    United Waterproofing Corp
Excellent service from start to finish Giovanni and his crew performed the work promised and even sprayed something to kill and prevent mold and mildew that may have built up from the sitting water. We had a small hiccup a week later in an area where they didnt drill because they did not want to cut the door frame--Some water was coming in. We called Giovanni who left a job site and came to our home within a half hour and checked it out. His crew was there within the hour and fixed it! Almost 2 months later and our basement has been bone dry and we've had tons of rain this summer!

    CLC Landscape Design
Let me start this review by saying I found it very hard to select a service provider for landscape design. The work is expensive and if its done wrong its very expensive and painful to fix. I have had that experience twice with other landscape design companies that did small jobs on my property so I was very discerning when looking for a company to design the patio and plantings around my newly installed swimming pool. Trying to find someone with the right combination of design ideas, and the ability to execute that design is a true leap of faith that requires you to put your trust into the provider. We interviewed 7 or 8 different companies, all of whom seemed to be able to do the job. In the end, we selected CLC Landscape Design based on multiple meetings with Rich and his team, and the feeling of trust we had in their design and their ability to execute. CLC interviewed my wife and I to understand what we liked in a design and what we were looking for in our backyard. They came back with a beautiful design that included a dry-laid bluestone patio, and a whole collection of low maintenance plantings surrounding the pool. The work was completed over a week or so and the outcome was absolutely fantastic. The CLC team turned a nightmare of a space into a resort like pool that totally blew us away. As they promised, the team showed up every day, were great to work with and made the process totally seamless. What I really want to share in this review however is what happened a few years later when we ran into a problem. When we installed our pool, the pool company was responsible for back-filling and compacting around the pool in preparation for the patio. Based on CLCs recommendation we even waited some time before installing the patio to ensure the ground would be totally compacted. After a few years, however we still experienced settling of the patio so I reached out to CLC. CLC came out to take a look and then sent a team back to my house to reset the patio and fix the settling. Even though the issue was caused by the pool installer, CLC stood behind their work and fixed an issue they didnt even cause. Even better is the team went above and beyond and fixed other things that were just caused by normal wear and tear. Now the patio looks brand new! There are a lot of people that you can hire for landscape design but it is very rare to find a company that stands behind their work and delivers such outstanding customer service. I want to thank the CLC team for an amazing initial design, and even more for helping me when I had an issue years later. The patio looks fantastic! If you are considering a landscape design project, large or small there is zero reason not to reach out to the CLC team. Their design was great, the execution of that design was amazing, and when I had an issue they stepped up to get it fixed. What else could you ask for in a service provider. Really great job!!!

    LallyGone LLC
It took a couple of tries to schedule an estimate, but once we did they showed up when they said they would and finished up in one day. We had a few contractors who told us "can't be done" or it will be cost prohibitive, but they did it with no problem.

    LallyGone LLC
When looking to buy a house in Kinnelon, we discovered a horizontal crack in the foundation and a slightly bowed wall during the normal home inspections. We were then advised to retain the services of a structural engineer before continuing with the pruchase. We found Lallygone on Angie's list and because of their glowing reviews, purchased an inspection package. We were soon contacted by Elizabeth at Lallygone, LLC, and we were able to quickly and efficiently schedule a structural inspection of the home we were looking to purchase. Larry Stoll, the structural specialist arrived on time and performed a thorough multi-hour of the structural aspects of the home from the basement through the upper floors. He went through every last detail, pointing out red flags, potential causes, and the consequential effects of the problems in the basement foundation. He ran moisture readings, took photographs, and made more measurements and level-inspections than I could count. He was able to zero in on the most significant problems, expanded upon some other areas that we had not anticipated, and ultimately gave us the information we needed to go back to the sellers with the full scope of the issues at hand.
After presenting those finding to the sellers and making a new offer, Lallygone even worked with us to put together a potential repair/financing scenario that would have allowed both the sellers and us (the buyers) an extremely beneficial situation in terms of financial risk and out of pocket costs. They had no reason to offer this to us besides great customer service and an honest effort ot provide quality services.
Unfortunately, we had to terminate the contract on the purchase of the home because the sellers were unwilling to budge to their own demise, but without Lallygone and their help, we may have found ourselves in a very serious financial situation with a home that could have cost us years on our lives. If anyone reads this in regard to 11 Cedar Trail in Kinnelon, NJ ? be aware that the house has serious foundational problems.
I would never hesitate to recommend this company or the people that work for them. They were true professionals. Though I cannot comment on their actual work since we never got to that point, I can vouch for their knowledge and business practices, as well as their ability to communicate quickly and efficiently ? even on nights and weekends when I never would have expected them to be so accommodating.

