    Animal Heaven
Our family was heartbroken at the loss of our dog. Marie was so kind and respectful and made the process as easy as it could possibly be. Her compassion about our loss was more than I could have imagined from any other business. She was extremely understanding of what we were going through and talked to us about our dog, Yogi, in the most loving way. Beyond compassion Marie is very reasonable in price and placed our sweet dogs ashes in a beautiful rosewood box. No one ever wants to go through such a hard experience but thankfully Marie helped us through such a heart wrenching time. Animal Heaven is truly the place to go if you have lost a pet who is loved like family.

    PUDDLEBANK FARM
Puddlebank has been our dogs’ home away from home since 1995. Our beloved Carrie Barrett was our original dog whisperer. Carrie’s son Dave, her daughter-in-law Cherie, and her right hand woman Dottie have carried on her tradition with perfection. Our animals are our family, and we trust Puddlebank with their lives. Puddlebank is the sine qua non of animal care – your animal companions will be truly safe with them. And besides, our dogs love them! It doesn’t get better than that…. TOUREEN PET RESORT & SPA
0 stars. We took our dog to Toureen for his first post quarantine grooming appointment. Our request for his haircut was simple, a short scissor cut and a paw trim. After 3 hours in grooming, we were given an 80 dollar bill to pay and our back our dog with huge mats behind each of his ears and on his stomach. When we brought this to the attention of the manager, she was quick to blame our dog. When speaking to the owner, his way of diffusing the situation was "how about we give you your money back, and you never come back". I left dumbfounded over the complete unprofessionalism from all levels. We will never return.

    Wellesley-Natick Veterinary Hospital
My elderly parents were taken advantage of. They had been loyal to this vet for years. Their staff did not know how to handle dogs. Their employee provoked our dog and got her hand bitten (she was ok) after she unnecessarily reached out to him. They were fully aware that our dog was timid at the vet and they had just taken his muzzle off. He was sitting alone in the corner with my dad as my mom checked out. Then the staff member approached the dog by surprise reaching out to him abruptlly. They created a scene, called 911, wholly exaggerated the facts and sued my parents - causing them grief, despair and anxiety. They went after my parents (in their 80s) with vicious lawyers and lies. They claimed to have no video footage of the waiting area where the incident occured which is suspicious because most all businesses these days have cameras. I also had gone to this business a few years ago and never went back because I was grossly overcharged. If you are looking for an honest business this is NOT the place. There are plenty of other options.

    Above & Beyond Pet Services
We have been regular clients of Above and Beyond for over a year now. They walk our mini-dachshund, Winston, 4-5 times a week. They are truly exceptional and we adore our dog walkers, Alyce, Billy and Holly. When we began, Holly came out to meet us and took very detailed notes about our dog, our needs and our schedule. Since then she has been professional, thoughtful, quick to respond to any scheduling changes or any questions and a true pleasure to work with. She also walks Winston on occasion, and is amazing at all she does. Our regular dog walker, Alyce has been absolutely fantastic. Winston is a little guy and will not walk with just anyone. In fact, he is likely one of their trickiest clients! Alyce has been patient and kind with him. From the moment I met Alyce I have never had a single worry about leaving Winston in her care. She is responsible and genuinely understands dogs. She truly loves her work!! When it rains she takes the initiative to find his coat and is sure to towel him off. When he wants to play fetch, she plays fetch. When he wants to play in the snow, she plays in the snow with him. Whatever the day, I know he and Alyce have fun together on his walks. Billy is our regular back up walker and again, nothing but the best from this place. He is a gem and Winston loves him as well. In fact, he stayed overnight to care for Winston when I had to go out of town last minute. Above and Beyond made all the arrangements on very short notice and were very accommodating. They sent photos and updates to keep me informed. I feel very lucky to know they are spending time with Winston every day while I am at work. Winston loves his walking buddies dearly, he gets very excited to see them! From every aspect, Above and Beyond really is above and beyond! I am grateful to work with such a unique group of people who truly love their work and are exceptionally good at what them do. I cannot recommend them more highly.

    Rock Creek Kennels, Inc.
It was great - the price is comparable to other kennels I researched and I was impressed with the facility.  My pup had a blast and the staff was great with her.  The price of the grooming was a little more than I would typically pay, and I won't include it every time, but it was very convenient to pick her up nice and clean.

    PRECIOUS FURS PET RESORT
With the eds that one of them got and boarding two dogs with meds and food. That included some play time and staff spending time with them. My former vet always said good things; it's clean, you can go out back and see everything. I never had a problem with them. If your dog is sick, they'll call you right way. They're good. I never boarded the cat, but if I need to, I would. They're good. Very professional, the owner of the kennel is also a licensed groomer with a couple of decades of experience.

    OLD DERBY ANIMAL HOSPITAL
We went away twice. It was clean. It was nice. They seemed to honestly care about the dogs. I know some places are not really good. The prices are pretty good. It depends on if you want the luxury suite. It has a tv and a nice kennel and it's bigger. We went away for a week and we put him in a luxury thing. It was a bad week because it was school vacation week. They have different prices depending on the size of the animal. The people seem to really care. You can call them during the week and ask how he's doing. They were pretty flexible.
