    waited 4 hours for them to finish. Mount and balance 4 new tires and allignment. I made an appointment 5 days prior and I told them I would be waiting. After 2 hours I asked what was going on, I was told they were almost done. after 3 hours I asked the same question and got the same answer; at this point the representative said I cound get my car now, but the work wouldn't be done, made me wonder what they were doing all that time. Finally after 4 hours (4 hours 6 minutes) my car was ready. they did apologize but offered no explanation why they took so long. I've been getting my car serviced there for 7 years, I thought they would treat their customers better then that, I will never go to Macmulkin chevrolet again.

    There are small dents that you wouldn't even see unless you were right next to it. They didn't put the floor mats in, they were in the trunk. The key fab had a dead battery. I don't think they put much effort into it. I emailed them and I got no response.

    It went well. They changed the diff/xfer case fluids and alerted me to my differential problems (which I knew something was going on there, but couldn't pinpoint it.) The A/C recharge was done and I was given details on the prior fluid levels before the work. They inspected the brakes and gave me the exact mm of my pads front and back and possible causes for my pulsing issues. He gave a ballpark figure for pads and rotors for the future. They also inspected the belts, tires, and alerted me to my serpentine belt being late in its lifecycle and my spark plugs were at the mileage marker for replacement. I especially liked that one of the mechanics came into the office to make sure I knew about the differential and what he observed. Straightforward pricing, direct answers and valid recommendations without being pushy, I'll use them again for my vehicles.

    We used United Freight following my father's passing so it was a difficult time for my family. My father's vehicle had to be transported from FL to NH, and we didn't know where to start so we went to Angie's list. We reviewed a few companies and decided to take a chance with this one. It was the best decision. First, the price sounded reasonable, and although we read a couple of negative reviews, the vast majority were positive. My dad's vehicle was picked up as promised, and most importantly, the driver was accommodating and professional. Most importantly to me, he was polite and patient with my 84 year old mother. She was under a great deal of stress, and he made the process easy for her. I met the same driver when he delivered the car to me in NH. He was on time, polite, courteous, and very professional. We are VERY impressed, and assuming all the driver's are like ours, we highly recommend United Freight! I cannot thank you enough for making this part of our personal journey a bit easier! We wish you continued success!

    It just seemed to be very lengthy. It is a dealership so they are trying to sell you a lot of things. I know they are doing their job, but I just felt like we were there forever. They gave us what my husband wanted. We reached a compromise. They were doing their job. It took a long time. We were there in the showroom longer than we we expected, but they had to talk to the manager and this and that. I don't think it is specific to their dealership I think it is how all dealerships work.

    My car was involved in two hit and runs, one which occured within 24hrs of picking the car up from Needham Collision after repairs were made from the first hit and run. I fought with the insurance company to take care of the necessary repairs, they initially denied damaged parts on both hit and run cases, however, Needham Collision went to bat for me and had these parts replaced.
    There was an issue when I went to pick up the car after the second hit and run, an aftermarket bumper was used and the alignment was poor. There was also an issue where the weight to balance the replaced rim was scraping against the brake caliper. I asked to speak to the manager, Gino, who promptly made phone calls to the insurance company and had the bumper replaced within 24hrs. Also, the headlight that insurance company refused to replace was also an issue. Gino made the call to the insurance company and this was replaced within 24hrs as well. 
    There ability to blend and match the paint of the car is phenomenal, it truly looks like it came off the showroom floor.
    The only thing that I would like to see different is quality control. This shop does perform excellent work, however, it could have saved me a couple trips had the manager inspected the work carefully prior to my arrival. That being said, once this was pointed out the issues were handled promptly and the quality of the work was excellent.
    I'd highly recommend this shop.
    *They also arranged for a rental car for me at no cost once I pointed out the issues with the second repair.

    The appointment was scheduled for 1 day after my call, very propmt.  I had the option of at home or in the shop, I chose in the shop.  I dropped off the car, the person was very professional.  They told me it would be done at 2:30.  The car was done on time and the work was great.  The car was cleaned and the glass looks great.
    I've had in for almost a month with no issues, would definitely use them again.

    They billed the insurance company directly, so that saved a step. There was some back and forthy to try to get better prices on parts. But I was let out of the loop for that. Good part, I didn't have to fight with the parts folks. Bad part; I had no idea when the work would be done. In the end, the work was done just a bit late no big deal. And the entire car was fully cleaned. Inside and out. That was a nice touch. So far, no issues with the repair work yet either.

    Left off vehicle in the AM - pleasant, courteous greeting at reception area. I was called when work was done and vehicle was parked in the front of the facility and was clean ( no grease spots / grime on steering wheel) Very satisfied with the work done.

    sidebar: I had been employed for 40+ years at this location before the previous owner and I retired and I must say I am very impressed with the remodeling , equipment updates, and employees that have taken place under Chad.

    In my experience, Most service Involves 3 parts
    1- Inquiry and Initial Quote
    2- Perform actual Job
    3- Follow up and Warranty service
    The first step went smoothly . A few places I called were closed by the time I called at 6 PM. But they have an After-Hours call system where I could give my address and details . I forget if I was given a price quote at that time - most probably they did.
    Someone called me the next day to confirm on the details and fix up an appointment.
    For the actual installation job- The technician called me an hour in advance to inform me of his arrival time.
    He did his job in a timely fashion and Looked like someone who knew what he was doing. I did not ask him many questions nor did he give me much info except - He said -I should be good to drive in an Hour.
    Well- the car has seen a few rains and some cold weather and Still looks to be holding good- So no complaints on the workmanship so Far!
    For the third part- I am yet to experience this.
    I have purchased the 1yr protection plan they sell for a small charge.
    I will update this section in the future, incase I happen to find myself in a situation to use the warranty and the guarantee provided by them.
