    The day I left for vacation my heat and hot water decided to fail, leaving me in Florida with a house in NJ that was quickly approaching pipe-freezing temperatures. ML&S was the only company that I could easily get on the phone at 9:00 at night and knew exactly what needed to be done. It was an expensive repair, and included an emergency fee, but was well worth it compared to the alternative of burst pipes. They were quick to respond, highly knowledable and used technology really well: confirmation text messages with the technician���s photo and info, highly communicative, had parts in stock, and accepted credit cards on the spot. Although I paid for it, they saved my *** in a difficult situation. Will definitely use them again.

    It was indeed a pleasure to deal with Kiel Heating and Air Conditioning. We didn���t have any heat in our home for about five days because our gas furnace stopped working. Because of this they expidited the process with great service with Anthony who gave us the installation quote, with Barbara the gracious owner from the office and with our HVAC Technicians, Sammy and Charlie. Kiel Heating and Air Conditioning came on a Monday afternoon to do the estimates and starting working Tuesday morning @ 7:30AM to put a brand new HVAC system in our home. They did the whole installation (Gas Furnace & Air Conditioner) in one day. We are so grateful for their great work. We would totally recommend them to anyone else who is looking to make a HVAC upgrade or replacement for their homes.

    My hot water started to leak on the day we were leaving for vacation. I called Mark Lindsay hoping he could get to me ASAP. Mark Lindsay was able to have a crew at my house the same day. We were on our way to vacation by 5:00 p/m . I called Mark Lindsay because I know he has multiple trucks on the road and my past experiences have been great. Last month I decided to replace my 45 year old furnace, I again went with Mark Lindsay for the replacement. Mark's guys did the install in one day. Again, I was completely satisfied with the product and workmanship. When the inspector came to inspect the work on both units I was surprised how quickly the inspection was completed. When I told the inspector I was surprised he commented "when work is done by a professional team the inspection goes smooth". Great job again!!! I recommend Mark Lindsay and son to my friends and family.

    The tech came in to do a furnace tune up.  He spent 30 minutes taking apart and then putting back together again the insides of my furnace.  Once he was done, he gave me a good evaluation of my unit and said it was in good working order.

    Since the weather has been warmer and I left for the weekend, returning Sunday evening only to attempt to put my heat on and find that it is not working.

    I called Spear Heating and Air and left an "emergency" message with the call center to have someone call me back only to have absolutely not call back  Since the weather is luckily not below freezing I will not have to call back to attempt another "questionable" service call.

    I had 4 other estimates and they were like $20,000. The guy came in at $45,000 to replace an air conditioning. In the attic is my son's closet. As he was looking in the attic, he sat on a shelf and completely broke the shelf and the closet and destroyed the whole inside of the closet. He didn't do any work. After what he did with the closet, he should have come with at least a reasonable quote. He gave me a price of $45,000 and everybody else was $20,000. I ended up getting it done for $15,000. I don't know if this guy was a salesman or trying to get us for a ride. The company was completely not reputable. He was about an hour late. I would never use them again and I would never recommend them to anyone.

    This service started of good. Showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of chimney and heating system. Took pictures via camera in the chimney the detailed problems inside.? Where this service failed is that its been 7 weeks and I have not received a report that I can use to start repairs. I have emailed and called frequently and there has been no response. ?To make matters worse, he hit on my wife and asked for donuts that were sitting on the counter.? I would never recommend or utilize this service again. ?It was a wasted $119.00.

    The Harmony Group was very professional and highly responsible.  They walked us respectfully through the process and delivered punctually and based on their estimate.  They laid out the alternatives well so we could be informed consumers.  The only slight issue was that we didn't have a choice of thermostat (our previous one had daily programming, which we preferred given our irregular schedule; this one only had weekday/weekend programming).  We would have upgraded if we'd anticipated that.

    I think we were very lucky to stumble onto this outfit.  Easy to work with, very competitive and a vendor of the number 2 rated brand (Bryant) by consumer reports.  They were able to work a day earlier than they originally projected and got the job done in one day, just as we hit the heat of the day.  Their crew were very nice guys, pleasant to have around and very knowledgeable and professional.

    Sam the service repair man that came out was great. Highly knowledgeable and serviced the furnace quickly. It was a late Sunday afternoon and he was there within an hour of me calling. Later that night my tenant called with no hot water. I called Mark and he sent Sam out a second time Sunday night late. They both were fixed the furnace and boiler within 24 hours! The prices are reasonable for emergency service and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. I definitely will be using them for future repairs.

    One Hour Heating And Air Conditioning
    Superb. Ken arrived to discuss my interest in a dehumidifier to add to my central A/C. I knew I wanted an Aprilaire unit because we already had an item from them (installed by One Hour). Ken carefully reviewed and inspected the current installation (which they had installed a few years ago). The next day, I was provided with a written, detailed proposal. I already had a prior estimate in hand, and I knew the quality of their prior work, so there was no hesitation in just saying: Go!
    The install took the better part of a day and there were no problems at all. Now, I can control the humidity level in my home, independent of the A/C.
    Ken Kruis and Kenny Ram are great to work with and knowledgable about their products. I get the sense that the installers (we had Larry) are happy with their work, and it shows in the pride they have in the result.
    If you can't guess, I liked them very much and will use them again in the future if I need to.
