    The two-man team from Hop Moving of Eddie and Danny were fantastic. They were totally professional, friendly, and patient. Their help and services with the move were great, even to helping us take apart the bed frame, and book shelves for an easier move out of his 3rd floor apt. with NO elevator. They were so careful and efficient, and strong. The entire move out and move into the new place took just under 5 hours, and the price was incredibly reasonable and most affordable. Hop Moving proved to be totally reliable, honest, professional, efficient, and perfect for our moving needs. We would recommend them and their services totally and completely. They rate a full 5-stars on all counts....price, service, honesty, efficiency, courteous and professional.

    Very well! Despite the guys being about 20 minutes late, once they arrived it moved very quickly. I rented a UHaul and they loaded/unloaded it with my help. Nick was excellent and really motivated the younger team member. They were courteous, friendly and took time to ensure that my belongings were appropriately tied in the truck. They were careful with my belongings and worked hard to make sure I was happy with the service. Would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable moving options.

    It went EXCELLENT!!!!!! They came in&packed all my stuff up within an hour!!! Very professional &I kinda felt like a schlub because I was just pretty much standing there (helped where I could though)but they were AWESOME!!!!! &I lived on the 1st floor & was moving to a 4th floor apartment &they pretty much had my stuff in my new place within an hour and a half!!!!!     Everything was excellent. They showed up on time (a few minutes early actually), they were professional, careful with our possessions, and very efficient. The final price actually came in just under their original estimate.  The move took about 6 hours with 4 guys and one truck.

    Rob and his team were fantastic.  PODS delivery was a scheduling nightmare and Rob accommodated last minute changes during a very busy time where he had no further availability.  Extremely professional, charged fairly, very careful with everything and just overall great people to deal with.  Very grateful to them for their help through a very stressful move.

    The initial delivery went fine.  They arrived in the window they said they would.  The driver who dropped off the units was very polite and professional.
    The delivery to my new home was another story.  Every company experiences problems but how they are handled makes all the difference in the world.  As suggested, I scheduled my movers and delivery for the day after I purchased my new place.  I was supposed to get my delivery window online the night before.  I received no notice so I called the 800 number and waited about 15 minutes due to high call volume.  The customer service representative was very polite and said that something must be wrong with the computers in New England because they were receiving many calls from that area about no delivery times. They said that everyone in the local office is gone no later than 5PM and there was nothing I could do but call the local office the next morning.  
    I called the next morning and received my delivery times. The first was due at 11:15AM  and the second at 2:15PM.  After 3 phone calls telling me my containers were en route and due within 30 minutes, they finally arrived at 7:30PM.  I had hired movers because packing myself took a month and I needed to unpack in a short time.   After the third call where I was assured that they would be here by 4:30, I confirmed my mover to come at that time.  
    The movers arrived at 4:30 and waited 90 minutes. I was charged for their travel time and the time here for a total of 3 hours at $130 per hour.  To make matters worse, the movers were booked solid for the next week and could not come back.  My vacation time taken from work was limited and I could not be here the following week.  My son and I were now  sleeping on the floor of our new home.
    My biggest issue was the dishonesty.  The customer service reps had the patience of  saints and were not at fault.   They were told repeatedly that the containers were on their way by the local Nashua office and were passing that information on to me. Each time I called they checked the drivers route and said that what I was told prior did not make sense.  If they and I had been told the truth, I would have cancelled the movers and saved the $330 I was charged.  As a result of having to make alternate plans at the last minute, a move that should have cost me under $500 ended up costing me over $1,000 to have unpacking done on a Sunday. 
    I have called customer service and complained.  When I call the local number it goes to a central answering area so I have not been able to speak to the Nashua facility directly.  I would never, ever, recommend this company to anyone.  Pay professional movers to store and deliver your furniture.  It will be cheaper in the long run.

    I emailed the company my request and they called back the next evening to talk about their service. Based on my
    conversation I felt this company seemed like the right one to go with. I told them we would call back over the weekend to confirm. I called on Sunday and left a message and waited to hear back during the work week. During my first call with them I was advised that he returns all calls 6-7pm due to he is onsite moving during the day. I gave them some credit for that by after a week
    I called back and email looking for confirmation of my move date. After two weeks and my move date quickly approaching I needed to use a different company.
    I call back and advised we will not be using them as I had not heard back from them confirming the date. During the two weeks I did receive one text message saying they would call back but they never did. The day after I called to cancel my request they called and were very apologetic and confirmed the date is available if the other company doesn���t work out.
    My initial communication was very professional and gave me a good feeling about this company. I can understand he is the owner and operator but you still need to keep in touch with customers.
