    I had lingering issues after the repair where I was receiving 2 1/2 miles per gallon less than before the minor accident. I kept on going back complaining, but they literally swore and disrespected me not believing there was an issue and walked away. I have never been treated like that before from any business I have ever dealt with personally and professionally. I then went to the dealership for help where they found and fixed two issues quickly that were decreasing my miles per gallon while treating me professionally and insurance paid for it all. I will NEVER EVER go back to Auto City Collision and I hope no-one ever gets treated they way they treated me and hope their car gets fixed correctly like it was before their accident because mine was not.

    I give them a B for the price, because there are other places less expensive. They didn't do anything wrong. I didn't have a specific appointment. There is no particular experience. I just showed up and gave them the car and they did an oil change. There is nothing outstanding or negative.

    This company is unorganized and unprofessional. Here is what I dealt with: - I was told help would arrive within 45 minutes and I had to wait 90 minutes. No one called to update me on their status or whereabouts. - I called for service and was ensured that the price would be $165 despite it being outside of office hours. When the representative arrived he wouldn't accept anything other than cash, which was not relayed over the phone. I went to an ATM to get the required amount and returned. - I handed the fee to the representative and he informed me that he didn't have the correct paperwork and wouldn't release my vehicle unless I paid an extra $30 (which I didn't have because I had only pulled out the $160 and scrounged for the $5 in ones and change). - I called the original person that I spoke to and he said that I wouldn't be able to get my car unless I paid the additional money and it would cost more if I had to come back during office hours due to storage fees. Even though the present representative didn't have the correct paperwork and I was promised the original stated price. - The on site representative smoked the entire time we were speaking.

    I have been dealing with them for a long time too. They are very honest and trustworthy. They basically tell you they are not trying to sale you other things. They?re not saying, ?can we flush your system or change your oil!? They give you suggestions of what they found, actual test they do. They are not always trying to sell you something additional. 

    These guys will just tell you what?s wrong. Like if they put the car up on the lift and they see something, they tell you what?s going on. They have saved me so many times, myself, my husband and my family. I?ve relied on them a lot. 

    I have been able to leave my car, like if I need it and I knew I was going to be away the next day. I could drop my car off the night before and I know it would be secure in their lot. Then they would work on it. They either call you at home or call your cell phone and let you know, if they find something. They give you the approximate amount, they don?t just do it without your permission, of course. They let you know exactly what it is. 

    I have never had to go there and stay there. They will physically show you what?s wrong with the car or where it is, so you know exactly what they are going to do, what they are going to fix and how much it?s going to be, before you get the sticker shock. They also send out like little coupons in the mail.  If there is certain maintenance that needs to be done to your car after so many miles, so they will give you like a reminder card saying that your car is due for an inspection or it?s due for an oil change or a tire rotation. There is usually a discount with that. I don?t feel threaten like I would with another company.

    I have an older Honda and the seat belt, when you put on the seat belt, take it off, it doesn?t retract, it is a little mechanism, a little reel. I asked them to do that and I was going to pay the additional amount and it wasn?t done. I was really mad about that, cause I don?t want to make another trip down there. It?s not the most convenient place to go. 

    The other time with the other car we had, they weren?t able to get the part. I just felt like this is a waste of time to have to make the appointment, bring the car in and not have the part. So, you have to come back another time. Then they forgot about it. I had to call them back and say ?what?s going on, what?s taking so long! I would like to be informed if there is a problem!? It just seems although they might have gotten so overwhelmed and they get so busy that somehow we got lost in the shuffle. 

    Would use them again if I needed to get something specifically through a dealer. I tend to try to go through another company to see if they can get something after market. I would rather go with the other company than to have to go to the dealer and pay top dollar. I am less likely to use them again.

    I?was not happy with this dealership. They claimed they could not replace the tail light assembly and that they had to replace?the bumper and replace the side panels. They wanted thousands of dollars worth of work that was not necessary. I think they were trying to?take advantage of my daughter because they thought she was making the decision. They made her go to another separate building where they did body work and she got an estimate from them. It was probably a $1,500 estimate that another company said was not necessary. It was clearly an unreasonable estimate. I have dealt with them before and most of the time they have done pretty well. I have dealt with some really great people at that dealership, but I think they steered her wrong. In the past they have done quality work and I have not had any issues. I have not had any problems in the past as far as their service department. In general they are very professional when I have dealt with their service department.

    I’ve been going to Jean for long time. He is very responsive. He doesn’t overcharge and doesn’t take advantage of the fact that I’m a woman. He gives me a ride home and he picks me up. He is great. I love him. I think he is reasonable. I’ve never felt taken.

    They're the greatest mechanic in the world. They figured it out and fixed it in a kind that it's running like it has never ran before. We picked it up on the second. I found them in mid 1990's. They're the best. The price is very fair. Everything is A. They're somebody you can trust.

    The car was towed to Auto City after the accident. I had never heard of Auto CIty before the accident, and was preparing to have the car towed to another body shop for repairs. However, after I read the many positive reviews for Auto City and saw that they were accredited by the Better Business Bureau, I decided to leave the car there and let them repair it. Everyone at Auto City was a pleasure to deal with and made the loaner car and repair process very simple and striaghtforward. Mike, the general manager, explained the entire process and kept me informed as repairs progressed. The car was actually completed several days ahead of schedule and both my wife and I are very pleased with the quality of work that was performed by the Auto City team on our car. The repairs look great; in fact, you can't even tell that the car was in an accident. Auto City did a great job blending the color on the new pieces to match the rest of the vehicle. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Auto City Collision Repair Center based on this experience. If I ever have a need for collision repair services again, I will definitely bring my vehicle to Auto City without hesitation.