    Quality 1st Basements
This morning, as scheduled, Damian arrived promptly as promised, to inspect, flood test, clean and maintain our pumping and air- purifying systems.  After Damian had spent approximately two hours making sure everything was operating efficiently and to the proper specifications, he asked if I had any questions or issues of concern that he could address for me. I had none, but appreciate dealing with a professional, polite, technician like Damian. I would not hesitate to ask him back when service on my equipment is needed. Thank you Quality First Basement Systems.  We would highly recommend you to all of our friends and family.

Since the minor water seepage source could not be identified (the area was dry and no obvious moisture in rest of basement ) they told us to open small hole in subfloor  under carpet  in area of concern and watch for moisture.  We appreciated the honest advice and that they did not want to sell us a service we don't yet need.

    Amazonia Waterproofing Inc
The warranty that this company provides on their work is absolute garbage. We required significant remediation and the owner, Allan, told us that he was going through a costly divorce and couldn't afford to make it right. We ultimately hired a back hoe and fixed drainage issues that were not handled by Amazonia's system.
Allan was maybe on site for a total of one hour and the rest of the time, a bunch of day labourers worked in the house. One of them nicked a pipe with a jackhammer and hid the problem, and we came back to a massively flooded basement (we were making weekly trips to Maine as my mother-in-law was dying).
He didn't used licensed plumbers or electricians and did not stand behind his work. I sort of expected him to be out of business due to his abysmal BBB rating, but I'm making sure that nobody else gets suckered.

    Sanzari Asphalt
Tyler and his team were great and professional.  Our driveway took a bit longer than originally planned, mostly due to the poor shape of the previous driveway and the amount of moisture in the ground, but they tightly packed the gravel and created smooth transitions to our 3 garages while the work was in progress.   They also installed 12" drain pipe at sections that might be needed to bridge some future drainage projects.
First, the belgian block was installed around the perimeter.  Then, they built the belgian block walkway and repointed some badly weathered masonry on our front and side porch.  Finally, they came in and paved and graded the driveway to the point that water literally flows right off of it.
The job was on budget and completed on time, and gets a lot of compliments.

    Value Dry
We needed to upgrade our basement -dirt floor scenario to sell our house. Value Dry lived up to our expectations from start to finish. Their techs Joe, Alex and Barry broke their a**** to turn our situation around. They were here for at least 12 hours jack-hammering the crap out of our boulder laden floor and did not leave until the job was complete. They finished this labor intensive job and could not have been more professional in terms of how they treated us and our property. The job was reasonably priced. We had at least four other companies offer us solutions. I'm satisfied with our decision to use Value Dry and was very impressed with Joe, Alex and Barry. They did a great job, went over all the details of the project prior to leaving although they were physically spent. Thanks for a great job!

    Acme Water Proofing. Inc.
Jimmy and his team did a tremendous job waterproofing and refinishing our basement, so when the foundation under our patio and the retaining walls needed replacing, we immediately thought of them. They have transformed the back of our house and our backyard, and coordinated with Deck Experts to install a Trex deck. Now the back of our house looks better than the front!
