    This pet had had a lot of medical care there. She also had cancer and was on chemotherapy. They were wonderful for us. The prices are a little high down there. But for what you get they've treated us very well. So I'm happy to pay that money. The price was not a problem because now I have this other pet to deal with. The price is comparable with someone else if we are just talking about the euthanasia. We are not talking about other stuff. He was cremated and we haven't gotten through with that yet. It goes through another agency. We haven't gotten the remains back yet. They handle transferring the remains and everything. I will be picking up everything there. It was a female cat. They have a special room. A big comfortable couch and nice lighting. It was a very nice room. We brought our own blanket but they had her wrapped up in an afghan and a fleece and put here on my lap. They let us be with her for as long as we wanted. So we could take our time. The doctor was extremely nice.

    I believe the cost is $35 per night. They have been watching our dog for 4 and a half years now. He is always happy to go there. We found them through an online search. They take care of they are always very responsive. They love him and spoil him. There's a lot of dogs there that they take care of but they're always on top of it. They are absolutely wonderful with the dogs. They are good about giving medication if you need to. If you have special instructions you want to give them in term of like limited mobility because he's injured himself , they are always good about that. They are very understanding. Very wonderful.

    I used to go to Dr. Bishop who owned the animal hospital when I first moved to New Hampshire 27 years ago. He was a phenomenal veterinarian. Over the years the practice has changed, it is not a big medicine, big business hospital. They are expensive. It is impossible to get out of there under 700 dollars if you have a sick animal. They give the appearance of being more concerned about getting their bill paid than they do about taking care of the animal. For example, they take the animal to do x-rays and immediately you are ushered over to the business manager where you must pay at least 50 percent or you get your animal back uncared for and that is why I haven't been back in the last 7 years. They are expensive and they are not a caring and friendly practice that they used to be. They do have however the best equipment in the area and they don't have to pay to use it. I brought her home and they had nothing. They didn't listen to me, she was no better than she had been and they hadn't figured it out. I had her home so that she would at least eat from me and she wouldn't eat from them. I took her somewhere else, they listened to me, another 300 dollars and I had a doctor work on that. They are very professional. I will use them again in the future under emergency circumstances. It is not that they are incompetent or up to the latest or greatest technology but they don't necessarily have the diagnostic instincts and they don't necessarily use their brains. It is like human medicine going to the ER at this point they are going to look for the most expensive and exotic thing that could possibly be wrong and you are going to get a bill that looks like that.

    They killed my dog. They're horrible people. They don't know what they're doing. They're poorly trained and badly supervised. They were too proud to say they didn't know what they were doing, so they kept us there for seven hours, while my dog slowly died of heart failure. Then they gave me an oxygen tank and told me to take him to a different hospital, which if I had done that six hours earlier, she would be alive. I brought me dog in in the middle of the night on an emergency basis and a student doctor was allowed to treat my dog. They made every excuse in the book why they couldn't define her, and when I told them what she needed, they said, "Well, we don't know that." And they put her in a incubator for five hours while she slowly suffocated to death. They revived her twice. If I could have gotten her to the other hospital, she would have been on a resuscitator and they could have repaired her lung. It wasn't likely she died of a blood clot in her lung. We'll never know that, because she died right in front of the other hospital. It's a very bad veterinary office. It was a heartrending day. The students should not be allowed to answer emergency calls in the middle of the night if they're not skilled and prepared and there's no veterinarian on duty. They should tell you when you walk in, "We're all just students. You might want to go somewhere else." They actually called the next day, asking how she was, after sending her out to my car with an oxygen tank. They also gave us a condolence card. They're clueless. There's got to be a doctor on staff that could answer for this. They wanted me to fill out forms while my dog was struggling to breathe. They're a heartless service and should not be in the business of animal care. I shutter to think of the people who aren't aware that they're incompetent.

