Justin and the guy you sent with him were great. Friendly. Answered my questions. Made sure to wear their booties. Told me my water heater should be replaced rather than dump money into it. They got my 19 year old Rinnai furnace running when the guys at Irving couldn't figure it out.

They came out within a few hours, and called before they came, which was great! However, the plumber they sent must have been inexperienced because he seemed to want to talk more than he wanted to work. When he finally did get below the house into the crawl space where the water heater was I could hear him moaning and swearing. He stopped when I called down to him and he seemed to realize how the sounds traveled. He came back up and asked if we had any documentation for the appliance, which I had to repeatedly tell him no, even though I had checked again. He found some material online which I printed out for him as he said the customer service line was not helpful. He went down again and came up telling me that he did not know what the other plumber did even though he found the same directions he had and discarded burners next to the appliance. He then told me the only thing he could think of to do would be to clean the appliance which would take 4 hours and cost $800. He also spent time on the phone calling colleagues trying to figure out what was wrong, but nobody seemed to know what was wrong. I found some recommendations online in about 5 minutes of searching and gave him some printed copies. Even though one had very good detail, he only glanced at it and said I would be better off to replace it than to fix it. He then asked if I wanted an estimate to replace it, which I agreed to since that service was apparently free and did not appear to hear me when he said more than twice "Okay, you want an estimate for an electric water heater" after I said I wanted to stick with LP. They charged $70 for showing up at the house (Reasonable) and another $170 for "diagnostic" work in which he fixed nothing, did not identify the problem and told me I should spend even more money with their company. In my opinion this individual did not know what he was doing and tried to cover it up by telling me the appliance was broken. An extremely disappointing experience.

Ken was awesome!  He called me the morning of my scheduled service to let my know when he would be arriving.  He and his helper Scott were polite and patient.  They came in, looked at the shower, listened to my description, and got right down to work.  Ken was thorough and neat, double checking everything.  We had some parts that needed replacing and some missing gaskets which he took care of quickly.  He also answered my questions about a future plumbing project.  I would most definitely use him again!  Thank you Ken!

They came to pump out our septic tank-we have used them before and they do a good job it's just that the price has gone up so much over the years but they should get a A-/B+ overall; just wish it didn't cost so darn much!

I literally cannot say enough wonderful things about Norm Dubois!! Norm was my "second opinion" after I was told by the first guy I had a broken tub and received an estimate of $3,500+ to replace the tub and surround. And he was from a company I had used for years. Norm came in and looked at the tub and the water damage in the ceiling below and immediately suggested cutting a hole in the ceiling to see if there was something wrong with the pipe BEFORE tearing out and replacing the existing fixtures. As soon as he got the hole cut even I could see the rotted coupling that was obviously the culprit. Norm then went the extra mile and tried valiantly to avoid having to replace the whole pipe as opposed to just the "nut", but due to the manner of the original installation, in the end he was unable to achieve a connection he was comfortable with and did end up replacing the pipe. I certainly appreciate both his effort to save me (even more!) money as well as his insistence that ultimately the job had to be done right. Even after all this, Norm then went even further and installed a replacement drain lever in my tub that he was able to find in his truck! Given that in the past I have paid a plumber $300 for 15 minutes' work hooking up a new sink, I think $360 for over two hours' effort and the amount of work he undertook is more than reasonable -- especially since some of it wasn't even what he was scheduled to do. Like I said, I can't say enough positive things about Norm. But I can tell you I've already scheduled him to come back to take care of another issue and I am beyond ecstatic to know that I now have an honest, reliable plumber I can call both for emergencies as well as run-of-the-mill repairs/upgrades.

Everything went well.  The sales representative went the extra mile in explaining our options and was willing to work within our budget.  She also presented an air of knowledgeability without being condescending which we appreciated.

I had a leak from my upstairs shower coming through the kitchen ceiling. Plumber came out the next day, quickly identified the problem, which thankfully was minor, needed to replace the the part that switches the water flow from the tub faucet to the shower. He did not have the appropriate size for my shower so went to the store for one,. He returned and replaced the part. I asked if he could look at the downstairs shower as well as it was leaking around the shower head, he repaired that as well. Price was reasonable, he was thorough and efficient, cleaned up after the job. Highly recommended.

He did a good job and did a lot of work in 2 hours.  I haven't hired a plumber in a long time and I was a little surprised by the price.  They charged $110 an hour.  They did give me 10% for being an Angie's List member.
