It was terrible. Bergeron is the WORST company EVER. Took them 4 weeks just to replace the plywood sheeting and they buried my flood light wires so we couldn't find them. Left their scaffolding up in front of the garage so we couldn't use it or get the doors repaired for a month. Left a pile of junk (windows, siding, etc.) piled up in the driveway for weeks and when they finally did clean it up they left all the nails on the driveway. AND....they lie.....a LOT......especially Andre, that is if they ever return a phone call which isn't very often. Told me they ordered my windows but when we called the place they supposedly ordered them from were told they had received no such order. Although my shed only needed a very small amount of new siding on one side Andre told me they were going to re side the entire shed and not charge me for the siding or labor because he was "going to do me a favor".......yeah, right. The only favor he ever did me was to quit probably because he was getting tired of me calling him out on all his lies. We found a new contractor and the job was finished within 2 weeks.

Ryan and his team were amazing in every way. Not only did they do fantastic work but they exercised a lot of patience and attention to detail with our project. This entailed Ryan walking the space about 4 times before we even signed a contract, just to be sure he understood what we wanted. Communication of progress and issues were timely and in our case made to myself on the West Coast and my brother occupying the space so double the efforts. They also are very up front about any potential or surprise issues and the best way to resolve them NOT the most expensive way the most proper. We now have him doing some work at my parents house and I am planning to use him for a garage/mudroom/laundry room addition in the fall. Note that the cost may look high but take into account the cost of putting in a proper support beam to replace a supporting wall, having 2 pocket doors installed, complete electrical rewiring and foam insulation (was all old and original) as well as an ADA shower unit costing about $2k itself from the manufacturer.

The project took over 2.5 months to complete. This was directly caused by the lack of communication skills of the project manager with both the tradesmen who sometimes didn't have the required materials on site. Things became so unbearable that I had to start dealing with the project managers manager. At times, it would be over a week without anyone on site. In a few instances I was told that certain work was not included in the contract such as the painting of the ceiling.

On recommendation of a friend we hired them to replace a kitchen cabinet to accommodate a new refrigerator.  It was a small "fit
in job so it was done on a time available basis.  They called the night before and showed up when they said they would.  They were professional and thorough.
It was a small job but I can not imagine how they could have done anything better.

We are very please with how everything went. Wm Maling Company was the best ! Bill helped us out so much with great ideas, we were going to do a dormer on our home to make it bigger and with Bills ideas, and pricing we were able to do 2nd floor 3 bedroom and two baths our house is like brand new to us now. We also had Bill do the whole new kitchen including cabinets, walls being taking down and opened up, flooring, doors, everything needed to make a beautiful kitchen! We love it:! New Livingroom was remodeled again looks awesome with Bills ideas. If you are planning on any remodeling on your home or building hire Wm Maling Co you will be very happy you did! The Crew, The Owner Bill and the office personal all worked together on making this project happen for me and my wife Thank you So Much!!!

    Wm Maling Co
Everything went very well with Wm Maling Company. The thing I liked the most was there was no hidden charges, everything was provided as per plan and also they used all high quality material. The crew and Bill was so polite and they went overboard to making us very happy. They are the best contractors we ever had. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. Bill helped us with colors, designs all of our decisions we needed to make. Another thing I liked was how they cleaned up everyday they were here. Not alot of contractors do that. I guess to some it up the pricing, workmanship, timely manner, etc on the job was perfect.
The job came out Beautiful and we love it !

    Victory Construction
From the initial contact to completion my experience with Victory Construction was outstanding. Before engaging Victory
Construction to build the deck I had contacted at least eight other companies. In comparison, Victory Construction was far superior to the others with regard to telephone responsiveness, arrival promptness, deck construction knowledge and ease to work with. Further, Victory Construction was very fair with its pricing.  In fact, they were able to purchase some materials for a lower cost than quoted and passed the savings on to me.
The deck was added several years after my house was built.  However, it looks like it was built at the same time and thus part of the original house design. The decking in addition to being very attractive is very strong and properly graded. Consequently, it withstood the weight and thawing of four feet snow drifts from the blizzard of 2013 without any issues.
I would consider engaging Victory Construction without reservation for any future building projects.

The entire experience with Jayron was positive from start to finish.  The entire crew was professional, courteous and made sure that all areas were always clean.  Work was performed exactly as had been laid out in the proposal.  All materials used were the highest quality.  Thanks to Jayron my house looks brand new and the price was within my budget.

Job was started right after Christmas so of course there were weather delays with the snow, but work continued throughout the winter when weather permitted, and the painting was completed as soon as it was warm enough to do so. Quality of work was excellent and pricing was more than reasonable. Owner (Frank) was always present on site while work was being performed. Electrical subs worked with me to put outlets & switches exactly where I wanted them. Very pleased with the overall project - in fact it came out better than I had hoped. All of my neighbors have commented on how nice it looks.  I almost want to move into my garage! :-)  Would definately hire Frank again, and am considering having him quote some landscaping work for me as well. He's professional, courteous, meticulous and trustworthy!

Hired this company to tear down and rebuild my garage and do some trim painting on my house. Gave them an $1K deposit to start painting. When that was underway I paid another $10K for materials for the garage. Owner (Richard Blanchette) was arrested a week later for running from a cop at a traffic stop (apparently he'd been driving without a license!) Then he stopped answering my phone calls. Left me one voice mail saying he would start work the following week and I haven't heard from him since. He won't respond to registered letters from me, the BBB or the Nashua Court system. I have a small claims suit against him now, but I'm fairly certain I will never see that $10K again. He doesn't own any property so there are no assets I could attach. This guy is a thief and belongs in jail! Avoid him at all costs!!! *I wish I could have gotten the name of the guy he had painting my house though, he was doing a really nice job until he stopped. (Probably because his boss stopped paying HIM.)
