Ryan and his team were amazing in every way. Not only did they do fantastic work but they exercised a lot of patience and attention to detail with our project. This entailed Ryan walking the space about 4 times before we even signed a contract, just to be sure he understood what we wanted. Communication of progress and issues were timely and in our case made to myself on the West Coast and my brother occupying the space so double the efforts. They also are very up front about any potential or surprise issues and the best way to resolve them NOT the most expensive way the most proper. We now have him doing some work at my parents house and I am planning to use him for a garage/mudroom/laundry room addition in the fall. Note that the cost may look high but take into account the cost of putting in a proper support beam to replace a supporting wall, having 2 pocket doors installed, complete electrical rewiring and foam insulation (was all old and original) as well as an ADA shower unit costing about $2k itself from the manufacturer.

Ordering my shed on-line was fast! That was excellent and easy! Their on-line shed design tools were amazing.

However, once the deal was sealed, they responded to my post installation conserns longer than expected. After the installation, I had some post build quality issues I wanted to discuss. Reeds said they would inspect the shed and get back to me. Steve Carleton, Vice President of Operations for Reeds Ferry reviewed my issues and immediately went into action. . He took the time to validate my concerns. He then followed through until I was satisfied with the results. I am a very demanding customer. Steve understood that from the moment of our first contact.

Steve's insistence to understand my concerns, validate and then correct  was nothing more than outstanding.   He has instilled a new faith for me regarding the integrity of business. Reeds Ferry Shed's customer service,  and their commitment to their mission of quality is very commendable and impressive.

I shall sum the entire experience as this; A company that recognizes the customer. They succeeded in this area......beyond my expectation.

I highly recommend Reeds Ferry to all considering purchasing anything from a small yard shed to one of their incredible Gazebos.

    Thank you Steve.

The old shed I had was in a difficult location in my back yard. The guys from Reed's Ferry managed through my back yard with no problems. I really thought that they would not be able to do the job with the maze the guys would have to go through but they did with no complaints. In taking down the old shed I had a garden on one side of it and a very large cactus plant on the other side of the shed and the guys tore down the shed without touching the garden or plant. That in its self was a task even my husband would not attempt. They cleaned everything including a dead possum that was under the old shed. YUK! The new shed was prefab so it went together very easily. My husband and I was amazed on how a group of men worked very well as a team and each knew each others needs like thy could read their minds. The job took about two and a half hours total. Thumbs up on the whole team.

    Ralph Gilbert
Ralph did a very good job quoting this job.  He was very detailed with his drawings and design.  He worked very hard to get subcontractors lined up to do the concrete work, etc.  Unfortunately, even though Ralph's price was probably reasonable, it was more than we could afford right now.  He original estimate was just at the limit of our budget, but once some of the subcontractors had gotten their pricing back to him, the total had risen out of our range.

Ralph was very good getting information to us, whether through email, phone or site visit.

I would call Ralph again for another job in the future.

Job was started right after Christmas so of course there were weather delays with the snow, but work continued throughout the winter when weather permitted, and the painting was completed as soon as it was warm enough to do so. Quality of work was excellent and pricing was more than reasonable. Owner (Frank) was always present on site while work was being performed. Electrical subs worked with me to put outlets & switches exactly where I wanted them. Very pleased with the overall project - in fact it came out better than I had hoped. All of my neighbors have commented on how nice it looks.  I almost want to move into my garage! :-)  Would definately hire Frank again, and am considering having him quote some landscaping work for me as well. He's professional, courteous, meticulous and trustworthy!

Hired this company to tear down and rebuild my garage and do some trim painting on my house. Gave them an $1K deposit to start painting. When that was underway I paid another $10K for materials for the garage. Owner (Richard Blanchette) was arrested a week later for running from a cop at a traffic stop (apparently he'd been driving without a license!) Then he stopped answering my phone calls. Left me one voice mail saying he would start work the following week and I haven't heard from him since. He won't respond to registered letters from me, the BBB or the Nashua Court system. I have a small claims suit against him now, but I'm fairly certain I will never see that $10K again. He doesn't own any property so there are no assets I could attach. This guy is a thief and belongs in jail! Avoid him at all costs!!! *I wish I could have gotten the name of the guy he had painting my house though, he was doing a really nice job until he stopped. (Probably because his boss stopped paying HIM.)

    90 Degree Construction LLC
I've worked in the Boston building trades for almost 40 years. I met John at a home show in Nashua. He seemed like a nice guy and easy to work with and the references he gave me were positive. I asked him how much of the work he'd do himself and he said 90%. He seemed to know what he was talking about and his price was within my budget. I hired him and gave him the first payment. We celebrated with a beer and he told me what a great chef he is and how he'd make some gourmet meals for me. That was all talk. Never saw a morsel. His attitude changed after I paid him. He became very arrogant and he didn't like me asking questions. He also did about 1% of the work. He stood around with his arms folded and stared at his help. The quality of the framing is terrible. Nothing is plumb and a lot of studs are not 16" apart. I brought this up and told him I wanted it fixed. He told me that he knew about it and didn't need any help from me. He also told me not to look at anything else until it was done. Yeah, right! He told me that it would be done in 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, and him not showing up for 2 days, I asked him when he thought it would be done. He became enraged and told me that it would be done when it's done. He was screaming and hollering until he left my property. I told him to stay off my property and have his crew finish up ASAP. This guy will never admit when he's wrong. A lot of work is hacked and I'll have to pay a real professional to finish it to an acceptable level. All this could have been avoided if he listened to me while it was being constructed. He always answered my questions with arrogance for no other reason than to satisfy his huge ego. John should not own his own business. He shows no respect to his clients after he starts receiving payments. Stay away from this contractor at all costs.

We were very happy with the quality of work. The job was done quickly which is key because you do not want the job to linger, take too long nd inconvenience the household for lo.g periods of time.