    They were very prompt and very responsive. And later I found out my baby was constipated. I was really relieved that that was her only problem. And extremely grateful for the prompt service and attention. I just felt like I kept being asked to have her take more and more tests. I stopped where I did because i just couldn't afford any more...not because they ran out of tests

    All Pets Veterinary Hospital
    Our cat Thomas was 13. He became lethargic and stopped eating 4 days ago. We really wanted to find a good but inexpensive vet, to treat him, and we found an absolute gem in All Pets Veterinary Hospital!  From the moment we walked in the door, we felt nothing but welcome and kindness from the receptionist, nurse, and Dr Nicole Provencher.
    I cannot say enough about Nicole. Many vets make me feel nervous and totally inadequate as a pet owner, and that I must spend all my savings on exploratory procedures! Nicole put our minds at ease as she listened to us and treated our fears and concerns as much as Thomas's. She handled him with love and gentleness. He just purred and let her work.
    My wife works in medical diagnostics, and Nicole was comfortable explaining all the possibilities professionally and personally, with explained the fees. She allowed us time to consider what treatment and diagnostic options would do for us, whether to have blood work, an x-ray, either or both, and what they would tell us, and what ongoing treatment might involve. 
    In the end we decided to have blood work, wait 20 minutes for the results, and then decide what to do next. It turned out that this was an optimal plan. Sadly the blood work showed advanced liver disease. Nicole showed us the numbers and explained their significance. It was highly likely that Thomas had a tumor, and that further treatment would not result in a recovery. Nicole allowed us to decide if we wanted to take all possible measures, or just put Thomas to sleep. I felt that I was honored and respected in my choice and that we all reached the same conclusion together: it was just Thomas's time. We grieved with Thomas for several minutes in privacy, and they took Thomas away for the last time. We were offered a number of options, and we chose cremation. They are making a paw-print in clay for us, painted, at no charge. 
    The whole process was moving and sad, but profoundly beautiful in the kindness that Dr Nicole Provencher exhibited in helping our family through a difficult decision. We paid very little indeed for the time and services that were performed. I would highly recommend All Pets Veterinary Hospital to all my friends for regular or emergency pet care.

    I've been taking my animals to them for about 15 to 20 years. I thought they were cheaper than the other vets in Nashua. I don't know how much cheaper they are; they're also expensive. I like that there's a group of them and that if they can't figure out what's wrong, the vets all get together and try to figure it out so that's what I like over just having a single vet. It was $85 for the bloodwork my pet needed. I think they're pretty good. They can do a lot of things in-house, which I like. They don't send me off to a different hospital. They've got everything in. They do cats and dogs which a lot of people care about but I just have a cat. They keep the cats and dogs separate when we come in.

    They are very good here. I think a lot of clinics probably lack a little bit of bedside manner compassion, but the hospital is responsive, checked back in on my cat, reasonably priced, and seem competent. Dr. Jill is great. It's important to ask about aftercare because they might not offer that information (although they give you a written print out) but they seem to assume that you already know what you are doing.

    The cost depends on what I have to go in for. In comparison to other veterinarians around, they're very reasonable. I would absolutely use them again in the future. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They go above and beyond. I think that because I don't like to bring my animals to just anybody, I feel like they give me as much time as I need to draw off my questions. I feel like I can talk to them and ask kindly questions that I want. They're very professional but very friendly and personable. The office is always clean. It's the best. I can't think of anything about them that I don't like. They have four doctors and every single one of them I really, really like. That's why I go there because they're the best around.

    They did an incredible job. We have used the company for nearly two years and have ALWAYS been incredibly pleased with them. They have never failed to do the job we hired them to do and they often go the extra mile. They have made extra time to walk our dog for us even when we didn't specifically ask for it. Our dog appreciates their time and attention and so do we. They always leave a note for us at the end of the sitting letting us know how both animals did. They are incredibly personal with the animals and I love that they work hard to keep the same sitter with you every time you schedule them. It lets them get to know your pets and your pets get to know them. I think it makes a big difference to our dog to recognize someone coming in the door instead of it being someone different every time.
    They also ask that we call them once we arrive home from a trip so that they know we made it back without any flight delays, etc., because in the event we were delayed they would do whatever they had to in order to make sure our pet sitting continued until we are able to return. They truly have the pets best interest in mind.
    We love that all employees are thoroughly vetted and background checked before they are ever allowed in your home. It gives you extra peace of mind knowing that they are so careful about who they employ.
    We couldn't ask for a better company and are so thankful we found them. We would have been in a mess many times without them.
