on a number of occasions, to help ensure that the final product would match his vision.  They used a specialized PCV screw system, versus the cheaper nail guns.  The results have been spectacular, my wife is now a local celebrity.  All of the sudden everyone wants to know the builder, the architect, who did the siding and trim, etc.

RELIABILITY AND QUALITY OF THE WORK WERE MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED.

We couldn't be happier with the results which Feher Home Solutions provided.  Their attention to detail, and technical understanding is second to none.  If you are lucky enough to hire them, know you are getting the best in the industry period.  If anyone wants to see the work, just send me a private email and I can send you some photos.

Best regards and good luck with your projects.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Al and his workers have been painting for me for almost 20 years. They arrive on time as scheduled and complete the projects as planned. Al and his team are perfectionist, professional, and meticulously clean. Al has also been helpful in suggesting colors. I won't use anyone else.

We initially were directed to Ron through a neighbor who I trust a great deal. She gave us his number and we were able to meet with him and get an estimate within a short period of time. He came to the house to estimate the scope of the job and returned a week later to go over the details. His bid was outstanding and his attention to detail within the contract showed a great deal of honesty and transparency, which we valued from the get-go.
We were able to start the work relatively quickly because he was waiting on a permit for another job. As soon as the work commenced, we could tell we were working with a really solid team. They worked fast but diligently, and they respected our home and our privacy. The job immediately expanded as they took down the existing siding and discovered various degrees of rot and prior building issues and problems. While it was hard to hear that our home required more work than we had ever imagined, we were increasingly happy that we chose Ron and his team to do it. He made sure we were clear on every new development, and spoke with us frankly about the cost and time frame of each new issue that arose. The amount of work taking place required someone who was responsible, extremely knowledgeable, highly communicative and, perhaps most importantly, someone who understood that all of this was quite overwhelming to the client. Ron met and exceeded all of these traits, as did the rest of his team.
Our home, which started as a dilapidated situation in dire need of a makeover, now looks outstanding, with beautifully constructed siding, quality craftsmanship, and the safety of a rot- and danger-free environment. We're confident in Ron's work, we trust his advice and suggestions, and we wouldn't hesitate to hire him for our next job.

When I first met Rich Narins, the President of Power Wash Seal of Bergen County (PWS), I found him to be very knowledgable and passionate about his work.  I contracted with PWS to refinish our outside deck, railing and spindles expecting a wonderful experience.  Instead I ended up with a deck that my 10 year old son said looked "awful" and that he hoped that the workers had not finished the job yet because if they had then I should ask for my money back.
I signed up for Deck Package A which included a double strip with sodium hydroxide/meth chlorine to bring the deck back to its virgin timber.  The deck had been painted blue by the prior owners and therefore required a lot of chemicals to get it back to the virgin wood.  After the stripping I pointed out to Rich that there were splinters of wood everywhere and wanted to make sure that the splinters would be taken care of.  He said not to worry, that the men were going to dry brush the floors to remove the splinters before staining.  He mentioned that it may not be 100% free of splinters at the end, but that it would be somewhat close.  There were also nail heads sticking out all over the deck, which I pointed out to Rich and was once again reassured that they would be hammered in properly.
The men proceeded to stain the deck with a Cabot Translucent #9200 Natural, but failed to remove the splinters that covered a majority of the deck.  The deck was now a bad orange color, full of splinters and nails were sticking up everywhere.  We told our children to stay off of the deck because there was a good chance they would either end up with a splinter or cut their feet on a nail head.
I was also warned that there would be variations in the color throughout the deck because of new wood being along side of older wood, but the variations were so significant that it looked like a patchwork quilt.   Who would dream that you could pay someone $15,000 and you would be left with a deck that looked like it belonged on the back of a falling down shack!  I should have been advised to go with a colored stain so there would be uniformity.
I hired another contractor to redo the deck for $4,500.  This time, the deck was stripped, sanded and stained a solid color.  It now looks amazing!

Starting with the estimating process and throughout the roofing project (total of 3 days as estimated), Dave and his crew were courteous, responsive and professional.  For the original estimate, Dave showed up on time and was very thorough.  After receiving estimates from 3 other vendors, we had some questions about the AAA Cover All estimate and Dave came to our house and answered them completely to our satisfaction.  Once we agreed on a start date, Dave and his crew arrived at 7AM the day the project began (as he promised).  He cautioned us to protect anything valuable in our attic from roofing debris and dust created during the tear off & installation.  He outlined what we could expect during the project and was available to answer any & all questions.  The crew was careful during the tear off to protect our house and shrubs and cleaned up at the end of each work day.  Dave and his entire crew are not only good at roofing but also know the meaning of customer service.

Bruce was extremely friendly and prompt with doing the above work. He even moved my job up ahead of a few others because last Spring my roof was in such bad condition that it was raining into my dining room and into the closet in my sons' room. When he heard that water was entering not just the dining room, but affecting my boys' room he showed up at my house to start the job the next day unannounced, putting off some previously scheduled non-emergent work that was ahead of me, because he felt bad that it was affecting the room in which my kids slept.  I think that speaks volumes of his decency and reliability.  He stuck to his original estimate, which came in as the middle of 3 that I obtained.   As the roofing progressed it became apparent that some of my cedar siding was contributing to my leaks, so that was added into the job as well, so about $8000 for the roof and $5000 for the siding work, which compared to other estimates I had received was very fair for the scope of the work.  Bruce was present at the job site on every day of the job and ALWAYS answers the phone when I call him.  He is different from most every other contractor I have dealt with, even ones that I like, in that I never had to leave him a message and wait days for him to get back to me.  He has always answered the phone.  I have reached out to him on 2 additional occasions to make a minor adjustment to my gutters and to clean some snow off my roof from the heavy snows we have had in New Jersey this winter.  Again, he answered the call the first time I called him.  Long and short of it is that I would recommend Bruce without reservation, to friends and family as well..
