We have moved 14 times in our married life and this was the best ever! We were told there would be 3 guys and we got 4 for the same price.. each man was professional, respectful, and hard working. Not one thing was broken or damaged. They not only moved heavy furniture up stairs to our bedroom level but rearranged it in the room to because i wanted the bed facing a different direction from the way my husband had told them. When the job was nearly done they realized we were missing some bolts, nuts and washers to assemble my daughters bed frame. They waited while I drove to hardware store, even though they could have left. I have never been happier with a moving company. From Paul in the office to team leader John and his amazing crew Zach, Dave and Nate we can't sing their praises enough. I have never had a move where i was calm yet with Precerred I was. God blesss them

Not well. He did not fix the problem. He said he balance it and it ran all night. He also said it need to be oiled. When I went to pick the clock up, it had stopped working. He said "I wish I had never seen this clock, it wrecked my entire day". I paid for the clock, took it home. It still does not work.

Keenan Logging & Tree Care, LLC
It went very well given the weather. We had Erik come over to evaluate some trees that were were concerned about. He identified two for removal and commented that a third had a crack where the trunk split off into two many limbs. He said the tree was overall healthy and didn't recommend cutting it down. He said that he could remove one of the limbs, but that would have to wait until the fall when the tree went dormant so as not to stress it out. We agreed and he cut down two trees in May and removed the brush (I let my neighbor have the large pieces for his fireplace and he and Erik tossed the sections over my fence and onto his property). The stumps were originally going to be ground out later in the summer, but I noticed that fresh shoots were coming up around them and wanted to give them a fighting chance. Erik had no problem with not grinding them out and readjusted the price. My neighbor was concerned about a dead pine tree that he thought might fall on his shed if the wind blew just right, so Erik agreed to drop that when he came back in the fall to take down the tree limb. The weather didn't cooperate much that year but we kept in communication throughout the fall and into the start of winter. Erik and his crew were able to come back in December and they took down the limb and dropped the pine tree (the main part of our property has a chain link fence and it would have been too difficult to remove the pine so we agreed to leave it where it was). Overall, we were very pleased and should we every need help with any of our other trees, we will definitely use Keenan Logging!

    Somersworth Storage, LLC
Absolutely the worst organization to do business with. Use at your own peril. They were closed on the 30th, 31st and 1st of a month that I needed a rental. I wrote a Facebook review, simply letting people know that they can’t be trusted to be open when they say they will be, and they responded and said i was lying and upset about another issue. And they’d never been closed 3 days in a row. Here’s the great thing, I was selling my house and had to be out on the 30th because we were closing on the 31st. I had to delay it because I couldn’t get a second unit there due to them being closed. So I took pictures of them being closed for the other realtor and her clients, so they didn’t think I was just being lazy and not moving our when I claimed. And I had family members helping me move who were with me when they were closed during business hours (on the 3 most important moving days of any month). So either I faked the pictures and my family members imagined them being closed, or they just straight up lied on facebook. These are the kind of people you will be dealing with. Instead of figuring out why they weren’t open and how to correctly notify people if they couldn’t be open (on the off chance no employee could show up for 3 days), they decided to try and slander me and make me appear to be a nut job. Good businesses use feedback to try and improve. Bad businesses claim all unhappy customers are irrational and they can do no wrong. This is a bad business. Don’t let them treat people poorly and still turn a profit. The only thing greedy companies understand is money. Don’t support them and they will learn

    Roadrunner Moving & Storage Inc
How many ways can I possibly say "EXCELLENT"? This was a terrific moving experience for my wife and me. We had a crew of 4 great guys; very friendly and likable, punctual, neat and they seemed to really care about our belongings. There was no "wasted clock time" either. These guys worked hard for the whole loading job and were very appreciative of lunch and donuts that we provided. We felt very comfortable with the crew from the first moment. After packing us up, there was 1 extra day that our things had to remain securely locked up until delivery 2 days later. The crew arrived in Durham EARLY for work so we rushed out of breakfast, and were glad to see the same group of men. We really were most fortunate and my wife and I were very pleased with the overall experience! Would I hire them again...gosh...I don't think I EVER want to move again...but yes...ABSOLUTELY! Roadrunner Moving and Storage made the job much easier and we didn't have a THING to worry about. Great company! Great guys and a pleasant experience. No nightmares here. These guys and their company are the best!

    Move Pro Moving & Storage
Couldn't have gone better. The crew of 3 was on time, professional, fast, and worked their butts off. We moved from a townhouse, so there were lots of stairs to navigate lugging some very heavy furniture. All furniture was carefully wrapped before moving anything around. Everything arrived in perfect condition..nothing broken and not even a scratch was found.
