My wife and I couldn't be happier with JP Pest mold division. Matt and his crew were honest, professional and thorough from the day he came to do the quote until the day they completed the project. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to eliminate a mold problem for a very fair price (another company gave us a quote over 6x higher for the same job!).

He came the same day I called and made a patch on the roof.At the same time he said because of it's age (31 years) I probably need a new roof.He took all the necessary measurements and said he would get back to me with an estimate.I have tried to call him several times as at first the patch didn't work though I don't seem to have any leaks now.I have left at least two or three messages but it has been almost three months and I have not heard from him.I consider this highly unprofessional.

I had Anything and Everything add a new deck on the back of my house, replace existing windows and sliders. The work was done in the time expected. Any changes or barriers that came up were immediately communicated. My satisfaction was checked and guaranteed before billing occurred. Because of this experience a had two areas of my house painted inside. One area opens to the second floor and some areas on the ceiling needed work. The two person crew came in and quickly went to work finishing up the job in short order, cleaning up everything when finished.

Our experience with Top Notch Tree Experts truly was top notch. I contacted them and left a message and my call was returned within a couple of hours. Floyd met us at our property right away (free of charge!) to scope out the extent of the job and offer advice. Needing so many trees removed from our newly purchased and long neglected property, we decided to book them for an entire day's worth of work and pay a flat rate (which in the end boiled down to only about $125 per tree!) We had many large (100'+ trees) which, if removed individually, could have cost up to $900 per tree, so paying the flat rate was a no-brainer. They arrived first thing in the morning, at 6:30am, to get set up and started cutting around 7:00. They put in a full day of work, only stopping for a very brief lunch break. Floyd dropped by on numerous occasions throughout the day to make sure we were happy with the work that was being done and to see if we wanted any additional trees taken down. Our neighbors all came out to watch, as it was not only a productive experience, but an entertaining one as well. They came in with large trucks and a massive crane. Trees were cut in sections and lifted directly over our house and put into the chipper. It was really exciting to watch! When they left, they raked the yard, swept the road and left the property looking totally transformed. The crew was friendly and professional. I highly recommend using Top Notch Tree Experts for any tree removal you may need. They live up to their name and went above and beyond our expectations of simply getting some trees taken down. Give them a call. You won't regret it!

I went very well.  The young men were nice and very polite.  They did not make any comments on the terrible state of my messy house, or the difficulties of the job.  They listened to what I wanted done, and were quick and efficient in doing just that.  They arrived before me at the new apartment, and got my stuff up the one flight of stairs with no problems.  Overall it was a very good experience.

etc, however, Very personable father and son team.
Unfortunately they are OUTRAGEOUSLY OVER PRICED!
I do not begrudge someone a fair wage (I am a business owner as well) but they are FAR from FAIR, they actually GOUGE.
What I also find troubling with this plumber and several others is how they HIDE their REAL hourly wage in the customer's ignorance. They know that most customers have no idea how long it will take to do the work, and they PREY on that.
When given an estimate they only give the price, no details such as time and materials and that is by DESIGN, they do not want you to know that they are actually charging you $300-$400 per hour + double, triple and quadruple for materials.  Many are charging you Master plumber prices for their journeyman, which is totally wrong.  Sadly that is the case with this company.
When I asked for the hourly rate they would NOT give it. I was told the hourly is just for "small jobs". But here is the thing, they have to calculate the hours in order to come up with a price, so why do they REFUSE to tell the customer how many hours are in the estimate, simple, they do not want you to know they are charging you HUNDREDS of dollars per hour.
They know home owners are not going to be okay with them charging $300-$400 per hour, so they HIDE it in a "bulk price" and then act as if it is a much bigger job than it is so you just accept the "bulk price". They also make the customer feel they are doing them a "favor" with the price, which is just NOT TRUE!  The only "favor" is to themselves.
Plumbers should not be charging as much as a lawyer, they are not keeping us out of prison, they are just fixing our toilets.
$80-$100 per hour is more than fair for a good and even great plumber; $300-$400 per hour is just ROBBERY!
I not only cannot NOT recommend this company for their outrageous prices but I recommend customers who did hire them take a second look at how much they REALLY paid them for the work.  How many hours did they actually WORK, not how long they may have drug out the work, but actual working hours.  I think you will be SHOCKED at how much you really paid and were OVER CHARGED!
I have no problem if a plumber wants to charge $300-$400 per hour, but be HONEST about it and let the customer decide if they are willing to pay that, but of course they do not tell the customers that because they know that no one would hire them for those prices, so they HIDE it.
Needless to say I did not hire this company, especially when the other plumber was literally HALF the price for the same work.
There are good plumbers out there who are FAIR in their pricing, you just have to look for them, this just happens to NOT be one of them.
They may be a great plumber but no plumber is worth $300-$400 per hour especially for just the father and 18 year old son.
I really want to say that they are "good people" because they are very kind to talk to etc, but the truth is, good people are HONEST and do not OVER CHARGE and HIDE their prices so the customer has no idea what they are really paying.
I gave an F for professionalism because of their estimate.  The fact that they refused to give time and materials to show how they came up with the estimate speaks VOLUMES of their desire to keep the TRUE cost HIDDEN from me.

Danielle, the owner was great to deal with. She was very professional and it was clear that she cares that everything goes well. The crew of 3 that she sent worked very hard for many hours! This house was "broom clean" but had been a rental property for at least 5 years and hadn't been cared for or cleaned thoroughly in a long time! It shines now thanks to Meaghan and her colleagues--thanks!!

Brian & his crew did a first rate job. Brian responded quickly to my request to have work done. I did not have to wait only a day or two. His guys came to my house on 4 separate days to perform the work in stages. Everything went very well and the workmanship was excellent. I work in the electric utility field & can tell the difference between OK work and exceptional work. Brian and his crew does exceptional work. The price was very reasonable and the timing to  finish was very quick. I highly recommend Brian Weeks and would rate 5 stars for the work & price.

Erin Peterson was meticulous and through in her written proposal after coming to see us and discuss our needs.  She was always prompt and happy to respond to any questions we had.  Her team was wonderful.  They were hardworking, polite, and responsive to our questions and the changes we requested.  They completed all the work in 2 and a half days and even worked through the rain on the first day. They made some great suggestions on site which we liked and approved.  We plan to have Simple By Nature back next spring to complete more landscaping on our property.
    We highly recommend them.
