We see a lot of different doctors. It’s a hospital. Parking is hard there but they have valet parking so that’s a plus. A negative that would be possible issue for some people. If they don’t use valet, they were going to have to find a parking space. For medical services, they are terrific.

Dr. John Saraydarian is my dentist. When I had a problem, he scheduled late to see me. If I have a problem, his staff is always very kind, courteous and respectful to deal with. I have had a very comfortable experience with them and they have a very friendly environment. They are very attentive. I have had a serious problem and the reason that I went to him was the dentist that I was going to was leaving and would not stay half an hour later to deal with it and then I called a friend of mine and his dentist is this guy and the guy said, "Okay, I will wait for you. Come on in now." And I was able to get in and he took care of me right away and I never went back to the other guy.

They were very nice. It was a very positive experience. It was difficult to reach them to make an appointment initially but I have been very satisfied with the level of service and attention that they gave me. They are a very big practice. Dr. Arnold, who is one of the original founders of the practice, does a really nice job.

I had no preconceived notions about what would take place going into physical therapy after a total shoulder replacement. I knew from my surgeon that it was going to take time, 6 to 12 months. When you are in physical therapy for 9 of those months, you need Glen Rock Physical Therapy professionals with whom you can work. I worked with all of their therapists and almost all of their staff. They were professional, understanding, flexible and knowledgeable the type of people you need otherwise you don't progress and you leave not as fully recovered as you should be. Glen Rock Physical Therapy gave me all of that and more. Great therapists Great staff all made for a Great rehab. It's the people that make a great therapy experience and Paul employs them all at Glen Rock PT.

A staff member performed the initial screenings including a computerized determination of my prescription. I had not been wearing contacts for a few weeks prior to the exam, so I expected a thorough exam and was surprised with what I experienced. Dr. Auerbacher did a quick evaluation of my vision using the existing contact lens prescription from my previous provider, and tweaked it just a little bit. He then had me try on a pair of lenses, had me read a couple of lines on a card, and sent me on my way to try out the new lenses for a few days. I was in the office for less than thirty minutes. Before I left I felt as though there was something not quite right, which Dr. Auerbacher attributed to needing a little time for the brain to adjust to wearing the lenses. I was told to let them know how the contacts worked out, which I did but not until I had to leave town for several days. In that time I came to realize the lenses were not right, that my initial impression was correct, and therefore I returned for a follow-up visit. At the second visit I explained the issue and was told I could try another strength of lens which they didn't have in stock, so I had to return again two days later to pick up the next set of trial lenses. I was given two sets that time for no apparent reason. I wear monthly lenses, so this was in effect the 2nd and 3rd month worth of trial/free lenses. I'm still not convinced they're the correct lenses and also question - which I said right up front to the doctor - why he was putting me in the same lens for both eyes when my previous eye doctor had me in different lenses in each eye. "Dr. A." then claimed I was part of the rare 8% of the population whose vision was the same in each eye. Hmm. According to my two co-workers who also see him they are also part of this seemingly rare group.
My experience with this provider giving me a very cursory exam when compared with all other eye exams I've had in the past, and the fact that my eyes are now the same prescription which they never were before to my knowledge, and the tweaking of the prescription and it still isn't right, gives me reasons to forego the convenience of this location and return to my former provider who gave me the time and attention I pay for. And speaking of cost, when I asked the staff about the availability of a coupon to reduce my exam cost I was asked if I am a AAA member because that entitles me to a 30% discount. The price went down from $210 to $160, which isn't 30% according to my math but that wasn't a number I had a problem with.

Very professional, he's a straight shooter and very much to the point. I was impressed that he had students in the OR for both of my procedures, was drilling them while I was being prepped. He's tough, but you want that in a doctor. The colonoscopy was routine (I'm 53) and the endoscopy was a follow up due to cronic acid reflux. He treated the reflux and was very clear with me as to the cause and solution, medication and lifestyle changes were in order. He uses the Endoscopy Center of Bergen County in Paramus, an excellent facility, great staff, A++!

Superb friendliness, communication, bedside manner of staff and Dr. Margolis. Staff went over and above the call of duty in trying to verify treatment coverage by insurance company. Short wait to start of appointment but often longer wait between doctor actions. Pleasant office environment but fairly long walk down corridor for patients who are probably having difficulty walking!

Huge never ending problems with online access prevented login to health account and to online prescriptions. Customer service on these issues was slow, repetitive and annoying IVR system, and generally poor. Hours on the phone and in pain wasted with problem with denying coverage even after verified by doctors office and covered under NJ Law. Like most insurance companies, if you don't feel the answer is correct, cal and got another agent. After an 1 1/2 hour on the phone in the providers office and a month wait, another customer service rep fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Unfortunately, none of the companies servicing NJ are great.

I have been treated by Dr. Rabner for 23 years. I have pale skin that has had many moles. Over the years, she has removed many precancerous and cancerous moles. I completely trust her. I also really appreciate her punctuality, I've never waited more than 10 minutes and typically I do not have to wait. She has refered me to a very good plastic surgeon when more skin had to be removed in delicate locations. Dr. Rabner is a first rate dermatologist.

Very nice office staff. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. When I needed treatment from another professional, he made sure I got in immediately. He is very courteous, and very considerate. He is a first rate dentist.
